- Wanda (10/5): Excellent location, perfectly positioned between Puente Romano and Puerto Banús, with everything within walking distance - The location is excellent — perfectly situated between Puente Romano and Puerto Banús, with the beach, marina, restaurants, and shops all within easy walking distance, while still feeling comfortable and private. The apartment is very clean, elegant, and fully equipped with everything needed for both short and longer stays, including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. I also appreciated the balcony, large mirrors, spacious wardrobe, swimming pool, and the smooth, professional check-in process. The apartment looks exactly like the photos and offers great comfort and value. Nothing — everything was very well organised and comfortable.

- Masoud (6/5): - * the complex have vigilance and plenty of parking place * it is close to several supermarkets * the owner were flexible with the arrival time * sheets and towels were clean. * the young host was very kind and polite. * it was an spacious and furnished apartment - it would benefit from a deep cleaning. The kitchen had tons of small ants. Furniture and the walls were dirty. Even the clean! dishes needed to be cleaned. - the apartment need some maintenance, specially in one of the showers. - the kitchen is equipped with appliances, but it is expected that you buy the soap, oven paper, washing machine powder (at least for out case) which is the first time. So consider that if you are there just few days.

- Nicholas (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely location in a quiet apartment block overlooking a swimming pool and garden. Plenty of greenery on the balcony and outside bedroom windows made for a lovely view. <5 minute walk to a nearby Aldi, <10 minute walk to the beach. Lots of useful items and amenities included in the apartment: plug adapters (we forgot ours!), a hair dryer, etc. There isn't much I could say to improve on. A free bottle of wine on arrival? :D
