• Yasmin (10/5): A comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent service - The apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable, with a great view. The location in New Cairo was convenient and felt safe. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Muhammad, who went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable Minor issues with WiFi speed at times and some small delays with room service, but nothing that affected the overall experience.
• Marta (6/5): OK for sleeping off jet lag but do not ask for extra services or water - The position in New Cairo is great. I liked that the staff came and helped with bags on the arrival and on departure. Most of the guys at the reception were caring and helpful and said several times I could contact them anytime if I needed anything. I asked for an early check in at noon, they said yes, I arrived at 1pm and they say I need to wait because the room is not ready. But why then say yes to early check in? I asked about that and then they gave me a room without wait. The bathroom was visually clean but smelled of piss, the boiler and bidet were leaking, and there was a chunk of litter at the door at my arrival. The stove only had one plate working. I wanted to get a bottle of water but did not expect to hear the price of 50 LE for a small bottle (store price 5.95 LE), SSH airport has the same price. I said it was too much and the guy checked and confirmed the price. I was tired after a 25-hour travel but was not up for this. Then the guy offered a free bottle but it was so obvious what was happening there. I made my own arrangements. When leaving, the guy expressed the desire to see me there again but did it in a very uncomfortable way. Oh by the way my room was as shown in the picture but below the ground level, so no view really, and this was not mentioned anywhere while booking. I will not return.

• jansoul (8/5): 地理位置在机场附近，临街但是不吵，有小阳台之类的，公寓类型设施齐全，喷头花洒需要换了水到处喷。自驾的适合这里。但是需要注意北线方向过来需要更长时间才能到达住宿地。 - 很晚到，本来说给下午一点退的，后面协商后可以下午两点退房。 花洒有点不给力

J'ai rencontré un problème de punaises de lit dans ma chambre..le personnel a réagit rapidement en me donnant une autre chambre dans la nuit et je les remercie pour ça. Ras dans la seconde chambre. Il serait raisonnable d'équiper les chambres en conséquence du nombre de personnes enregistrées sur la réservation.

• haqbani67 (8/5): - أعجبني جدا الطاقم المتعاون والخلوق واللطيف المكان نظيف السعر مقارنة بغيرهم .. مميز .. هم أرخص من غيرهم لا يوجد Lobby .. بهو للجلوس .. فليس أمامك إلا أن تجلس في الغرفة والسويت المخصص لك المول الذي فيه السوبرماركت والمطاعم وبقية الخدمات .. يبعد عنك .. عشر دقائق 🚶‍♂️ مشي تقريبا عموما أهم شي تعرف ... كم المسافة بين هذا المكان .. والمكان الذي جئت للقاهرة لأجله ... إذا كان المكان الذي تريد التردد عليه قريب منك .. وأنت ستجلس أيام ... احجز يوم أو يومين .. ثم احجز بقية الأيام حجز آخر ... فإن أعجبك المكان .. فأنت قد حجزت بقية الأيام ... فإن لم يعجبك فبإمكانك الغاء الحجز الثاني
