• Judit (8/5): Communication with the staff was ok they were helpful and kind.We enjoyed our stay overall. - The location was perfect for us. The size was also favorable. It was well equipped. There were too many mosquitoes so maybe mosquito nets on the windows would help.
• Tânia (9/5): Boa opção em Florença - O apartamento está muito bem localizado, a poucos minutos da estação de comboio e do Duomo. Dispõe de todas as condições para uma estadia confortável. O apartamento encontra-se num beco, mas nunca senti qualquer insegurança. Contudo, devido a essa localização, o apartamento tem pouca luz natural. Os acessos dependem bastante do smartphone, o que, por um lado, simplifica o processo, mas, por outro, pode criar algum stress no hóspede por receio de ficar sem bateria.

Didn't realise we were on the first floor till we finally heard the lock click! Definitely need to improve the instructions. *Tiny shower

• Isis (5/5): Great location but Cold Showers, Thin Blankets & No functioning Cooktop 👎 - The location is excellent. A fantastic trattoria just at the corner and close to so many great sites. The apartment was clean and stylish. The staff were able to help via phone and responded quickly to my requests for extra blankets. The experience given our tight travel time was stressful. Things the owner can't do much about: Drug addicts & urine in the alley on way to the apartment. Things that were not good: The hot water, the cooktop & the electricity failing. Problems like this made us late for the expensive tours we booked, a real inconvenience. Not having sufficient bedding. Only an extra thin acrylic blankets on a thin quilt in winter made for bad sleep. The cook top failing meant we bought food we could not heat. Money & time wasted. These things really impacted us. More thick blankets were provided, but overall, things did not meet basic expectations. Was glad to leave and get a shower long enough to wash hair without fear of the apartment's breakers all failing. Really dragged down our experience, will use a hotel next time.

• Reyes (8/5): - Estava situat en un carreró, però era súper cèntric, es podia anar a tot arreu a peu, fins i tot quedava al costat de l'estació, això facilitava poder viatjar fàcilment a altres contrades( Siena, Pisa...) igualment l'arribada del aeroport en el tramvia i el comiat. Potser el carreró feia una mica de por i estava brut. L'apartament era correcte, encara que la cuina no funcionava. Per nosaltres cap problema perquè sortiam fora a Fer els àpats.

L'appartamento ha tutti i comfort e lo staff è stato presente e super disponibile al bisogno. Occorre togliere le pentole che non vanno sulla piastra a induzione per evitare di creare problemi ai meno esperti.... come me
• Marta (10/5): Perfecto para un finde en Firenze - La ubicación es excelente, tiene ascensor aunque está en el primer piso , es amplio , estaba limpio y el personal por WhatsApp muy majo Los cojines del grosor de un folio que hace las veces de almohada. El callejón en el que se ubica es la zona de entrada/ salida de materiales/basura del hotel que tiene allí su parte trasera. La primera noche 1 hora de un camión de drenaje de aguas sucias del hotel o de la calle a las 5 de la mañana! Claro , el apartamento está en el primer piso con ventanas a ese callejón.

Tanto la chica como el chico de recepción bastante bordes y no dan indicaciones concretas de cómo encontrar el apartamento que no es nada fácil, el Maps no capta bien la dirección; teniendo en cuenta que por lo visto es una queja muy repetida no estaría mal por parte de el personal alguna indicación más precisa, alguna foto…
• Hyojeong (2/5): 위치, 와이파이 좋음 - 와이파이는 아주 빠릅니다. 사진과 같이 밝지 않습니다. 세탁기와 위치를 보신다면 예약하신다면 추천합니다. 따뜻한 옷과 이불, 개인 식기류, 수건 등은 개인용품으로 챙겨가시길 추천드립니다. 골목에서 찌린내가 나고 무단투기 쓰레기가 있습니다.
• Sofía Elizabeth (10/5): Excelente opción, bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario - Pequeño pero funcional, muy limpio, cómodo y bien ubicado. La atención de la host fue excepcional. Lo recomendamos 100%. El ascensor es muy pequeño y no entraba el cochecito de bebé de viaje (que es pequeño). Pero era un solo piso por escalera, así que no fue un problema.

