• Petra (9/5): Es war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. - Frühstück war frisch zubereitet und reichlich. Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Lage war für uns optimal. Es war sehr ruhig in der ganzen Anlage. Der Chef und das Personal waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nichts. Es hat alles gepasst.
• Darren99 (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a quiet area with fantastic pool area and sea view - Clean, well presented and modern apartment with fantastic sea views from the nice sized balcony. Kitchen facilities felt like new and well stocked with utensils,etc. Pool area was well maintained and wonderfully quiet with someone always available should you need anything. The breakfast was fabulous with an extensive choice of items including fresh fruits and eggs cooked to order. Nikos and all the staff were friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Loved having access to a secluded little beach with use of loungers on a jetty. An amazing added bonus of our stay Nothing

The booked breakfasts each morning were incredible. The staff are so wonderful and welcoming with true Greek friendliness. The view is incredible. And the private beach down the bottom was an absolute highlight for us. Absolutely nothing.

Das Apartment ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und geräumig, somit ließ sich auch ein Regentag gut aushalten. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich! Es gab nichts auszusetzen!

• Polli (9/5): Relaxing see view holiday - The place is amazing, well positioned on a hill with a great view of the sea. The thing we liked the most was our terrace, where we sit many times simply enjoying the breeze and the view. Everything is clean and new. Breakfast is cooked on the spot just for you and the fruit is super juicy and fresh. The property is located a few minutes drive away from Zakinthos on one side, and on Tsilivi beaches on the other. It is a perfect spot to visit the island as it sits in the middle of the way between north and south. The staff is kind and friendly: Nikos offered all the information and was helpful to solve a problem with our card; The breakfast lady and the girl at the pool bar (we did not get their names, sorry) were super nice. WiFi coverage is not the best, you could use it in the common spaces or in the terrace but inside the apartment reception was poor.

• Ron (10/5): Great stay with great people - This had been a very great stay. Nikos and the entire team has made all efforts in making us feel welcome. The location is beautifull and relaxing, very quite and great entrance to the ocean. There is a nice private dock where there are very comfortable beds to lie on top of the ocean. During our stay there was almost always place availble. The breakfast was also great, with a nice selection of the menu. Where I often ordered half the menu:) All people, cleaning, breakfast, poolbar and reception have been very friendly.

He is very helpful with suggestions and attentive making sure you are comfortable all the time. Breakfast was also so so amazing, I looked forward to it every morning. The rest of the stuff were very friendly. I will definitely be back here and will recommend this hotel to other people. Nothing very serious, but the cleaning ladies could pay more attention to the cleaning.

We mainly stayed here because of the reviews about the phenomenal view and it did not disappoint! Absolutely stunning- clean, quiet and beautifully maintained. Pool was warm. Also loved the private beach. Highly recommend. Nothing, it was perfect.

• Alexandra (10/5): Dream location - We spent 10 nights in this great location. Situated near Tsivili, on a cliff in Akrotiri area, this place has an amazing view over the sea. You can see both sunset and sunrise from this place. The apartment is very clean, big and comfy, has everything you need, even a washing machine and a nespresso machine. After a full day exploring the island we liked to relax near the pool or at the small private beach reading a book and watching the sunset with a drink from the bar. The owner and the entire staff are very friendly and made our stay amazing. The breakfast was a la cart and very delicious, i enjoyed very much the pancakes with apricot jam.

Beautiful suite with comfortable beds, nice living room and kitchen. A large terrace from which to view the sunrise and overlooking the beautiful infinity pool and the sea. Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff who oriented us to the island. They made great site seeing recommendations as well as dinner reservations for us. 5 star service. We have no complaints, everything was perfect.

