Breakfast was good on both day one and day two, with a decent variety and fresh options. The location is also a big plus — it is close to the beach and has easy access to nearby restaurants, making it very convenient for dining out and exploring the area. Overall, a simple and pleasant stay with everything you need for a short trip. The bathroom shower cubicle had a leakage issue, causing water to flow everywhere during use.
• Ahu (1/5): Pitoyable - La plage devant etait bien L’établissement n’a rien à voir avec les photos, nous avons passé une nuit,la salle de bain c’était inondé à cause des toilettes qui fuyaient, la chambre est remontée d’égouts, la salle de bain, il y avait des moisissures sur le pommeau de douche ainsi que les joints de carrelage. Suite à tout cela, nous avons demandé à partir de l’hôtel, vu que nous n’avions pas encore payé les trois nuits restantes, ils ne nous ont pas fait laisser partir sans avoir tout pris, même la taxe, aucun geste, commercial alors que nous avons prouvé que les photos étaient mensongères et un cafard avaient été trouvé dans la chambre. Nous avons préféré payer et changer d’hôtel repayer à nouveau une chambre.

• Timm (2/5): Entäuschend - Das Hotel kann natürlich nichts dafür, das Ksamil eine Ballermanngleiche überfüllte Touristenbraterei ist, welche absolut garnichts mit den Malediven zu tun hat. außer den Preisen. Die sind entsprechend verrückt und überhaupt nicht angemessen, insbesondere nicht in diesem Hotel. Wir wurden schon zu beginn sehr unfreundlich begrüßt. Der Aufenthalt war eher unangenehm. Wie sich zudem ein Hotel 3 Sterne geben kann (bei google sogar 4) welches nicht einmal Kaffee bietet (geschweige denn echtes Frühstücksbuffet) ist mir ein Rätsel. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich OK , ein kostenfreier Strand aber sehr weit weg. In der Hauptsaison sollte man um Ksamil einen Riesenbogen machen. Um dieses Hotel besser auch in der Nebensaison

• André (6/5): Locatie bij het strand! Alleen doen als je kamer met zee zicht hebt - Sea vieuw Lakens en handdoeken waren vies dat zie je heel goed. Het ontbijt was niet lekker. zij serveren het ontbijt op bord aan je tafel. Ik heb liever een buffet dat ik zelf mag kiezen wat ik eet als ontbijt.

Incluye desayuno, bastante completo: cafe, zumo, tostadas, fruta y un plato de salchichas huevos y tomate. La ubicación inmejorable: con vistas increibles al mar y un ambiente tranquilo para poder dormir bien.

• Angela (4/5): Disappointing! - Location , staff very friendly Booked a room with sea view in upper floor as chosen on booking pictures and had a room with view to hotel parking The side window opened to the hotel main entrance so impossible to leave it open and the balcony had the view to breakfast terrace, hotel parking . Anyone in main road could see inside our room , I am glad we not stayed one night
• EIRINI (7/5): Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά - Πολύ ωραίο δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο και καθαρό. Μπροστά στη θάλασσα στον κεντρικό δρόμο δίπλα στα μαγαζιά και με ωραίο πρωινό Δυστυχώς όλα τα καλά του ξενοδοχείου δεν αρκούν για να ξεπεραστεί η αγενεστατη συμπεριφορά του παιδιού που μας υποδέχτηκε. Δεν ήθελε να μας δώσει το δωμάτιο γιατί η τιμή που είχαμε κλείσει ήταν λάθος του συστήματος μας ειπε παρόλο που αυτό το είχαμε συζητήσει από πρίν και μας είπε ότι είμαστε ευπρόσδεκτοι. Επιπλέον επικοινώνησαν και από την πλατφόρμα μαζί του για να μου επιβεβαιωσουν ότι ισχύει η τιμη πολλές μέρες πριν την άφιξη μας. Του εδειχνα στο κινητό τις συνομιλίες μας και μου είπε να μην του κουνάω το δάχτυλο. Αρνήθηκε να δεί τις συνομιλες που αποδεικνύουν τι είχαμε συμφωνήσει.Τον ρώτησε ο άντρας μου αν μιλάει ελληνικά (επειδή εκεί οι περισσότεροι μιλάνε)και μας απάντησε αν θέλουμε ελληνικά να πάμε πίσω στη χώρα μας. Απαιτούσε να πληρώσουμε το δωμάτιο χωρίς να το δούμε και αρνήθηκε να απαντήσει αν είναι το ίδιο με τη φωτογραφία που είχαμε. Στο τέλος αρνήθηκε ότι περιλαμβάνεται το πρωινό και μπήκαμε στο αυτοκίνητο να φύγουμε να πάμε σε άλλο ξενοδοχείο. Του είπα ότι θα τα γράψω όλα στην πλατφόρμα και τότε μας σταμάτησε και δέχτηκε ότι είχαμε συμφωνήσει. Τις επόμενες μέρες δεν μας έλεγε ούτε καλημέρα και μας σέρβιρε το πρωινό με μούτρα ξενερωμενος. Δεν σεβάστηκε ούτε το μικρό παιδί που είχαμε και μας ταλαιπώρησε. Ταξιδεύω πολλά χρόνια τέτοια αντιμετώπιση πρώτη φορά.