• Kar Yong (3/5): 不滿意的住宿 - 這次我們義大利之旅最糟糕的住宿。 首先是住宿和提取鑰匙的地點不同，一開始也沒明講，先發了住宿地址給我們，當我們抵達目的地門口時才發信息讓我們拖著大行李箱走路十分鐘的地方拿鑰匙。 如果一開始說清楚讓我們直接去拿鑰匙了再走去住宿不是更好一點的安排嗎？ 房子的門口是在一個不起眼的小巷口的最尾端，地址指示不明確。而且巷子有股濃烈的臭尿味。 房子雖然是乾淨整齊的，但是很多東西有問題。洗衣機壞了，抽油煙機也無法操作。 洗澡的地方真的太小了，轉個身都困難，也沒有地方放洗澡用品，一開花灑噴頭就兩個一起出水。 最嚴重的是下水道大阻塞，洗澡水完全下不去，水流到整個廁所甚至門口外。當下馬上聯繫負責人，她也安排了人員隔天過來，但是整個住宿體驗就是大打折扣了。

• Aris (7/5): Great location and staff but Internet let me down - I was told that the originally reserved apartment had a problem with the boiler and I was quickly offered this apartment instead. The staff were friendly and responsive. The location was perfect and quiet. The apartment was clean and tidy with some basic amenities such as coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper, and balsamic vinegar. The Internet was intermittent and didn't work the last two days. During working hours, they came to fix it when I told them about this issue but, unfortunately, the Internet was not working the next two nights and it was too late to contact them outside working hours. The phone signal was also weak since the apartment is on the second floor surrounded by tall buildings. It was very frustrating, as everything is done online these days, and reliable Internet is a must have for an apartment.
• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect. The position of the appartment is very close to the railway station and to the historic center, everything is in couple of minutes walk. Inside the appartment there is everything what can be needed. I would highly recommend to stay here and if I one day decide to visit Firenza again, i whould try to stay here.
• Herma (9/5): Perfect location - The location is superb, almost all the major attractions is just around the corner! We walked everywhere. The apartment is super clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff were just a whatsapp away and very helpful, it took them minutes to get to our apartment. We loved our stay here. Nothing.
• Kateřina (8/5): Very good - Perfect location few minutes from the city centre and tourist sights. Well equipped appartment for preparing meals. Vey comfy - sofa in the kitchen. Paper thin walls, you can hear everything from the house and the street. No daily light in the kitchen.

• Heather (10/5): Fabulous. - Excellent and communicative host, fantastic location, squeaky clean place with all the amenities. Since my bag had been displaced, having the laundry facilities was really helpful! The property is a short walk from SMN Station on a quiet dead-end street that is well lit and feels safe. There's one step up from the street, but an elevator can take you the rest of the way. Easy walk to Sta. Maria Novella, San Lorenzo, the Duomo, the river, etc. It's all within easy reach. it was all great.
• Lea (7/5): Good - The building has elevator. We love the smart TV for my son who likes to watch youtube. Staff was very responsive, they let us do early check in which we really appreciate because we were very tired. Electricity went out because of malfunction, apparently you cannot use all the appliances at the same time. Toilet flush was a bit hard to use. Oven was not working when we arrived.

