• Elena (7/5): - Lo que más la ubicación y la amplitud de las habitaciones. Está nuevo. El acceso es sencilli con la clave. Las escaleras de acceso no son aptas para personas mayores. Tampoco son comodas las de subida al salon de estar. Habia telarañas en los balcones a simple vista y la ropa de la quinta cama estaba sucia cuando llegamos de no haberla lavado.

• Alexie (8/5): - Good looking, comfortable and good facilities. Advertised wrong, I thought I would be getting two floors with a balcony but I only had access to a single floor flat.
• Kim (8/5): Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. - It’s near good restaurants and pubs. Most of the activities that we were interested in were within walking distance of the property. Although the street below was busy, the apartment was quiet. And new carpet was put in the stairwell. The balcony off the bedroom was unusable. The table and chairs along with the sitting area had bird poop everywhere.
• Hillary (7/5): Overall, I would stay here again because of the wonderful location. - The location is excellent. Loud at night but that’s only because it’s surrounded by so many fun establishments. We didn’t mind the noise. The space itself was comfortable enough. The bedroom was great, however the pullout sofa was not comfortable. The unit wasn’t super clean, but fine. The shower didn’t drain which was a bummer, but the hearted floor a plus!

It was super clean and tidy and the two bathrooms (with shower gel and towels) were perfect for four of us. We really liked the electronic locks system and communications was excellent. We cannot recommend this Drury Lane property enough!

Much better value than a hotel room We had no idea how we should dispose of rubbish or how the heating worked - it did work, we weren't cold, but although there were little boxes with buttons to press, how it could be turned up and down remained a mystery

• Richard (9/5): Enjoyed it quite a bit. Be ready to climb stairs. - Great location. Good daylight with windows and skylights. It was a slight challenge to optimize the heating/temperature within the unit in March. Perhaps we could have requested an extra blanket for one of our guests who slept in the living room, but we opted to just buy one instead.

It wasn’t clean at all - sheets, towels, carpets, kitchen equipments, floors - all were very dirty and with stains. Toilet door was not closing, half open, very uncomfortable. We rented the 3rd floor but did not know that it was all narrow steep stairs - with family of four we had 2 luggages that we need to carry all the stairs up&down. Btw even the carpets on the stairs were so dirty that I thought we rented a hostel.

Fort bruit de ventilation dans la chambre et store cassé donc un réveil à l'aube! Manque de vaisselle (pas de tasse à café, à peine de quoi faire un repas à 2 !) Utilisation de la TV compliquée et aucun manuel Et contrairement aux photos, pas de terrasse !

• Bo (7/5): Goede ligging maar appartement kon beter. - - De ligging was prima! 2 metrostations met de verbindingen die we nodig hadden lagen dichtbij en dat was super. Dichtbij de winkelstraat! - Fijn dat de kamers hun eigen badkamer hadden zodat we met 6 man genoeg badkamers hadden. - Veel opbergruimte zowel in de keuken als in de kamers. - Zeker en vast genoeg stopcontacten wat handig kan zijn als toerist. - Mooi uitzicht aan achterkant van het appartement. - Heel ruim. - We hadden voor 6 geboekt en er werd een zetelbed voorzien alhoewel was het zetelbed gewoon een oncomfortabele zetel met de mogelijkheid om een vieze matras op te leggen. Er is ook geen fatsoenlijke verduistering mogelijk waar het zetelbed gesitueerd was. - De waterdruk was ook een minpunt. Tijdens het douche of voor de wc door te spoelen zat er zeker weinig druk op het water wat vaak onhandig was. - Er waren ook te weinig pannen (en te kleine) ter beschikking voor met 6 te koken. - Er was precies ook niet gestofzuigd, maar voor de rest was het wel heel proper. - Straatkant is zeer lawaaierig.

Close to a few underground stations, easy walking distance to main areas. We loved it. Also the electronic door systems were great too If I was being picky, the apartment needs some minor repairs. Hooks broke, shower plug hole needs unblocking and the cover needs to be put back on

• liran (1/5): לא להתקרב ! - המיקום מעולה אכזבה גדולה – לא מומלץ כלל חשוב לי לציין כבר בתחילת הביקורת: לא נאמר בשום שלב שיש מטורפת של מדרגות ואין מעלית, והדירה נמצאת בקומה שלישית – דבר משמעותי מאוד, במיוחד עם מזוודות. הדירה עצמה הייתה מטונפת ברמה שלא מתאימה לאירוח בתשלום, ובוודאי לא במחיר שנגבה. לא כל מערכות המיזוג עבדו, מה שהפך את השהות ללא נוחה בקור של לונדון בנוסף, יש רעש בלתי נסבל מהברים שמתחת לדירה, עד השעות הקטנות של הלילה – כמעט בלתי אפשרי לישון. המרפסת הייתה מלאה בצואה של יונים, דבר שלא מאפשר שימוש בה כלל. השירותים לא עבדו בצורה תקינה, והמים במקלחת הפסיקו באמצע או שהזרם ירד כמעט לאפס – חוויה מאוד מתסכלת ולא סבירה לאירוח. תחזוקה גרועה בדירה ! נקודה בעייתית נוספת: בעל הדירה אמר מראש שניתן להשאיר מזוודות לאחר הצ’ק-אאוט, אך ביום העזיבה חזר בו ואמר שזה לא אפשרי – חוסר עקביות וחוסר אמינות. מדובר בדירה לא זולה בכלל, ולצערי התחושה הכללית היא של מלכודת תיירים ולא של מקום שמכבד אורחים. חבל מאוד – לא מומלץ לה

