- Ann (10/5): One night stay at The Grand Hyatt hotel - The room had everything you need, the bed was very comfortable and I loved the pillows. It was well soundproofed, so quiet. The staff were very helpful. We ate in the roof top restaurant which had a nice outdoor area with fabulous views of the city. There's a lovely pool outside, unfortunately it was a bit thundery and rainy so didn't use it. The location was a bit far from the nice part of the city and there didn't seem to be too much of interest within walking distance.

- Alicia (8/5): Great place if your business is close by - Loved the roof top restaurant. Room was small but comfortable. Staff was very accommodating, no issues or wait for taxi transportation. Breakfast buffet had a huge assortment of foods and was excellent. Further away from sites than anticipated. Windows don’t open/ no balcony.
- KARBOWNICZEK (10/5): - Bardzo przestronny i nowoczesny pokój, aczkolwiek zaskoczył mnie brak szuflad i półek. Dużo otwartej przestrzeni, ale oprócz szafy z wieszakami nie było gdzie trzymać rzeczy. Idealny na krótki pobyt, ale my byliśmy dłużej i ubrania trzymałam głównie w walizkach. Poza tym piękna strefa basenowa i zadbaną roślinnością, co pozwalało zapomnieć, że hotel znajduje się przy ruchliwej ulicy. Ta część wygląda jak oaza. Przyjazny personel i pyszne jedzenie. Byliśmy na Camp Nou pożegnać Roberta Lewandowskiego. Hotel mile wpisywał się w to doświadczenie! Jest oddalony ok 600 m od stadionu. Bardzo polecam! Brak półek i szuflad

The hotel is beautiful, elegant, spotless, and the rooms are incredibly comfortable and luxurious. The staff was amazing — from the butlers to the reception team, everyone was kind, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The spa felt absolutely magical and was one of the highlights of our stay. All restaurants inside the hotel were excellent, especially Leña, which had the best food. The rooftop restaurant also had a perfect atmosphere and experience. Nothing — everything exceeded expectations.

Poco personal atendiendo. 40’ para hacer el check-in. Las fotos de internet no justifican el sitio. Parece más personal, más íntimo, mimado. Sin embargo, hay siempre mucha gente, ruido y desgraciadamente personal escaso. La habitación asignada no es la que reservamos. Uno de los restaurantes estaba cerrado por evento privatizado. Deberían de notificarte.

Very clean ... for a place to stay, five stars. The rooms were tiny ... like suitcase would not roll around the bed tiny. Also, for a hotel that won the award for best business hotel, there was no deal or place for a computer. In fact, just finding a place for wallet and hat was difficult. Was the room beautiful and well maintained? ... YES. However, functionally, I found the room too small or certainly not designed for a business traveler.

À notre arrivé à l’hôtel Mr François ( dernier jour de travail, il est parti à Ibiza) qui était à l’accueil a changé notre chambre en suite pour être en famille, la meilleur chose qu’il a fait ! Nous étions très content de son geste et de sa gentillesse. La suite très propre nous étions au 17 eme étage, une vue sur la ville magnifique, le restaurant beaucoup de choix rien à dire nous conseillons fortement !

- Biljana (8/5): Will recommend to friends and family and plan on staying there the next time we are in Barcelona. - Loved the automatic lights by the bed and the bathroom. Staff was very helpful and friendly during our stay. We loved the restaurant in the lobby for breakfast and dinner food was delicious and plenty of choices to pick from for breakfast. Location was also good and getting a taxi was very easy with the help of staff. The only problems we had with the room was the lighting. It was too dark in the room and there was not enough lights or the ability to make the brighter. Also not enough storage to unpack suitcases if you plan on staying there longer than a few days.

Me parecio extremadamente desorganizado, faltaban vasos, agua, a las 10 am no quedaba mayor cosa (. frutas, hummus, huevos) La isla de los huevos se veia suicia y desorganizada. Para el nivel del hotel y el costo no cumplio con mis expectativas.

Por otra parte, es un puntazo que el hotel tenga un restaurante con estrella Michelin: el famoso Leña, de Dani Garcia. También destacar el spa. Era muy bonito. No nos gustó nada la atención ofrecida en el buffet del desayuno: la chica que nos atendió no nos acompañó a la mesa ni ni siquiera nos explicó el funcionamiento del mismo. Al salir y despedirnos, ni contestó. Educación 0.

- Harvey (4/5): Waste of money. - This hotel is a 3 star at best. Before I start this, I want to give a huge shoutout and massive thank you to the waiters who work at the Philosofia Cafe downstairs. They were the highlight of our stay. We had breakfast and lunch there everyday and it was fabulous. They made us feel so welcome! My partner and I were super excited to take a trip to Barcelona for his birthday. We arrived and were greeted straight away. We were promised on check-in that we would receive a “special” birthday something for my partner which we never ended up getting. There was a leak in our room and a bad smell (assume plumbing issues) so moved rooms within 10 minutes (good of them). We were told the spa was €40 to use for 90 minutes. When speaking to others, they were told it was €35 so we were clearly told the wrong price (unsure why). Ordered room service one evening which was awful. The burger was terrible and flavourless, the pizza was just pure bread with a little bit of cheese (ordered the diavolo). The pizza was dry and stale. The shower has no light in it so we showered in the dark everyday.

- Catherine (10/5): Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit viel Komfort, Entspannung und erstklassigem Service. - Mir hat besonders die Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals gefallen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Es ist bereits mein zweiter Aufenthalt hier, und ich komme immer wieder sehr gerne zurück. Es ist schwer, etwas Negatives zu sagen. Vielleicht war am Morgen gelegentlich ein leichtes Geräusch vom Flur zu hören, aber es hat mich nicht wirklich gestört. Insgesamt war alles sehr angenehm.