Not a top choice for luxury and comfort, but surely is the best in terms of location. - Location: It is a 5-minute walk from the central station and a 5-minute walk from the grocery store. (TIP: Go to Conad and avoid the lunatic, overpriced Carrefour Express nearby.) Furthermore, it is within walking distance from most landmarks in Florence. Flexibility for early check-in, even though it is based on availability. Even though for that, we had to walk to the office located a 15-minute walk away from the apartment. Basic amenities are available and fully worked. Water boiler, coffee, sugar, washing machine, mop, hot water, air conditioner, bathroom essentials, and bedroom essentials. (PS: it is a bit of a waste of space when there are too many oversized wardrobes in the bedroom. Our suggestion is to remove one, so that the occupants may have more space in the bedroom). The address is not precisely as advertised. The advertised address is Via del Giglio 7, but the actual address is Chiasso delli Armati 2. Although it is just a short 1-2 minute walk from the advertised address, the neighborhood you must go through is not family-friendly (i.e., urine smell every day; also, on two nights, we heard drunk persons shouting).
• Charles (8/5): Handy for the station and the sights - We ran late but the staff were very helpful: the handover was excellent. The location is great for the station and the sights - it’s only a few minutes walk to the Duomo or the central market. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and supermarkets if you need. A few reviews mentioned the alleyway: it was cleaned regularly, but it looked a bit scruffy quite quickly, though it was well lit and we were never worried. The apartment’s got everything you need, including a fridge-freezer, a stovetop coffee maker and kettle for us Brits. The bed was comfortable and there was AC if you needed it. There’s even a lift to the first floor apartment though we never actually used it. For what we paid, it was a bit tired. The stove was tricky to light; the toilet was tricky to flush; there was a trolley with a wheel missing. Though it all worked eventually, it felt as though it might not… And the shower was tiny for someone of my (admittedly large) size, with a nozzle that kept slipping
• Bianca (8/5): Cute little appartment to rest tired legs after a huge day exploring Florence ! Right in the centre on the city - Close to all we needed to get to in Florence. Host was extremely helpful. Had all we needed for our stay. It was down an alley .

Hallway floor from bedroom to bathroom slippy and had small step which I fell off as it appears invisible. Could be an idea to mark with hazard tape. No shower gel as advertised. Dirty grill pan left in oven.
• Gary (10/5): Great value, would book again. - The apartment had everything we needed for our stay (good air con and washing machine, as we stayed during a heat wave). The location was perfect, positioned between the train station and the dome. The bed was very comfy, the shower was great, and good sized fridge. Easy to get to as it's only up one flight of stairs. The apartment is not as light and airy as it appears in the photos. There are no views from the windows, so even during sunny days, the lights are needed. The apartment is not as big as it seems in the photos, but it's big enough for a couple.

• Anna (8/5): Location ! - City center location, close to everything and close to train station, spacious enough for 2, well equipped , easy watsapp communication Entrance was at the end of a very shady alley with heavy urine smell, there was a lot of noise coming to the bedroom from the outside and from the neighbours apartaments, some surfaces were very dusty (f.eg. Tv remote)

Very close to the central station, cafes, restaurants -Lift in the building -Poor WiFi -The window blinds aren’t blackout ones, and the bedroom window has bright light coming in throughout the night. -Ac dosent work -The bed is two single beds pushed together to form a double bed. They keep moving apart forming a big gap in the middle. Very uncomfortable if you’re travelling as a couple. -Shower cubicle is extremely tiny. Uncomfortable for people who are tall/ have broad shoulders. -Funny toilet flush that had to be pressed with force minimum 3-4 times to get it working.
• Timea (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice apartment, pretty, clean. Perfect location, close to the train station and the duomo. There is enough room for families, since there is a bedroom and a couch as well.
• Ankur (8/5): Value for money. - +pros+ The kitchen with all that was needed except microwave, washing machine, good internet, fridge etc. Location is perfect. -cons- -shower space was less and no windows or natural light in the living room, barely any natural light in the bedroom even during the day! Just mentioning it but mostly I was outdoors during the day so it doesn't matters much anyway.

• Angella (7/5): Good - Big and cosy, convenient location The toilet flush was extremely hard to use. You can press it normally for 5 mins and it still doesn’t work. It only works if we slam the flush, but that doesn’t even guarantee that the toilet is flushed properly.
