• Loan (8/5): - It was a bit small because there are eight of us, when I searched for room I did looking for an eight-person room.it showed me this room for eight people.
• Solene (9/5): Très bon séjour. - Localisation proche du centre de Shinjuku mais au calme. A 10/15 min à pieds de la gare de Shinjuku et 3 min à pieds du métro. Le check in s'est fait facilement, bonne communication. La salle de bain est petite. Il n'y avait que 3 tabourets et nous étions 4.

• Jasmina (10/5): Great place to stay - Spacious and nice flat equipped with everything you need. the location is great, in a vibrant area but in a quiet street ! Great value for money the pressure of the shower was not very strong but it's not a big deal
• Atchad (2/5): Not for a family and young kid. More for backpackers - Location was good. Size was fair Really needs updating- more hostel quality than hotel. Would not recommend for a family as its cramped and very dated.
• Tindra (5/5): Passable - Very small place for 5 people since there is no common room. The toilet is also super small which made it difficult some days being a family of 5. But made it work! A lot of train and buss connections nearby which was a huge bonus! Very good location. Also close to several family marts and 7/11. The bed was nice but the pillowcases were super thin.

• Hernan (8/5): over all the property suits our need to stay comfortably in Tokyo, it’s very accessible and close to things that you nee - the property is just few minutes from shinjuku train station with convenient stores and coffee shops etch that are just a stone throw away.. it is very clean when we arrived and basically with things that our family needs. there are two bedrooms and a lot of extra mattresses. we are family of 4 adults and 1 child and the place was just enough and spacious to accommodate us. theres no TV and rack that you can hang towels and jacket/coat to dry
• Karim (10/5): Exceptional - Great place for a quiet stay. The only lacking is mirror. Need at least one big mirror in the kitchen area
• Simo (2/5): Very disappointing - misleading description of the apartment! - Location and Wi-Fi OK. The description of this apartment is very misleading! Might be OK for one night stay, but not for a longer time, especially not with children! Balcony and terrace - the spaces 70 cm by 2 m accessible only from window. View to the walls of surrounding houses. Bath for standing. Sofa is foldable matrass on the floor. Dining area - we did not discover any. Soundproofing - when you can hear almost everything that happens on the street and behind the door? Heating only by air-conditioner. Wardrobe or closet only in one room, no clothes rack. Even no hooks or places to hang up your coat or the towel in the bathroom.