Terribly noisy - both out front with the bars and crowds, but more the roaring air conditioning unit outside the bedroom window which made it impossible to sleep. Also the TV wasn't working and when I called the office, I was told it was 'The weather'!

The units were spacious but the temperature went from being too cold or way too hot in both units. Worst was the bathroom sink on the second floor. A horrendous odor came out when you turned the water on. I had to brush my teeth and wash my hands in the kitchen. It was pretty disgusting. It is definitely a work in progress but very expensive for what was offered.

Çift kişilik yatak oldukça dar ve biraz ortaya meyilli. Yastıklar epey eskimiş, içleri topak topak olmuş. Cadde üstü olduğu için barlardan gürültü gelebiliyor. Kıyafet dolapları da biraz eskimiş kapakları tam kapanmıyor. Sokak kapısı, apartman kapısı açılıp kapandığında ses yapıyor. Önüne sandalye koyduk.

• Stuart (9/5): Great location, would recommend - The flat interior is in good condition, appears to have been refurbished not too long ago or is very well maintained. Two shower rooms and toilets are very convenient for a family of four. Good WiFi, plenty of towels and hot water, lots of shower gel and shampoo as well. Location is excellent being only 5 minutes walk from Covent Garden tube station and the many restaurants nearby. There are supermarkets within a few minutes in at least two directions. Communication was clear and entry to the flat was easy. We barely used the kitchen but it seemed well equipped, there's a coffee machine with enough pods for our stay We were there at the weekend so the sound of people talking outside the bar opposite could be heard from the front bedroom, may be disturbing for some, the back room has no such problem.

My only problem and it’s not major was the tv ….. I couldn’t get the regional programmes but by fluke I managed to land on one. It would be helpful for a guide really - the property did send a link to the property but when I clicked on it it came up with a warning saying it’s not a certified link and will get financial details so obviously I didn’t click on it. But apart from that everything was perfect.

La ubicación es perfecta, no viajas más de 20 minutos en subte y podes llegar a muchos lugares turísticos caminando. Hay mucho movimiento de bares y gente. El check in y el check out rapidísimos, simplemente te dan la clave y entras, y luego te vas sin mediar con nadie. A las 12 ya me habían enviado la clave pero entré a las 15 (no se puede antes). No hay para dejar las valijas El edificio no es para nada limpio, las alfombras de las escaleras están sucias y las ventanas también, incluso hay algunas cosas descuidadas en el departamento como las ventanas (vidrios rotos y muy sucios)

Showers are broken. Air conditioning works only in the bedroom. Closets are old the doors hardly open. Flat was in the 2nd floor with very narrow staircases and no elevator which was very hard with the luggage. We checked in late but were missing bedding and no one agreed to provide so slept on towels (!)

• Rick USA (9/5): Excellent location with lots of amenities - A reasonably priced apartment in Covent Garden. Easy to find (Google maps) with an access code to get in to the shared staircase and another code into the apt. We were in #2 of 3 with 36 steps to get to the 2nd floor. Lots of amenities with an air conditioned bedroom. Perfect for a couple or small family. Bed is a double size and the c ouch is a third bed - not a pull out bed (and extra linens are in the couch!) Location was perfect! Plenty of restaurants and shopping, plus within walking distance (1 mile) of many London tourist attractions and public transportation (taxi, Uber, Lime bikes ...). Communication from Booking and with the staff was excellent. We had a few minor issues but the staff responded quickly (we didn't know the extra linens were in the couch). The shower drain doesn't drain well, so they did address it although it's still not good. The air conditioning is only in the bedroom - we left windows open in the living area for our 3rd person. But these are all minor - still a wonderful apartment!

Salt/Pepper, Coffee, dishwasher soap and basic toiletries provided. Tissue and paper towels would be a nice addition. A/C is only in the bedroom but it was able to cool the main room, at least when the weather is not very hot. I suspect it may get quite warm on a hot day.

La cama para dos personas de 1'20 lo que resultaba pequeña (no se especifica), zona bulliciosa con bares, el extractor de humos del restaurante de abajo ruidoso que daba al dormitorio, poca vajilla y cubertería (2 platos, 3 cucharillas, 3 vasos) y la terraza inservible puesto que estaba todo lleno de excrementos de paloma. El suelo algo sucio.

