• Nimai (10/5): Amazing cruise experience - We absolutely loved this trip :) it was our first time on a cruise, and it was a fantastic experience. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, and a special thanks goes to the manager, Harry, who ensured our stay was completely hassle-free. We had a lovely room with a small balcony that offered an amazing sea view. Additionally, the meals served for breakfast and lunch were decent, and the dining space was just beautiful.

Les activités sont du remplissage de temps et sans aucun intérêt hormis la grotte des surprises. Il est proposé un cours de cuisine : en fait tous les soirs c'est la meme chose : on fait confectionne un nem avec les aliments déjà préparés... Eau payante à table !!!!! Le bateau ne navigue pas : il se pose à un endroit au milieu des autres bateaux et ne bouge plus.

We were warmly welcomed by the tour guide/coordinator David at the bay and from there onwards he had taken care of us throughout our stay with cruise and all other members of the cruise staff are also friendly and kind. The food was excellent and tasty and cooked with ultimate care and deliciousness. Cruise also included with few activities, kayaking to a cave through and hiking a mountain, beach time etc.Halon bay was scenery and night was filled with activities such as Vietnam cooking and squid fishing. Room was very clean and comfortable. Had so much fun with this cruise ship and were regret that we booked only one night. Next time around it will minimim three nights stay. Very highly recommended and well worth the money. Beer and liquor are bit over budget for us.
• angryptaszek (10/5): Rajska podroz Zatoce Ha Long - Prawdziwie rajska podróż! Zdecydowaliśmy się na 2-dniowy rejs po zatoce Ha Long (z jednym noclegiem na statku) i byliśmy zachwyceni. Nasza kabina była doskonała i bardzo luksusowa, a posiłki serwowane w restauracji – wspaniałe. Program obfitował w dodatkowe wycieczki po zatoce: pływaliśmy łodziami motorowymi (speedboat), kajakami i tratwami, a także odwiedziliśmy słynną wyspę Ti Top. Na samym statku również nie brakowało świetnych rozrywek, takich jak wieczorne karaoke czy angażujący kurs robienia sajgonek. Żałujemy, że nie zostaliśmy 2 noce! Wysokie ceny alkoholi na statku (własnego wnosić nie wolno, ale przy braku ostentacji... ;-)

We found that most travelers only stay one night so they only see the main areas of Ha Long Bay, but the second full day really showed us the beauty of the bay and gave a more immersive experience. I highly recommend staying at least two nights!

Nous avons été séduits par la beauté du bateau et de ses chambres et leur confort de haut standing. Mais aussi par l’attention apportée par le personnel tout au long du séjour. Nous nous sommes sentis vraiment "chouchoutés". La nourriture était délicieuse et les plats joliment dressés. L’accueil et l’organisation été assurées d’une main de maître par notre interlocuteur Harry d’une extrême gentillesse et patience avec nous et à la fois très bon guide lors des excursions en nous partageant ses anecdotes rigolotes. Sans surprise la surfréquentation de certains lieux touristiques. Mais nous pensons que cela aurait été vraiment dommage de rater cette expérience rien que pour la beauté de la baie qui restera mémorable. Je vous recommande vivement cette compagnie.

Le dîner était très bon. Le service de transport est très efficace, notamment avec les bus. Le buffet du midi n'était pas très bon. Les excursions auraient pu être un peu plus sauvages, c'était très touristiques mais ça reste sympa. La propreté est à améliorer. Attention les chambres sont plus petites que sur les photos.

Not only this cruise but all other similar is more like an European 3 star and not a 5 star accomodation for sure. Also I expected to spend more time in the bay, but the programes were short (only 30 mins kayaking and 50mins on Ti Top island) We board the ship at 12pm, but did not leave the port until 2pm. Also next day arrived back around 10am and was staing in the port until 11am. So we had 3 hours for nothing... I would appreciate if I can spend this time in the bay, as this was we did not see more, than a 1 day tour.

