• Tim (3/5): Landlord seriously needs to put some effort into doing up the property & the care of his guests - Close to family we visited We were supposed to have parking, yet space was at the other end of the estate (despite the property having a parking space directly outside in a separate gated area. Further to this we were asked to move our vehicle over as we had touched the line of the next door Neighbours space (this was due to glass & other foreign objects being in our allotted space. We then went shopping & when we came back somebody else had parked in our space but we had no idea where they were, when we called the Landlord we were told to just park on the street anywhere, despite booking this property due to parking. The decor was shabby & rundown & bedding was dirty & stained.

• Nikoletta (5/5): Wouldn't choose again - Host was super helpful, it was alright for a one night stay with the family (was travelling through only) and it's a dog friendly place. Clean bedrooms and upstairs bathroom. Not the host's fault but the accommodation was in a dodgy neighborhood (had an incident in front of the house not long after arrival with emergency services - police & ambulance), the parking space is in walking distance but not visible from any of the windows. The ground floor was quite neglected - dirty oven with leftover in it, mouldy fridge. The upstairs kitchen was in a better condition although the fridge was leaking and the cupboards were sticky. The heating was fully on (it was 28 degrees outside) although the host was very helpful and explained over the phone how to turn it off. The property as a whole wasn't very maintained. Considering all the above, it was a very overpriced property to stay.

• Margaret (4/5): Could be so much better - It was just ok...could be a lot better Outside areas were overgrown and dirty Cooker was dirty Wallpaper was hanging off the walls Wheele bin was full and stunk(I had to move it) This house could be so much better with some TLC and just a general modernisation. I would not stay again or recommend it to anyone...
