• Slaven (9/5): - The hosts were very responsive. All the issues and questions were solved immediately. The responsiveness was really above the expected level. The apartment is very peaceful, spacious and well equipped. The pool was not heated when we arrived. After an intervention, the issue was solved. Wifi was very slow.
• Dino (7/5): Schöne geräumige Wohnung in Playa Blanca - Große und schöne Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern…tolle Terrasse mit eigenem Pool👍 Spielsachen für Kinder und super schnelle und hilfsbereite Kommunikation mit den Betreibern! Leider etwas unsauber, Staub schon am ersten Urlaubstag und etwas abseits von der Marina Rubicon, aber in 15-20 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen!

• Soo (10/5): Lovely stay in this modern, clean villa - would def come again! - Lovely stay in this modern, clean villa. The layout is great with the added bonus of a full sized dining area. The property manager, Mona was a pleasure to deal with. We had some pre-holiday queries which she answered straight away and the communication for arrival instructions etc was excellent. The pool, like many others in villas in the area, is more of a splash pool than a swimming pool but was warm and clean. The terraced area is private and you are not overlooked by anyone and it was great for relaxing and eating outside. The villa is on the outskirts of the Marina area of Playa Blanca which we prefer as we always rent a car anyway. Thank you for a lovely stay and we would definitely book again. Liked everything

• Lucy (8/5): Good value for money. - Had everything we needed even pool floats! .Comfy and well thought out. Quiet. Near enough to walk to Marina in an evening. Only complaint was the pillows! Tiny and lumpy 🙁 Advice to hire a car, just that bit too far from beaches and supermarkets while carrying things!

• Tomasz (10/5): Amazing stay at Playa Blanca. Outstanding apartment. - Quiet and peaceful location, close to the Marina and just a short drive to Papagayo Beach. Beautiful Playa Dorada nearby. High-quality apartment, recently renovated and fully equipped. Small but lovely pool and a great back garden for kids. Secure parking. Spacious layout with two double bedrooms and a third room perfect for up to three children.
• Pawel (10/5): Amazing stay again in this beautiful villa - The villa is a perfect place for a family holiday. It's my second time there and it's got even better. The host is really taking care of it, there are new appliances and things look even better than before. I absolutely love the back "garden", it's small but a perfect place for small kids away from the pool, still being outside and away from direct sunshine while you can prepare food or take care of other things. Knowing the area also helps now, there is a shortcut road to Papagayo beach and it only takes 5 mins to driver there. The Lasal is now fully finished as well with a lot of restaurants and again a great and safe place for a family dinner, literally 10 mins walk if you are chasing your little one on their bicycle :) Finally, I think October might be the best time to be in Lanzarote, it's no longer too hot, some clouds every day to give you respite but still warm enough to stay on the beach all day and swim in the ocean
• Thorsten (1/5): Nie wieder!!! Eine Nacht ausgehalten und weg! - Die Lage war gut. Ansonsten hat man tolle Fotos von der Unterkunft ins Netz gestellt. Profi am Werk. Wir hängen mal Fotos an, wie es wirklich aussah. Leider haben wir vergessen Fotos von den Möbeln zu machen. Das kleine Sofa so extrem hart und unbequem. Glaube alles was man nicht mehr brauchte, wurde dort in die Wohnung gestellt. Für die Gäste nur das Beste 😡 Wir waren eine Nacht dort und haben uns sofort eine neue Unterkunft gesucht. Es war dreckig, der Kühlschrank waren noch von Resten bedeckt. Das Kühlfach war komplett vereist. Man hätte erstmal eine Grundreinigung der Küche vornehmen müssen, einfach widerlich. Die Schlafzimmer waren einigermaßen ok, auch von der Einrichtung her. Die Bäder waren auch nicht sauber. Das Zimmer wo unser 10-jähriger geschlafen hat, da war die Klimaanlage defekt und er war nass am nächsten morgen. Auf dem Bett tropfte diese auch (siehe Bilder). Die tolle Bezeichnung „Veranda“ hinten trifft eher einem Kerker. Eine lieblose Hängematte mit dem herrlichen Blick auf Gitterstangen und weiße bzw abgeblätterte Wände. Dort kann man Wäsche aufhängen aber nicht „verweilen“. Von der Terrasse, welche nur mit Plastikmöbeln ausgestattet ist, gelangt man direkt zur Tür. Einen separaten Eingang gibt es nicht. Wenn man in den Minipool geht, sollte man die Türe schließen, sonst steht der Eingang direkt unter Wasser. Vom Pool zur Tür sind es vielleicht 1,5 Meter. Wir hatten dort mit unserem Sohn anfangs keinen Sonnenschutz. Das man da erst was sagen muss, ist schon traurig und gehört zur Grundausstattung. Der kleine Schirm der da stand, war defekt! Wir haben uns extrem unwohl gefühlt und wollten nur noch schnellstens weg. So etwas haben wir noch nirgendwo erlebt. Von Mona kam viel Gerede aber kein Entgegenkommen die Wohnung freizugeben. So hätten wir wenigstens die Chance erhalten, das evtl jemand noch spontan bucht. Aber nein, Geld erhalten und der Rest ist egal. Wir haben ja auch noch spontan eine tolle Finca erhalten. Es geht also wenn man möchte. Wie gesagt viel Honig ums Maul schmieren aber keine Hilfe! Am besten fanden wir noch die Mail zur Abreise. Richtige Befehlstöne, macht das, macht jenes. Sollte was vergessen werden, wir senden nichts nach… Achtet auf unsere Fotos, die sind real!

