There is air conditioning Wifi is extremely slow, almost useless except if that’s for reading mails. The location is quite far from city center with no good transportation except taxis
• Arie (9/5): Superb - It's a beautiful flat in a very nice and quiet part of Kypseli, it's super comfortable, extremely clean, and affordable for the prices in the area. Highly recommended. The hosts are very nice and reachable, and the kitchen has a lot of tools and even cooking basics. The balcony is so nice to spend time in, and generally a superb atmosphere. Wifi was rather unstable is the only complain.
• Aikaterini (10/5): Brilliant - The flat was well maintained. The property is close to all the major Archeological sites of Athens including the Parthenon and the famous Acropolis museum. There was nothing I didn't like. If you are the type of a person who likes the hussle and bussle of a busy city then this apartment is ideal for you.
• Riccardo (9/5): Best option for a short vacation in Athens - The apartment, even though it is quite small, has everything you need. The bedroom and the balcony especially are the best part of the apartment. The bathroom and the kitchen are smaller, but have everything you might need and are good for a short vacation. The apartment is located in Kypseli, a beautiful and lively neighborhood that is not touristic at all: you can find everything and it is located near a lively street full of amazing restaurants and bars where you can experience the real Athenian atmosphere. It is not super close to the subway system: you can reach it by walking (it takes about 20 minutes) or by taking the bus, which are not always reliable. However, we would still recommend this apartment because we got to see an amazing part of Athens that we would have not otherwise known. The owners have also been very efficient in communicating with us, both for the check-in and check-out operations, and they were very helpful in helping us when we had a problem. It is impossible to find a better apartment within this price range, we would definitely recommend it!
• Sven (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is luxurious! We were pleasantly surprised—everything you need is there, even if you arrive with just a backpack. You don't have to worry about anything because the apartment is fully equipped. We received detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment and how to retrieve the key. It's very convenient that everything is automated—just enter a code at the locker, get the key, and head upstairs. It's all very clear and straightforward. The apartment is on the 5th floor, so be aware that the elevator only goes up to the 4th floor; you'll need to walk up to the 5th. Upon entering, there's a closet with a hairdryer, ironing board, and iron, as well as extra blankets and bedding. The main room is very clean, with a bed, a small dining table and chairs, a work area with a lamp, and a TV connected to Wi-Fi. The air conditioning works well, although we adjusted it slightly so that it directed airflow into the room—everything is great. The kitchen is the most interesting part: there are cups, spoons, forks, knives, pots, baking dishes, spices, coffee, honey, sugar, oil, cleaning supplies, countless mugs, a kettle, a coffee maker, and much more. Everything is new and works perfectly. All the outlets are functional, and the fridge had a few bottles of water, juices, beer, and chocolates. The bathroom is overall good, with shampoo and shower gel provided, and everything works fine. There is also a balcony, which we really liked. We spent a lot of time there; it’s a very long balcony with comfortable chairs, a table, and a stunning view. The washing machine is hidden there (with detergent provided), along with a dryer and an extra fold-out bed. Total recommendation! For this price, it’s the best accommodation. The area is close to the center, with many shops and mini-markets nearby, and plenty of stops where you can catch any public transport.