На Букинге цены ниже - - Не просили перевести предоплату - Персонал очень старается - Приятные каюты - Вкусная утка - мне не показалось, что еды было очень много, поесть можно, но это не какой-то супер опыт - очень не комфортно, что нельзя иметь с собой воду в необходимом тебе количестве, - как ловить кальмаров нас толком не учили, никто ничего не поймал, - лайнер только делает вид, что роскошный, по факту везде грязненько, старенько, не докрашено и прочее Абсолютно ужасно, что все лайнеры приезжают в одни и те же локации плюс-минус в одно время. Остров Тип топ просто кошмар, он крохотный и там собирается просто огромное количество людей! Каякинг тоже можно пропустить. С большим удовольствием я бы осталась в первый день в одиночестве на лайнере, только утром о правилась в пещеру. Апрель - плохое время для поездки в Халонг. Смог мешает наслаждаться видами. В целом очень огорчает экологическая обстановка и количество туристов. Вода и воздух очень загрязнены, подышать морской свежестью не получится. Как и почувствовать себя в уединении с природой. Это очень поточное развлечение и оно не про это удивительное природное место, а лишь про коммерцию…

Nous avons choisi d'ajouter le transfert depuis l'hôtel vers la croisière à la prestation pour 600kVND par trajet par personne (donc 1200k aller retour) et c'est un car très moderne avec des grands sièges en cuir qui est venu nous récupérer avec beaucoup de place pour les jambes et une bouteille d'eau par personne. Après un trajet sans encombre on nous a déposé au port pour rejoindre le bateau de croisière. Bel acceuil avec le mot de notre guide, une description des activités à venir et une petite collation. S'en est suivi un repas du style buffet (mention spéciale pour les nems végétariens frits). Nous avons eu la bonne surprise d'avoir été surclassés dans la suite présidentielle ! Nous avons donc pu profiter d'une très grande chambre avec une salle de bain munie d'un jacuzzi et de toilettes ainsi que d'une terrasse privée avec des transats sur le pont avant. La literie était très confortable. Ensuite chaque excursion se sont déroulées comme sur le programme et étaient aussi belles qu'attendues, toujours accompagnées des informations du guide. Tous les repas étaient excellents. Des options sont disponibles si vous ne mangez pas certains aliments. Si vous souhaitez passer quelques jours pour découvrir la baie d'Halong vous pouvez y aller avec Arcady cruise sans hésiter ! On aurait apprécié que de l'eau soit fournie pendant les repas et pas uniquement les boissons payantes à la carte.
• Nicole (6/5): Not luxury. Budget cruise with a budget price. - It was beautiful at sunrise. It’s definitely not luxury if that’s what you’re looking for. Food is fine. Service is very average. Rooms are a LOT smaller than what they look in the pics. Room was very dirty upon arrival, which they did their best to fix it. Doona had blood stains and sheets had hairs on them and room was so dusty. I’d say it’s value for money but glad I only booked one night as it was not the experience we were looking for. It would suit a budget traveller.

• Lorraine (9/5): Very disappointing due to the condition of the sea & beaches which need an environmental cleanup by the boats using - The Arcadia was lovely, comfortable & staff were excellent, food was amazing & plentiful, could not fault it The sea in Halong Bay was disgustingly filthy which spoilt the whole trip, seeing the rubbish floating towards us was very off putting & when kayaking the main objective was not to get wet or fall in as it looked dirty. The food was amazing but they need to slow down when serving the courses it’s rushed & spoils it. The food cookery demonstration was good but no cooking involved as you put together a wrap. The photos you see of the trip are false as the water is not that lovely blue colour so we felt disappointed & cheated, I suppose our expectations were too high, within 10 minutes of setting off the views it you looked ahead were brilliant but not looking down & I wanted to turn round & go back. My kayaking trips were me collecting the floating rubbish 😱

A programok zsúfoltak voltak, olyan menetrendszerűek, nem igazán figyeltek oda a vendégekre. A főzés kurzus arról szólt, hogyan csináljunk tavaszi tekercset. A tintahal horgászatnál adtak egy bambuszbotot, aztán csinálja, aki akarja. Minden plusz ital fizetős volt és drága és saját innivalót sem lehet bevinni.