• Caroline (9/5): Great villa, would recommend it to anyone. - Great size, comfortable beds, good location, well equipped. Smart TV. Location was good, 25 minute walk to town. Sofa was not comfortable. Pool was small and cold but after talking to the villa agent, Mona it was fixed. The pool was wonderful to have but is small, more of a plunge pool. The sunbeds were uncomfortable.
• Jakub (10/5): I definitely recommend it! - Apartment freshly renovated with many amenities! The property is very clean and cozy! Air conditioning in every room which was very helpful on hot days. Sunny terrace with everything you need, i.e. barbecue, sun loungers and swimming pool! You don't have to worry about car parking because the property also took care of a place for your car! And of course Mona, the property manager, very lovely person and always there to help! None

• Pawel (10/5): We had a delightful stay in this newly refurbished villa in a quiet estate, very close to the Marina - All instructions from the host were very clear and access was very easy on arrival. We received a lovely welcome gift which is always appreciated. The whole place has just been renovated. The interior is tastefully decorated, combining modern amenities with charming rustic elements, making it both comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The bathrooms are stunning too! The coffee corner was na absolute highlight. The spacious bedrooms are well-appointed, ensuring a restful night's sleep, while the fully-equipped kitchen made meal preparation a breeze. The private pool is not huge but still perfect for cooling off on a warm day and ideal for a relaxing dip under the stars. It's heated too! What is also extremely important is the back patio. If you are travelling with young kids - you can't leave them alone near the pool obviously but they can play perfectly safe in the back patio with a pergola covering the sun while you rest on the hammock or a lounger. To be honest, that is where we spent most of our time (our son is 15 months and just started walking). The location may not suit everyone but it was perfect for us. It's just outside the Marina area of Playa Blanca. It's far enough from the Marina to make the place super quiet day and night and at the same time just a pleasant 10 mins walk so you can easily get home after a delightful dinner in the Marina. And don't look at the google maps directions - there are shortcuts on the side of the estate so you don't have to walk around which cuts the walking time by a third. The brand new Barcelo hotel is a stone throw away with it's new promenade. The most beautiful beach - Playa Dorada is still a walking distance, although you can drive to there in 3 mins too. There is plenty of free parking between the Dreams and Yaiza hotels. I highly recommend staying there, especially if travel with young kids or you don't like to have a lot of stairs at home.
• Roberto (10/5): Relaxation, comfort and spectacular sunsets. - The villa is in perhaps one of the best locations on the island: isolated from traffic but close to the supermarket, Playa Papagayo, Playa Dorada and las Coloradas. From the patio you can see the ocean with Fuerteventura on the horizon, and fantastic sunsets over Montana Roja. The complex is clean and tidy and the other inhabitants are friendly. During the night there are no disturbing noises, the setting is very quiet. The entire interior of the villa has just been tastefully redone and is absolutely comfortable. Convenient private parking, it allows you to load and unload your luggage without any hassle. The patio with heated pool is the real gem, you would never leave the house and it is wonderful to wake up in the master bedroom with the pool in front of the French window. Even more beautiful in my opinion is the patio layout: when you are on your patio no one else can see you, the privacy is total! Spacious master bathroom attached to the master bedroom.