Breakfast each day nothing was too much trouble and food was lovely. A welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. Towels changed and room cleaned every day. And the staff were lovely!! The was nothing really bad about the rooms, maybe poor WIFI in room but in public areas it was fine and the bed was too hard for us, but that is a personal thing.
• Kai (10/5): A true gem on the island of Zakynthos. - Our stay at Kymothoe Elite was nothing short of exceptional. Kymothoe Elite is nestled on the east coast of Zakynthos, in the serene Akrotiri region, positioned between the Zakynthos City and the touristy town of Tsilivi. A taxi ride to Zakynthos cost 15€. It is possible to walk to Tsilivi, but be aware that on the way back you will need to walk up-hill quite a bit and the walk is around 20-25 minutes, which can be exhausting in the sun. One of the standout aspects of our stay were the accommodating hosts. They were always at our service, readily providing towels, recommendations, and even assisting with food orders after our adventures. Furthermore, they seamlessly arranged airport shuttles for us at a reasonable rate. Every morning we ordered a big breakfast a la carte and the staff’s amiability added to the delightful experience. Our accommodation on the top floor (accessible by elevator), provided us with breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea – a picturesque setting for evening relaxation. The pool area is also very nice and very well maintained. The water temperature was always just right and the views are amazing. You also have the option to walk down the stairs located at the cliff to go to a small private beach that you share with the neighboring hotel. There is a bar on the way down and at the bottom there is a small wooden dock going into the sea with some lounge chairs and sun-umbrellas to relax. The beach and the immediate vicinity around the dock are somewhat rocky and home to sea urchins, so it may not suit all preferences, but it’s surely charming and private. Kymothoe Elite offered a host of other amenities, including dependable WIFI, a convenient in-room washing machine with complimentary laundry detergent, daily housekeeping, and an overall lovely level of service. If I were to suggest an enhancement, it would be the provision of bicycles or even mopeds for guest use. If this property had access to a sandy beach, it would be my favorite place on earth.

• Derek (10/5): An out of this world experience - We are just back from the most amazing holiday in Kymothoe Elite - everything about the place is just incredible. While sharing with others (10 apartments in total) it felt like with had the place to ourselves. We are a family of 4 with children aged 10 and 13. From the time we arrived we spent most of our time on-site using the pool and private beach and were never conscious of anyone else being around. There is is much space for everyone. Nicos is by far the best host we have ever experienced and the team are so lovely and helpful. Breakfast is absolutely delicious and a great way to start each day (as is lunch which we had most days but you pay additional). If you are thinking about staying here don't hesitate, you won't regret it. Hopefully we will make it back some day and will never forget the experience. Thank you again Team Kymothoe Elite. • Ada (10/5): An absolute gem - The accommodation is amazing as its off the main/busy area of Tsivili and definitely more quiet. Its smaller and more intimate with around 10 units. It's nice to have a separate living room/ kitchen area and large balcony with stunning views of the ocean definitely very relaxing. Having a washer and a place to hang the clothes to dry was perfect - didnt know we needed it but so happy we had it. Breakfast cooked to order every morning was absolutely delish. Nicos was very welcoming and went over the details of the place and area with us. He was very patient and answered all our questions and offered solid insight, suggestions and feedback with our itinerary and activities to make sure we had a good time. The team are all very kind and professional.

• Yasmin (10/5): Perfect place to relax - We loved the hospitality of Nikos and his family. They invited us to breakfast when we arrived and let us stay as long as we wanted to, the day we traveled back home. They always had great recommendations for us and made us feel very comfortable. You can walk in around 20 minutes to the beach or a little town to get groceries, go to some restaurants, etc. We even walked to Zakynthos center which is a 25 min walk. We definitely recommend to rent a car for two days to enjoy the Island and other locations. Nikos arranged everything for us, the car was driven to our hotel and when we left it at the car rental two days later, they even drove us back to the hotel - great service:)
• Anon (9/5): Zante x1 night - Large suite with well equipped kitchen (including washing machine), wine and water provided was a nice touch. Huge semi-private terrace with shaded hot tub. Two large bedrooms, and separate seating area. Shower was great and toiletries welcomed. Breakfast was lovely, pool area was brilliant - bar served drinks and snacks too. Lots of places to relax in the sunshine including on a little beach (steps at the end of the pool), short walk into town. All the staff were really friendly (including the dog). WiFi could be a bit hit and miss.

The beds were very spacious, but the quality of mattress was the only thing that you could change and feel like a 5 star which the accomodation IS as far as i am concerned!!
