• mika (8/5): - property is great location, and generally everything looks fine. Property has several issues need for maintenance. Kitchen equipment was poor, especially dish accessories, toilet door cannot be locked, some furnitures need also serviced. Overall rate 7,5/10.

• Lisa (6/5): It’s was a great location and with a few tweaks it could be an excellent property. - The location was fantastic just a short walk to the main streets in Cascais. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. The bathrooms were lovely and were clean. The decor was stylish and comfortable. The pillows were feather which is both unsupportive and bad for those with allergies. The spare pillows were the same with no pillow covers for them. The towels were old and worn and clearly needed a good hot wash and deep clean. The air conditioning units made loud noises and regular intervals whenever they were in use. Not conducive to sleeping. When we mentioned the issues to the owner he was unable to resolve the issues.

• jose (10/5): - Fantastic airco: we were in cascais in the hottest week and the airco kept the whole apartment very cool. Great. The location is very convinient: many restaurants in the neighborhood. We will return Reduced utensiles in the kitchen.

• Dina (10/5): You are lucky if you stay in Moon Downtown Cascais because you will be in the centre of everything. - Leonardo, the owner sent us a very informative video with how to reach the property and how to access using a web link. This video made it so easy to locate the building and enter immediately without any issues. Nothing,, We had a memorable stay in Cascais
• Paul (10/5): Lisbon Marathon for the weekend - with the Depart in Cascais. Perfect. - We got the digital keys via the host. Really easy to access the appartment. Great system. Great location for a weekend. It wasn't beach weather until the last day ( October !! ) . But great bars and restaurants. Alot calmer than the center of Lisbon. And only 20 euros in an UBER ( 40 mins drive or train ) And the host was always reactive if we had any questions. And great Wifi. And washing machine. Beautiful town.

• Shirley (8/5): Good, but could be a little better. - The property was in a good area for facilities. The property was clean. The property was in a quiet area. The property had provisions for feeding, changing babies, and a desk if work needed to be done. The area is beautiful and the people friendly Good access to buses and trains. We enjoyed the area while visiting Lisbon, Sitra., etc. We would definitely return to Portugal. As a previous holidaymaker commented in their review, there was only one wine glass (plastic) in the cupboard. There was still only one wine glass(plastic) in the cupboard for our holiday. More glasses, cutlery, pans, etc. needed. Especially if you are a party of four. On the one occasion when we cooked a pizza all the electrics went off. As we were not given any information about how to deal with this we had to stumble about in the dark while my husband decided to go into the corridor outside the apartment where he found the consumer box and we managed to turn the electricity supply back on. An information booklet giving info about what do do, in incidences like this, contact numbers, also places to eat etc. would be useful. As would a small welcome pack of basics, i.e., milk, loaf of bread. Access to the property was electronic. We had difficulty contacting the owner as our phones did not work to enable us to retrieve this information. This was not the owners fault but was the fault of our phone providers but it took us some time to sort this out, therefore the provision of an old fashioned key would have saved us hours in trying to get access to the apartment. Unfortunately, the locks to the main entrance and to our apartment were very difficult to turn and may need to be replaced with new ones? Two toilets were good, plus a powerful shower. There was an adequate supply of towels, but they were very thin. New ones needed? Small chages as suggested are not costly and do help to give an overall better impression.

• Ankie (9/5): Highly recommended to everybody who like to stay in a quiet apartment but still in the middle of Cascais with all cafe’s - The position, the apartment with its lovely interior with a fully equipped kitchen, airco in all rooms, comfortable furniture. Leonardo was very approachable and make sure that he was there when we needed help. Maybe some wine glasses as there was only 1, otherwise everything was perfect.