• Fabian (10/5): - Das Appartement war klasse ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist der absolute Wahnsinn! Das Treppenhaus ist wirklich eng und muffig und man hat wirklich kein gutes Gefühl. Das Apartment war dafür absolut spitze!
• Ayelet (9/5): היה מאוד כיף סהכ - המיקום יוצא מן הכלל, קרוב להכל ועדיין יחסית שקט מיטות נוחות, והדירה גדולה יחסית יש את כל מה שצריך בדירה. זרם המים במקלחת ולוודא שאין סתימה. הייתי שמחה אם במהלך ה- 10 ימים היו מחליפים מצעים או מציעים עוד מגבות. לא שמעתי מהמארחים בכלל במהלך כל הימים שהיינו שם, אולי מידי פעם שירימו טלפון ויבדקו אם צריך משהו.

The door from the bedroom that opens out to a very dirty balcony doesn't lock. On the second day we were told that the sofa needed replacing anywhere between 9-11 am but it didn't happen till about 3pm which disrupted most of our day. They should have done it when the flat was empty. Also, only the bedroom has aircon.

Alarmas sonando durante la noche en locales adyacentes, lógicamente no atribuible al alojamiento pero hay que tener en cuenta que la persona que duerme en el salón en sofá cama lo hace en una calle de mucho tránsito. Aún así el balance general es bueno.

• Patrick (9/5): um Londons Zentrum kennen zu lernen , eine super Unterkunft. - super zentrale Lage, das Schlafzimmer ist trotzdem sehr leise - wenn man auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohn-/Esszimmer schläft ist es recht laut - auf der Strasse tobt das leben... Oropax hilft und mitfeiern auch. nichts
• Sven (8/5): Rundum zufrieden. - Das Appartment hat eine super Lage da es Zentral liegt. Vieles ist Fußläufig zu erreichen ohne große Proleme. Die ausstattung ist ist Modern und gut gewählt. So das es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Räume sind gut aufgeteilt und mit zwei Großen Schlafzimmern super für 4 Personen. Auch mit 5/6 sollte man das mit der Couche dort gut aushalten können. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie BigBen, Themse, Buckingham Palace usw. sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen oder mit der Bahn. Auch an Restaurants und Bars mangelte es dort nicht. Der Wasserdruck des Appartments lässt etwas zu wünschen zu übrig, aber das sollte eine Einstellungssache sein. Auch muss man aufgrund der Zentralen-Lage damit leben das es Abends durch die Bars und Kneipen etwas lauter sein kann. Der Ausblick in den Innehof sollte man auch vermeiden :D Dort sieht es aus wie bei Mary Poppins mit viel Tauben und Müll, aber das hat uns persönlich nicht so sehr gestört, hat halt auch etwas Londoner Flair da wir hauptsächlich zum Abend/Nachts in die Wohnung zurück sind.

Alloggio ben fornito di tutti gli accessori necessari. Gestori molto puntuali. Consigliatissimo! Spacious and comfortable accommodation in a very nice neighborhood. Supermarket nearby. • CREANGA (3/5): mizerabil,din cauza cazarii! - Locatia - amplasata destul de in centru,dar pe o strada murdara si zgomotoasa adevarul.....ar fi putut fi spus....ap.cu balcon?????? Se intra in imobil printr-o usa ca in Harry Potter,intrare mizerabila,cu o mocheta plina de pete,usa de la ap nr 1 era pe scara de urcare,fara clanta,cu un nr. care nu se vedea-deci am trecut pe langa si abia la etajul 2 ne-am dat seama (urcare pe o scara ingusta si abrupta,cu 2 valize de 30 kg....)Am primit codurile de acces pe W-up,dar a trebuit eu sa pun intrebarea"avem si chei,sau doar coduri'-raspuns sec:doar coduri! A trebuit sa cer parola wi-fi;cu exceptia patului,care era curat,totul in app era dezgustator! Balconul era o mizerie plina de gainat de porumbei(care si faceau un zgomot infernal noaptea!,in plus de zgomotul strazii!),usa spre balconul de 1 metru patrat nici macar nu se descuia,in dormitor becurile de la capatul patului nu functionau,erau prize care nu functionau,plus ca n-au lasat macar un adaptor de priza europeana!!!!!!!!Baia murdara,au lasat DOAR 2 prosoape de baie,deci trebuia sa te stergi la fund si la gura cu acelasi prosop! Nicio matura sau aspirator! Doar farfurii si pahare desperecheate,mai rau ca la cantina saracilor! Un filtru de cafea care nu mergea si un nespresso,dar nici macar 2 dozete de cafea,sa avem la sosire,sau 2 plicuri de ceai,in tara ceaiului!Pentru 1600 euro ,5 nopti,este O RUSINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Eu si sora mea am ales un app,pentru ca am vrut 2 camere. HUUUUUUGE MISTAKE !!!!!!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU!
