Highlight of our stay was the warmth and courtesy of the property manager Mr ENDRIT. Restaurant recommendations given by him were just Fantastic !!! I would give Mr ENDRIT a 10 out of 10. He is an Asset to this property. Thank you. Property looks a little dated. Wear and tear.

The room was clean, spotless, the bed was great. We will visit again and we will recommend capital suits center to everyone who want to visit Albania Tirana. Nothing, everything is perfect.

He made our stay great and showed us where to go even outside of Tirana. Very kind people are waiting for you in Albania. The apartment was comfortable but not as luxury as you might think regarding the pictures. Yes it is an apartment not a hotel. But in the Center of the city close to bars restaurants etc. The rooms are in a big building with different companies inside. The staircase would need some painting;-).

• Noa (5/5): The first time booking score didnt match the reality - The owner was very attentive, gave us many recommendations, and was very helpful, the hotel is located in the city center, very near to the Opera house This is not a hotel!! And not a 5-star rating in any way (the owner claims that Booking.com gave him a 5-star score...) This is an apartment building. The building is very poorly maintained, and the elevators are small and scary. The room is old and needs to be refinished, and the bath was not clean when we arrived. It has a strong musty smell. We had 2 rooms, neither of which was in good condition; the air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night, and there was not enough hot water.

Those who are looking for a mosque - there is a beautiful mosque, only 2/3 minutes of walking distance with all of the facilities and beautiful recitation of the Holy Quran. You can hear the Adan too. There are few food places, close to mosque, where you can easily get Pizza, fish & chips etc. Currency exchange shops and cash machines are available, and very close to the hotel. Julian was brilliant. I enjoyed talking to him. There should be a guest/waiting room facilities

• Fraser (9/5): I would recommend anyone to stay here if you are looking to spend some time in Tirana. - The location is extremely central with a variety of food choices on the doorstep. They offered a pick up service for when we got off the flight. The owner was very helpful, friendly and gave some good suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Rooms cleaned daily. At first it was hard to find but once you have discovered the property it’s not really an issue.

• Martin (10/5): AT THE HEART OF THE CITY - Julian, our host was brilliant. His support and recommendations enhanced our stay in Tirana. The rooms and the apartment's common areas were pleasantly furnished, decorated and maintained - everything that we needed for our stay. Rooms were serviced daily to a high standard. Select the 'luxury' rooms if you want those extra touches like an in-room tub (as well as an en-suite). The location cannot be bettered: just 50 metres from Tirana's principal square and at the heart of this vibrant city. And great value as well. Some things are not under the direct control of the Capital Suite Center. The entrance way and the approach through common areas of the building, its shared elevators and other shared provisions are not to the same standard.

• Laurie (9/5): Parfait, très bon rapport qualité prix. - Nous avons réservé la suite pour notre première nuit à Tirana, la suite est situé au 9eme étage avec ascenseur. L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier avec tous les lieux d’intérêts à proximité. Le bâtiment est ancien mais les chambres et couloirs sont refait à neuf et sont décorés avec bon goût. Nous avons particulièrement appréciés la baignoire avec la vue sur la ville. Le personnel qui nous a accueilli était très gentil et serviable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel, très bon rapport qualité prix. La femme de ménage venais sûrement de terminer de nettoyer la chambre et nous as tendu uniquement deux petites serviettes pour nous deux ce qui était peu. Aussi il y avais quelques minuscules travaux de finition à refaire : plinthes qui se déclouent, peinture au plafond qui craque. Mais ça n’a pas été dérangeant.

They arranged it and arranged my companion’s dental appointment - as he complained about a sore tooth. The communication was amazing. Bed sheets were wonderful.

La posizione è perfetta, a due passi dai principali punti d’interesse, ristoranti e locali. La camera era stupenda, moderna e con una vista spettacolare sulla città. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è stato Julian, una persona meravigliosa, sempre disponibile e attenta, che ci ha aiutate in tutto rendendo il soggiorno davvero indimenticabile. Felicissime di averlo conosciuto! Consiglio vivamente questo posto: Julian saprà accogliervi al meglio e supportarvi anche con il parcheggio dell’auto o qualsiasi altra esigenza! I stayed at Capital Suites Center to visit Tirana and I honestly couldn't have made a better choice! The location is perfect — just a short walk from all the main attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. The room was beautiful, modern, and had a spectacular view of the city. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was our Julian: an amazing person, always kind and helpful, who supported us with everything we needed. We’re so happy to have met him! I highly recommend this place, Julian will make sure you feel at home and assist you with anything, even parking your car!
