• Dušan (8/5): 50/50 - Čistoća i ceo sadržaj unutra je jako solidan. Vidi se da su se potrudili da od nečega što je jako staro i dotrajalo pokušali da izvuku maksimum. Opremljenost apartmana je odlična, sa svim pratećim aparatima. Krevet jako udoban i veliki. Prostoran apartman. Potrudili su se i da pošalju sve detalje i instrukcije za što lakše snalaženje. Ulaz u zgradu, stepenište i ceo deo do ulaska u stan je jako kritično i pomalo jezivo, kao iz lošeg horor filma. Takođe odvojeno kupatilo od apartmana, koje nije bilo samo moje na korišćenje jer sam čuo da još neko koristi. Verovatno zbog ruiniranosti zgrade instalacije za svetlo su negde onemogućene ali veliki broj lampi uspeo je da nadomesti taj problem.
• Flippity (9/5): - Such a cute, spacious flat with tons of character! It was a pretty good take on design - the place was arguably run down but it just added to the *~aesthetic. Plus it was warm, well equipped, quiet, had very hot water and was well located.  There was an AC/heater in the living area and a ceramic heater in the kitchen. There was an ironing board and iron in the wardrobe, slippers provided, and the kitchen was fully equipped with crockery and cutlery. Although sharing a bathroom, there was a mirror by the kitchen sink, making it easier to brush teeth and the like.  There was a 24/7 convenience store at the end of the street (turn left) which was very practical given most shops close before 10pm and I had a late flight.  No blinds, only transparent curtains. No tea towel, hand towel or oven mitt. A lack of plugs by the sofa and dining table.  The rickiest stairs possible - getting up and down three flights of wonky, curved stairs with a suitcase was perilous, so be careful! 
• Sofia (2/5): Lamentable - El interior es cálido y la calefacción funciona bien. La cocina está equipada completa Básicamente todo no me gustó. Los espacios de dormitorio y comedor son fieles a las fotos. El resto es un suceso de cosas malas. Primero la ubicación. Uno que no conoce ve q está en el casco histórico y dice ok. Está a unos 200 metros de una avenida por suerte pero la calle en la que está es super oscura y da miedo. Pero no sabes que tenes miedo hasta que entras al edificio y ves el ingreso y la escalera para subir a la tercera planta, recorrido q hice siempre rezando un padre nuestro. Llegas al piso y te enteras que el baño está en el exterior y es compartido. Ojalá me estén leyendo porque cuando reclamé que en las especificaciones del piso ni en las fotos subidas por el anfitrión figura esta información, el anfitrión me confirma q tengo razón y me dice que lo dice la gente en los comentarios. Sobre que el edificio es tétrico ni te digo si te dan ganas de mear a las 2am y tenes q salir al vestíbulo. La puerta con la que se comparte encima tiene una cámara, lo cual probablemente sea ilegal. Y la cama… recomiendo dormir pegados a la pared y de costado porque es el único sector en donde no corres riesgo de que un resorte te perfore un pulmón. La verdad que condicionó totalmente mi visita a Sofía haber estado tan insegura e incómoda en el piso.

• jose antonio (9/5): - No te asustes, viajero, cuando pases la primera puerta. Ciertamente la entrada y las escaleras no dan ánimo. Pero el apartamento está muy bien, con detalles de hogar. Cálido, familiar. La cocina muy bien equipada, un lugar muy tranquilo El cuarto de baño compartido , si el vecino se ha duchado antes encontrarás todo empapado.
• PAOLO (9/5): Sofia. Aspettami. Ritornerò !!! - Soggiornato dal 13/11 al 16/11. 3 notti. L appartamento é accogliente. Piacevole alla vista. Ha un certo gusto retró che risulta piacevole e caldo. Arredato in modo molto carino. Situato al terzo piano. Posizione perfetta per visitare Sofia. Il bagno non é dentro l appartamento ma appena fuori. Sulla sinistra. E condiviso con l altro appartamento. Le scale per salire al terzo piano sono un po disagevoli. Ma tutto perfettamente fattibile. Direi nulla di particolarmente eclatante.
• Smirna (8/5): Sofia - Blizina centra grada. Stepenište do apartmana je staro, dotrajali drveno i prilično neuredno (koriste i drugi vlasnici stanova). Kupaonica nema nikakvu zaštitu za tuš već se koristi na sredini kupaonice

• Giorgia (6/5): Close to the center, but improvable inside. - I spent 3 nights in the room and it was comfortable enough, because I'm a simple person and I don't pretend much, I found everything to live a few days. Bed was quite comfy and also pillows and duvet. Bed sheets and towels were white and cleaned. In the pantry there was oil, salt, pepper and many other things. The heater was working. Neighborhood was silent. No instructions about trash separation (paper, plastic, glass) and I was upset because in Bulgaria they throw trashes all together. Always found the bathroom cleaned. Close to the center, just a few mins walk, and also to the metro Opalchenska, that is direct to/from the airport. Not far from Lidl and Billa supermarket. I booked a non-smoking room, but my neighbor smoked a lot and the smell came out of his door, filled the hallway and reached my room. Maybe he smoked with the windows closed. The stairs to the room were a nightmare, narrow and steep, creaking at every step. The room is on top of the building and were almost 40 steps. You don't have to be afraid to heights. Bathroom was just the necessary and there was no separate shower, so the water goes everywhere and you have to mop the floor. I always left cleaned. A camera is always watching you when you are in the corridor. A local told me that the district isn't one of the best in Sofia. With a little bit of care and cleanig, some plates and useful pots, that room could became much better.

• Ilze (10/5): Exceptional - Nice place, close to Women's market and metro station. Loads of grocerie stores and coffee shops near by. It was cold outside, but the apartment was warm, nice and cozy. The owner was very friendly as well as the neighbor Would loved if it was a bit cleaner. Had to do some dusting myself as I am allergic to household dust.

• Walter (10/5): A good way to get a feeling for past times - in an absolutely positive sense! - It’s been a nice and rewarding experience to stay at this place! Real city life - authentic! Very positive: the co-sharing of the bathroom was no problem at all, the tenant next door is not only friendly, he always left the place in a perfectly clean condition. The owners were very helpful, which was needed initially in order to find a safe storage place for my bicycle. They even offered to come and help me with getting the bike out of the basement at the end of my stay, which would have meant a 4km trip one way for them! Having to leave eventually ☹️
