• Marzena (9/5): Świetne miejsce na pobyt - Blisko centrum komunikacyjnego, bardzo wygodny apartament z prywatną łazienką i dużą wspólną kuchnią. Polecam 👌 Brakowało płynu do mycia naczyń ale to drobnostka, wszystko było SUPER.

• Hirmenes Zoiled (7/5): - La ubicacion esta bien muy cerca de la estacion del tren. Las instalaciones muy bien. Pueden mejorar la entrada del edificio ya que esta bastante deteriorado y pudieran incluso colocar un anuncio del nombre del hospedaje en la entrada para su mejor ubicación.

• Daniela (7/5): - La ubicación y que hubiera lavadora aunque era muy ruidosa. Que la cocina no contaba con toallas de papel, paños para limpiar.
• Janine (6/5): Great location - The location was fantastic and very easy to find, the kitchen area was great too, we used the kitchen area both days, it had everything we needed and the space in the fridge for each room was great. The room was looking a bit tired like it needed a bit of tlc, the shower wasnt great, the shower head was leaking and wouldnt stay up, we also didnt realise there wouldnt be any shower gel provided, but the shop wasnt far to buy toilet roll and shower gel, also we couldn't get the tv to work.

• Giorgia (7/5): Carino - Central location, just 11 minutes walking from train station. Very nice and big shower There was a lot of dust, no balcony in the room or in the kitchen. There wasn’t soap to wash the dishes or body wash in the toilet.

• Iara Agostina (10/5): Finde en Venecia, hermosas vistas al canal - Los host fueron muy atentos, respondieron súper rápido nuestras solicitudes e inquietudes. La comunicación fue un 10, lo mejor del alojamiento fue el servicio que brinda quien lo maneja. Gracias! Para tres personas la habitación es algo pequeña y no tiene tanta intimidad. Además nos tocó una habitación al canal, las vistas eran divinas pero a la vez se escuchaba algo de ruido por la noche.

• Ronny (4/5): - מסתבר שזה דירת שותפים , יש שלושה חדרים ומרחב משותף של מטבח בלי כיריים רק תנור כיור מדיח , לא נראה ככה לפי התמונות , בכל אופן המקום נקי במיקום לא מרכזי מידי אבל קרוב מאוד לתחנה המרכזית ככה שזה חמש דקות הליכה ברגל ולא מסובך.

Voisins plutot calmes, heureusement je pense Nous avons fait une remarque sur une ampoule absente et une bouche d'aération abimée mais 0 retours et que des messages "standard" avec les procédures de sortie, paiement taxe de séjour

• Felix (7/5): Okay, but with no heart. Could be a lot nicer with some effort. - Actually nice room. Old structure, two windows and high ceilings. The pictures are a bit deceiving, you only rent one room in an apartment. Strong smell of mold remover, in the room and the whole apartment. This may be due to the fact that the bathroom fan doesn't work reliably. Kitchen poorly equipped, weak lighting, oven doesn't work. You wouldn't want to spend time there. Floor of the room was sticky and dusty. Impersonal, you normally don't have any contact with the owners. Very basic items are missing in the room (e.g. toilet paper holder). Wall decors have been removed, only holes are to be seen. What really turned me off was the owners' attempt to get rid of the disposal of their guests' waste by inventing "a small fee" of 10 Euros if you don't bring it with you. All together you get the feeling that money is all that counts here. The owner seems to work in the office of a real estate broker, which kind of fits.

• Julia (9/5): Superb - The location was amaizing, very nice size and the bathroom also good A lot of mosquitoes and we were informed that they would give us something to kill it but nothing.

• Eileen (9/5): Superb - Close to the bus & train station, quiet neighborhood with lots of food options nearby, the room & bathroom were clean. We were not expecting a washing machine included in our room so that was a nice surprise.
• Vivek (8/5): It was Fabulous and had wonderful experience - It’s in great location and the apartment is easy accessible and very helpful staff . Nothing as such, but we assumed stove is there in kitchen but it wasn’t accessible. The stove is not included in the property description. Apartment is located in great place where so many restaurants near by.
• Fletcher (9/5): Superb - Airconditioning. Shutters that kept the room dark for sleeping. Proximity to Piazzale Roma (bus station for airport transfer) City tax not included in the price. Nor was a significant extra deposit to cover breakages. (Hopefully this will be reimbursed eventually, as I didn't break anything.)

• Anna (3/5): At best, a poor quality Airbnb, at worst a total scam. - The location is perfect imo for Venice. Great if you're arriving late or leaving early as it's so near the pizzale Roma, but far enough off the main drag that you're near good restaurants and bars. I really think this place is bordering on a scam. There is a B&B called Allo Squaro which has great reviews. THIS IS NOT THE SAME B&B. It could possibly be run by the same people, I have no idea we didn't meet any of them. This is a three bedroomed apartment which you pay close a hotel rate for sharing with two random couples. The bed linens aren't changed and the rooms are not cleaned. There were only three plug sockets in the room, one of which the air conditioner was using. This means two plus to charge your devices. They are not near the bed but on the other side of the room. The bed was uncomfortable and only made with a single sheet (in late September). We had to get more bedding out of the wardrobe but it didn't look very clean. We didn't need to use the air con but it was a stand alone unit not a built in so not sure if it would be very effective. Bathroom had a weird smell but not all that unusual for Venice. Essentially, you are getting the quality of a very cheap air BnB for the price of a room in a B&B. We could have booked an airbnb to ourselves for less and at least had the luxury of having an apartment to ourselves AVOID!!

• Mike (7/5): Good - Location was nice, close to parking. Clean and comfortable. There are 2 properties in Venice with same name. Google maps finds the wrong one and we walked for several hours trying to get to the correct location. Even then someone had to come and lead us to property. They need a web presence with a map from parking..
