• luigina (9/5): Vacanza a Catania - Camera molto bella e accogliente, pulizia eccellente, e la colazione c'è la facevamo noi con il caffè, fette biscottate e marmellata, brioches. Avevamo un balcone molto comodo anche per stendere eventuali capi. La signora ha sempre aderito alle mie richieste. Insomma siamo molto contenti. L' unica cosa che veramente non mi è piaciuta è la zona troppo caotica e sporca.

Very easy to find an apartment- 2 min from Via Garibaldi. Apartment very modern, clean, with everything you need. • Steve (8/5): Good Value. - Nice sized room with large TV. I couldn't work the remotes for the TV. There was 2 remotes, but couldn't access any Netflix etc. The bed and pillows were great. Memory foam mattress and decent bed linen..Plenty of free toiletries and the communal fridge was well stocked with cold water. As above. There was a fridge in my room, but not cold enough.There was nowhere to adjust temp.

La camera è dotata di tutti i comfort, si presenta pulita e moderna. La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è stata la disponibilità e la gentilezza della proprietaria. La premura verso l’ospite si nota anche nelle piccole cose e nei dettagli. La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario per la tua permanenza e la proprietaria ha inserito all’interno della stanza tante piccole accortenze che non sono da tutti come oggetti per la pulizia del viso, spazzolini e altre cose. Esperienza positivissima!

• Stefanie (7/5): Liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement - Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es gab im Kühlschrank Wasser und Softdrinks. Duschgel usw…. Die Matratze war Schrott! Ich bin immer von außen in die Mitte gerollt. Für mich war die Nacht schlaflos. Eine Jalousie wäre toll gewesen da man das Fenster nicht abdunkeln konnte . Die Gegend ist nicht sehr einladend.

• Đurković (10/5): - Smještaj je na odličnoj lokaciji, 7-8minuta hoda do Piazza Giuseppe Mazzini. Domaćin je jako ljubazan. U apartmanu nas je čekala kafa, voda, sok i slatkiši dobrodošlice. Apartman je čist i ima sve što vam je potrebno za boravak. Sve preporuke.

Posizione buona per raggiungere le più belle attrazioni storiche e artistiche della città. L'unica pecca ravvisabile, essendo situato all'interno del vecchio centro storico, con le strade piuttosto strette è un po' difficile trovare da parcheggiare l'auto

• Denis Birra (7/5): Buona posizione, camera pulita ma mancanza di ricambio d aria - Ottima posizione, struttura pulita Mancanza di areazione della stanza dovuta al fatto che la camera aveva solo 1 finestra sottotetto e nel bagno si crea molto facilmente umidità e ristagno di aria umida. Materasso troppo morbido. Lo staff sentito solo su WhatsApp per check in e check out.

The area was a little sketchy and noisy in the morning but you feel very safe and secure within the property.

• Nina (10/5): - Great accommodation in a very convenient location, with many attractions within walking distance. The check-in process was extremely easy: you can access the key via a lockbox, so there’s no need to communicate with anyone — everything is well thought out. The place was very clean, modern, and comfortable. It had everything needed for a stay, even toothbrushes. A lovely touch was the complimentary delicious cookies from the hosts. There is also a coffee machine available in the common area. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again! There was no Wi-Fi, which may be inconvenient for guests. Also, even though the only window in the room was in the ceiling, noise from the road was quite noticeable. I wasn’t able to figure out how to use the coffee machine — perhaps I’m not the only one, so having instructions nearby would be very helpful.
• Cricchioman (8/5): - Ho usufruito della camera numero 3 che è accogliente, nuova, con anche un frigobar che è sempre utile e con un capiente terrazzino. La struttura mette a disposizione gratuitamente bottigliette di acqua minerale, fette biscottate, marmellata e macchinetta per il caffè in cialde e altri tipi di caffè, un plus gradito. Io non ho conosciuto di persona l'host ma via whatsapp ho notato una grande disponibilità e gentilezza. Consiglio questa struttura anche per la vicinanza al centro di Catania. La portafinestra non isola al meglio i rumori esterni da circolazione veicolare.

• Anja (10/5): Cisto, domacin uvijek na usluzi za svaku pomoc. Lokacija je blizu centra - Sve savrseno. Domacin uvijek na usluzi, apartman precist i blizu centra- 10-15 minuta hoda. Dobili smo vodu i sokove besplatno. Domacin je bio dostupan za apsolutno svaku pomoc. Odavno nisam imala bolje iskustvo!

• Daniele (10/5): Catania: una città stupenda da scoprire! - La struttura è molto curata in tutti i dettagli,accogliente con macchina del caffè e fette biscottate e la possibilità di utilizzare una cucina perfettamente attrezzata.La camera molto pulita ed accogliente Forse la zona è un po' trascurata in alcuni vicolo ma le persone sono tutte cordiali e gentili.

