• Liliia (10/5): Квартира находиться в отличной локации , все виды транспорта в пешей доступности , магазины и даже рынок у вас на районе - Очень отзывчивый владелец , у нас произошел инцидент, при котором была полностью наша вина, и хозяйка решила вопрос без каких либо скандалов , отнеслась по человечески и даже отвезла нас в аэропорт . Огромнейшее человеческое спасибо . Очень рекомендую эти апартаменты .🤍

• Rosanna (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Struttura tranquilla, appartamento al primo piano, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Metro e bus per le zone principali raggiungibili a pochi minuti a piedi.

• Good Mood (4/5): PORTATE IL LETTO DA CASA !!! - La Signora è apparsa abbastanza insistente già sul mio orario di arrivo , purtroppo salendo da Taranto l' autostrada era affollata il 5 Gennaio (grande rientro festività). Arrivati in struttura neanche un "Benvenuti" ma subito la specifica sul riscaldamento da remoto. In pratica la casa non è autonoma ma bisogna chiamare lei e chiedere di alzare o abbassare la temperatura. I telecomandi dei condizionatori inesistenti. Il letto aveva le doghe rotte, il materasso completamente sfondato e fa la conca al centro non permettendo un sonno dignitoso. Inoltre non c'è il lenzuolo ma un copripiumone che si spaccia per lenzuolo. La mattina del 6 Gennaio alle ore 9,20 ho chianto chiamato la Signora chiedendo delucidazioni sul letto rotto e chiedendo un lenzuolo ma è stata sgarbata in tutto e per tutto asserendo che l'avevo chiamata in un giorno festivo per chiedere un lenzuolo . Sono rimasta esterrefatta dalla abnorme ineducazione e scortesia di questa donna che dovrebbe imparare prima i modi gentili e poi decidere di affittare un appartamento. MI HA CHIUSO IL TELEFONO IN FACCIA ! Non ho finito neanche di dire che il divano presentava delle macchie sparse e c'erano dei vermi lunghi nella camera da letto. L'appartamento è molto bello ma non è confortevole perché a vedere tutto questo passa la voglia di starci. Abbiamo dormito tre notti malissimo! Ho preferito lasciare perdere perché quando mancano le basi dell'educazione ci si scontra contro un muro ma la Signora dovrebbe fare una scuola di educazione. Se affitta appartamenti si deve rendere disponibile H24 e non rispondere alle 9,20 del mattino isterica e assonnata! Non ci torno più e spero cambi il letto per i prossimi ospiti!
• Immacolata (8/5): Seconda tappa romana - L'appartamento ben suddiviso caldo e accogliente Bisognerebbe sapere in anticipo che la struttura non ha il parcheggio disponibile per un mercato rionale dal lunedì al sabato. Specificarlo nell'annuncio sarebbe molto gradito e si eviterebbero spiacevoli inconvenienti.
• Stefano (8/5): - Il palazzo si trova in una zona popolare, se piace l'atmosfera dei mercati rionali è molto carino. L'appartamento è abbastanza comodo, ha tutti i confort necessari. Il letto era un po' scomodo, con le doghe che si staccavamo molto facilmente. Un'altra cosa, ho avuto la necessità di una ricevuta per il rimborso ma non l'ho mai ricevuta nonostante i diversi contatti. Consiglio di comunicare prima le necessità di questo tipo
• Alessandra (10/5): Weekend a Roma 5-8 Dicembre 2025 - La struttura è accogliente, pulita e confortevole. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Bianca è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile, la comunicazione è avvenuta senza intoppi. La casa è ubicata in una zona tranquilla e servita dalla metro e dai bus per gli spostamenti, da supermercati e ristoranti, e la via Boccea con tanti negozi.

