- Adam (2/5): - Location very good for exploring Gijón. Bad description, tired and damp apartment. The kitchen is dreadful, and it had a dangerous gas leak. The welcome instructions describe sea views and commitment to customer satisfaction, and high end decoration / facilities. It's the opposite. The only views are of damp courtyards. The kitchen is falling apart. We couldn't see anything on the oven control knobs, and there was a smell of gas leaking which is very dangerous. We couldn't stop the gas escaping from.the hob so we had to turn it off on the main pipe. I have informed the owner. Avoid! It's a scam.

- Lajo Peña (8/5): - La situación El servicio, se rompió el calefactor,antes de que yo llegase,de la habitación principal y avisé y nadie fue ni hicieron nada por arreglarlo por lo que en la habitación principal hacia frío.
- Jorge (5/5): Buena ubicación pero falta mantenimiento - Ubicacion y limpieza Piso e instalaciones viejas. Necesita una reforma. La calefacción eléctrica no estaba conectada al llefar y hace que se vaya la luz, las tuberías hacen mucho ruido. El piso es interior y bastante oscuro