• NURIA (6/5): - L'emplacement est parfait : proche à pied de tout ! Les chambres sont très bien. Le personnel très à l'écoute et agréable. On peut garer la voiture ce qui est un sacré avantage au vu de la circulation à ksamil.... La terrasse du petit déjeuner est sans charme, sol peint, mobilier en plastique. Mais surtout le petit déjeuner est très bas de game par rapport au prix élevé de la chambre. Uniquement du thé aux fruits ou du café, une boisson à l'orange certainement à base de poudre, des croissants fourrés à la crème 1er prix.... bref un petit déjeuner très en dessous de ce qu'on peut attendre d'un hôtel bien noté. Le prix ne correspond qu'à l'emplacement et la vue de la terrasse.
• Annemarie (8/5): - Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt! Das Frühstück war jeden Tag abwechslungsreich und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Hotelier ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Die direkte Strandlage ist unschlagbar – einfach aus dem Hotel und schon ist man am Meer. Insgesamt ein hervorragendes Hotel, das wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen! 🌟
• Bushi (8/5): Bis auf paar minuspunkte bei der Sauberkeit waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel - sehr gute lage meerausblick war schön familiäres hotel was sehr freundlich war genug parkplätze das zimmer war groß wlan war gut der besitzer hat angeboten uns an nahe gelegenen strände zu fahren. die putzfrau kommt unregelmäßig (mal alle 2 tage mal alle 3) die dusche war mit schimmel befallen die dusche war undicht der boden hatte danach immer eine pfütze neben der dusche.

• Matilda (8/5): Доволни сме! - Хотелът се намира на перфектна локация. Гледката е като от снимките - райска. Стаята е голяма и удобно обзаведена. Банята е удобна. Закуската е чудесна. Въпреки че се сервира, а не е на блок-маса, включва всичко и на нас не ни липсваше каквото и да е. Домакините са изключително любезни. Почистването на стаите не е ежедневно, което води до натрупване на боклук и липса на консумативи, както и на известно замърсяване. Бих предпочела банята да беше основно почистена и по-добре поддържана.

• lisa (10/5): En fantastisk femdagars vistelse på ett bra hotell som ligger centralt i en riktigt vacker badort. - Vänligt och proffsigt bemötande från ankomst tills dess att vi lämnade. Måns om att vi skulle trivas och ha det bra. Hotellet låg alldeles nära stranden och med gångavstånd till övriga stränder. Massor av restauranger och en Supermarket alldeles nära. Gångavstånd till allt. Nästa gång väljer vi rum med havsutsikt som är enastående från hotellet.

• Alla (7/5): Рекомендую,хто хоче відпочивати поряд з морем .Місце хороше,зовсім поряд чудові пляжі,кафе та ресторани із смачною кухне - Дуже близько біля моря-це найбільше сподобалось 😊Номер був хороший з виглядом на море😎 На наше прохання дали чайник в номер,чашки тарілки,бокали для вина.Сніданок був хороший ,тільки не вистачало тістечка чи круасана до кави. Прибирали в номері не щодня,але по просьбі міняли рушники .

• Madalina (10/5): Great stay in the heart of Ksamil - The hotel is excellently located on the main street, close to bars, beach clubs, and a wide selection of restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and the bed is comfortable. The rooms come with balcony for smokers. The breakfast was fresh made and served every day by the owners. Ardian accommodated all our requests and ensured a smooth stay, while Rusa was very nice and kind and checked frequently on us to make sure we are not missing anything. It was a great stay, great value for money and the location of the hotel is excellent!

Parcheggio privato gratuito esterno e garage sotto la struttura. Purtroppo la doccia non si chiudeva bene e si rischiava di allagare il bagno. Non c’era la possibilità di scelta a colazione, veniva servita direttamente al tavolo.