• Evelyne (5/5): Rome est superbe mais nous aurions préféré un appartement mieux équipé et avec une meilleure literie car nous avons très - Emplacement agréable. Au calme malgré un marché en bas de l immeuble tous les matins sauf le dimanche. Il faut bien penser à fermer les volets le soir pour ne pas être réveillé par le marché par contre. Conseil : achetez vos légumes au marché (moins cher et de qualité) . Bus en bas de la rue (46) et métro à 7 minutes. Supermarché à 7 minutes près du métro (Conad). Bonne communication avec le propriétaire et son frère. Literie de mauvaise qualité : lattes qui partent régulièrement, matelas beaucoup trop mou. Une seule couette fournie qui est plastifiée semble t il et tient extrêmement chaud (on sue, on se réveille, on a beaucoup de mal à dormir). Pas de couvertures légères à disposition alors qu elles sont nécessaires quand il ne fait pas très froid. Cuisine sous équipée : À notre arrivée, une seule grande casserole, et deux poêles en très mauvais état, à changer. Après réclamation le frère du propriétaire nous a amené une autre casserole plus petite, un presse agrumes, un égouttoir à salade, une petite cafetière et deux torchons de rechange. Il n y a pas d égouttoir à vaisselle ce qui serait plus pratique. Pas de grand bol non plus pour garder quelques aliments … Ni huile, ni vinaigre, ni cafetière, ni torchon de rechange à notre arrivée. Pas de produit pour nettoyer l évier, pas de seau si on a besoin de nettoyer le sol, pas un peu de lessive si on a besoin de faire une machine pendant notre séjour d une semaine avec arrivée et départ avion…. Problèmes de l appartement qui nous ont moins affectés mais qui ne figurent pas sur les photos : façade de la cuisine au dessus de la hotte à changer, hotte percée au niveau des lumières, plafond de la salle d eau très écaillé et à refaire, l électricité n est pas aux normes.

• Alondra (10/5): Great place to feel at home - Truly felt like a piece of home, very large space, there was a fresh market that set up on the street every other day, beautifully decorated. The metro station and bus stop to be able to go into the city center were only about a 10 minute walk away. Many delicious food options near by.
• Rose (10/5): A delightful mature and peaceful stay - It was incredibly easy to stay here, with highly responsive hosts. It was a BEAUTIFUL apartment, very lovely and very spacious and clean. The apartment was in a peaceful but nice neighborhood with happy people around. It was a very mature and lovely stay, exactly what we wanted. We loved loved loved it. Very convenient for using metro to access city centre and other parts of Rome.
• Carlo (7/5): Clean, Comfortable & Well-Connected - It was very clean and was more than we needed. It was nicely decorated and a very good place for a few nights stay. It was also very close to bus stops and the metro, so it was very easy to get to Central Rome and all the places you need to go to.😁 At first glance, arriving from another country, the area felt a little unfamiliar and gave us a slightly uneasy impression. There was also quite a bit of noise from the surrounding neighbors during our stay at night. That said, we soon noticed that the community itself seemed warm and lively, which helped us feel more comfortable as time went on.
• Ems (9/5): Superb - The area, the apartman is nice, just same as a pictures. So many shops, restaurants and daily local market is here. Good area, nice people.The owner sent us every information about the apartman, we got keys simply and cary on us by message during our days. (The capuccino, donat, croissant is perfect: in Gelato NEKED, the italian food is excellent in Lo Zio Frankie. If you have to go so early to the airport, you must know, the metro is open from 5.30. am. You can book taxi on the booking.com and it's working wery well and correctly.) Thanks a lot for the apartman, we are very grateful!

• Danwen (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very clean, cozy and well maintained. Close to metro station, there is open market every morning, very convenient. But this region is not that clean or organized. The host is quite busy and didn't reply messages on time or make mistakes between 2 apartments.
• Phyllis (10/5): Nice Apartment in Rome - This was a very spacious apartment that was located within walking distance of one of the main metro lines in Rome. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable as well. There was a market selling all kinds of meat, cheese, fruits and vegetables there every morning and a supermarket nearby too. It was very easy to prepare a nice breakfast before setting out for the day. This neighborhood is not a typical tourist area and we did not find very many people who spoke English. There were also not many restaurants close to the apartment. That being said we thought the owner of the apartment was very helpful (she did speak perfect English) and responded very quickly to any questions we had. This apartment was a very good value for the location.
• Mihai (10/5): Great stay, friendly host, great property and clean. - Property was excellent, spacious and comfortable and clean. Slightly noisy in the early morning due to local market set up. Thankfully windows are soundproof.
• Sofya (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very nice. Good air conditioning, beautiful interior, big and comfortable bed in the sleeping room. 1) the couch for the third person was quite uncomfortable 2) the district is quite unpleasant, but you don't notice it from the apartment
• Ryan (9/5): Superb - Fantastic clean home! Bed was amazing and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our Christmas dinner! Host was east to contact and helpful. Very good location, out of the city enough to be quiet and calm but easy to commute in. Lots of good food places to eat The only reason I didn’t give it a 10 was that the shower head didn’t have a lot of pressure and the hot water seemed to go on and off. Shower was also quite small for a big guy like me. Other than the shower, house was amazing! Thanks :)

She was friendly, communicative, and was very friendly! She answered many of our questions and was very helpful! All was great. It is not close to the center- but the metro is walking distance