Cucina ben fornita, con tutto il necessario per fare colazione Check in facile Le pareti della stanza sono molto sottili e di notte si sentono tutti i rumori, provenienti sia dalle altre stanze sia dalla strada. Nonostante la disponibilità del personale durante il soggiorno sia stata impeccabile e le risposte e il supporto rapidi, nel periodo precedente al soggiorno la struttura è stata poco responsiva

• Szczesniak (6/5): Chambre plutôt qu’appartement comme mentionné dans l’annonce - Le chambre, la déco L’établissement n’a jamais mentionné que c’est un logement partagé avec d’autres personnes. Il y a enfaite 3 chambres à l’étage, pour des couples différents, donc l’appartement n’est pas à nous mais partagé obligatoirement. C’est inadmissible de ne pas en informer les clients directement dans l’annonce. Je trouve cette méthode très décevante et trompeuse. J’ai été très déçue.

In camera in frigo c'era acqua e 2 the, in bagno un kit completo compreso di spazzolino. Noi avevamo la camera n 3 col balcone molto ariosa. Nulla tutto ok

Z uwagi na wyjątkową sytuację zdrowotną, pozwolili mi dłużej zostać w apartamencie ostatniego dnia. Bardzo doceniam i dziękuję! W kuchni wszystko co potrzeba, herbata, woda i słodki poczęstunek do dyspozycji. Lokalizacja super, blisko centrum.
• Sabrina (10/5): Preiswertes Apartment, super sauber & gut gelegen - Es waren sehr viele kleine Extras, die den Aufenthalt so gestaltet haben, dass wir uns wohl gefühlt haben: Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Balkon, es gab kostenloses Wasser und kleine Snacks sowie Kaffee im Gemeinschaftsraum, kleine Hygiene Artikel im Zimmer und einen Kühlschrank. Das Bett war bequem, ein Smart TV vorhanden und auch extra Kissen und Decken. Außerdem durften wir unser Gepäck noch einige Stunden in der Unterkunft lassen nach check out, da unser Flug erst abends ging. Die Kommunikation mit Sara war super schnell und freundlich!! Kann ich nur empfehlen! ☺️

The location is excellent, with the city center just a short walk away. We were pleasantly surprised to find sweets waiting for us, as well as water in the fridge. There were even toothbrushes and juices provided, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hosts clearly pay attention to every detail to make their guests feel welcome. We truly appreciated the hospitality and care. We would gladly come back again and highly recommend this place to everyone.

The customer service was really nice and she answer all question and also let us leave the luggage for while. • Maria (10/5): - El apartamento estaba muy bien. Totalmente equipado con todo lo necesario. Camas cómodas. Nuestra habitación tenía una terraza independiente que estaba muy bien para poder tender la ropa o tomarte algo al llegar a casa. Además nos dejaron el detalle de agua en la nevera de la habitacion y la cocina. Ademas de café y Nutella y tostadas de pan para desayunar. A 20 minutos del centro. Nosotras aparcamos en frente de la casa subidas al bordillo como el resto de vecinos de allí y sin problema.

• Serena (6/5): Peccato per la zona molto brutta - Struttura molto nuova e sicuramente molto pulita. Purtroppo si trova in una zona di Catania abbastanza brutta. Ho dovuto mettere la macchina in un parcheggio a pagamento perché la zona non mi faceva stare per niente tranquilla e ritornare a casa a piedi sia di pomeriggio che di sera, nonostante sia a 10 min dal centro, non è stata una bella esperienza. Mi dispiace perché per il resto la casa era perfetta e soprattutto molto pulita.

Későn érkeztünk a szállás elfoglalásának napján, nagyon részletesen minden információt megkaptunk így nem volt probléma a bejutással. Ami nem tetszett, hogy a környék borzasztó koszos, rossz arcú emberekkel van tele, ellenben ez nem a szállásadó hibája, hanem ez az igazi Catania. Azonban egyedül nőként már nem mennék ki este. Amit megjegyeznék, hogy melegvizünk nem volt a szobában, szerencsére mivel kint 37 fok volt így nagy jelentőséget nem tulajdonítottunk ennek.

• Cara (8/5): Very good - We stayed here over the holidays and the host put many nice Christmas touches throughout the house! There were also some small gifts left for us that was so thoughtful. Nice big screen TVs and large fridge, as well as a mini fridge in the room which was great. I didn’t realize it was a shared accommodation when I booked which is my own fault. However we unfortunately got paired with a guest who smoked inside the house most of the time so that really dampened our experience as the smell easily comes through the walls. No fault of the owner but rather luck of the draw.
• Sabina (8/5): Very good - Quiet street with free parking. the room is well equipped with everything. even though it's not a hotel they equipped it with things (shower gel, qtips, shampoo, Nutella) to make it feel like one. The communication was a bit slow, especially before my arrival. Also the room I had did not have an actual window, there was one in the ceiling but I couldn't open it & so it made the room really stuffy when you just want some fresh air.

• Dana (9/5): good price and quality, not far from the city centre - Very nice and clean apartments. You can find espresso machine on the first floor. Also, you can easily use all kitchen equipment and even hair straightener in the bathroom.
• Irina (10/5): Good location - Very good location, 10-15 min walking to the city center and 35 minutes walking to the beach. Very clean, confortabile bed, nice to have coffee in the morning and a little sweet snack for breakfast. Good wi-fi. Very nice and responsive host.