• Aisling (8/5): Well organised trip - be aware of the transfer! - We had a lovely 1-night, 2-day stay on a Ha Long Bay cruise and really enjoyed the overall experience. The location is, of course, stunning—waking up surrounded by the limestone karsts was unforgettable. The trip was very well organised and the facilities on board were comfortable, and the food was consistently good with a nice variety across meals. What stood out most was the attentiveness of the staff, who were friendly and always willing to help, adding thoughtful personal touches throughout the trip. As we were celebrating our honeymoon, the team made a special effort to mark the occasion, which we really appreciated. It added an extra layer of warmth to an already memorable experience. The room we stayed in wasn’t particularly well cleaned. The first day was very well organised with every part of the day taken care of. However, there was a lot of waiting around from the moment we woke up on the second day. Breakfast at 6.30am should be noted as optional. We waited a very long time to leave the cruise and at the docking station before being taken on the coach back to Hanoi. When we enquired about transfers, it was not mentioned that we would be forced to walk around ‘local businesses’ to see how local crafts are made. Not only did this add unnecessary time to the journey, but these businesses are a total rip-off (we were taken to a Pearl farm on the way there and a bamboo/cotton ‘farm’ on the way back) where these ‘farms’ are actually massive warehouses where every passenger has no choice to walk through. These are literally inserted into the trip to try and scam tourists. I don’t want to take away from how good the actual Ha long Bay experience was, but better communication would have helped this and we would have NOT booked the transfer from Arcady. We wish we ordered a Grab Taxi.

Kabinen extrem eng und nicht wirklich sauber, waren sehr abgewohnt, keine Ablageflächen; im Badezimmer Abflüsse verstopft und schlechte Gerüche. Man musste um 6.00 Uhr morgens aufstehen, um an den Ausflügen teilnehmen zu können. Das Schiff verlassen, und obwohl trotz zwei gebuchter Nächte, hätten wir den Tag nicht am Schiff verbringen können! Wir haben die Tour vorzeitig abgebrochen.

The communication was also fantastic prior to the actual cruise especially. Eating dinner at 8PM is not our thing, we would prefer to have eaten way earlier. It would also have been nice to be offered water at supper.

Po rejsie, podczas powrotu z zatoki do Hanoi musieliśmy mieć przymusowy przystanek ze względu na to, iż " kierowca musiał zjeść obiad". Okazało się, że nie było tam żadnej restauracji, a wylądowaliśmy na przymusowym pokazie produktów z bambusa
• Sadbh (8/5): - The boat itself was lovely, really fresh rooms with a balcony and a lovely en-suite. Food was excellent and the staff were very nice and attentive. Would definitely recommend staying for the 2 night cruise instead of the 1 night. The property was very good, just 2 minor complaints. At happy hour (from 17:30-18:45) they play music from the top deck which we could hear really clearly in our room. It made it hard to relax after going on excursions all day. There is no single use plastic allowed on Halong Bag, which is great. The cruise however provide a glass bottle for the rooms which you can refill. The only thing I would say is that glass bottle should be of a bigger size, since it was only around 500mls.

• Maria (10/5): - Όλα ήταν όπως έπρεπε , το προσωπικό ευγενικό , το πρόγραμμα πλούσιο , οι ξεναγήσεις εξαιρετικές , το φαΐ πλούσιο κ για όλα τα γούστα , άξιζε πραγματικά , ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα !!!
• Chloe (10/5): A lovely experience with excellent staff. - Everything! The biggest lunch and breakfast were great. The evening meal was fabulous. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and very attentive. Harry was an excellent guide and all the excursions were good. Had the boil the kettle on the bed but it may be because I just couldn’t locate a more convenient plug.

• Alejandro Daniel Zanotti (8/5): Agobiante!!! - El segundo día recorrimos un sector con menos masificacion de embarcaciones. Que se permita en un sitio declarado patrimonio de la UNESCO la gran cantidad de embarcaciones al mismo tiempo. Deja de ser bello.

• Doreen (10/5): - Staying for 2 nights meant we visited Lan Ha bay which was much quieter and stunning. Def worth it for that alone!
• Juan José (10/5): - Todo perfecto, una experiencia increíble, el barco muy bonito, la habitación de ensueño, el baño con hidromasaje, la cama muy cómoda, la comida muy rica, un ritmo de actividades frenético, nunca te aburres, los sitios que visitas son alucinantes y mención aparte para el personal, una gente maravillosa, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar y en todo momento con una sonrisa, la estancia se convierte en una aventura increíble. A nosotros nos organizaron el traslado desde Hanoi y el posterior desplazamiento a Tam Coc y fue de cine, de puerta a puerta, recomiendo este servicio.
• Alejandro (3/5): No hagaís el crucero en la Bahía de Ha Long - Las vistas. La cena que dieron junto al desayuno, evitaban darte bebidas como café para desayunar para que las pagaras a parte.
• Anne (7/5): We enjoyed our time in Ha Long Bay - The excursions were good. The staff were friendly The restaurant was too bright at night, no ambiance. The bathroom should have a few hooks for your clothes same with the room. Overall we enjoyed our stay
