El personal y el propietario es muy amable y educado. El desayuno es regular y repetitivo. Te regalan diariamente botellas pequeñas de agua. Tiene buenas vistas a las pirámides El baño olía a desagüe de manera constante . Fue muy desagradable. La limpieza en la habitación es escasa

La colazione non è un granché il servizio un po’ lento, però l’ha vista Vale la spesa. Colazione scarsa e non adeguata a un pubblico internazionale. San pulite ma la polizia quotidiana non era proprio precisissima.
• Bernd (10/5): Das Hotel kann uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden. - Das Hotel verfügt über eine schöne Dachterrasse mit direktem Blick auf die Pyramiden, die somit auch zu Fuß erreichbar waren. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend und wurde auf der Dachterrasse serviert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Alle Anliegen und Fragen wurden freundlich und kompetent beantwortet. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit modernem Badezimmer und verfügte auch über einen Balkon. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.

• Lydia B (9/5): Fantastic view of the Pyramids and excellent room - Fantastic location with a roof terrace overlooking the Pyramids. 2 minute walk to the Spinx entrance at the Pyramid complex. Staff were great, very helpful and friendly. The room looked newly renovated and was boutique hotel quality. Would definitely stay here again. It's a small hotel and on site facilities are limited. They did serve food on the terrace but the menu was very limited. The rooms are up several flights on stairs (no lift) so won't suit everybody although staff do carry you luggage up and down for you.

Le staff est super sympathique, vraiment au top, avec une mention spéciale pour les dames de l’équipe qui sont majoritaires et top! Le patron est également très sympathique et arrangeant!!. Le seul petit bémol concerne le petit déjeuner, qui pourrait être amélioré. Et ce serait vraiment un plus d’avoir un petit bar simple sur le toit le soir pour profiter du coucher de soleil l’endroit s’y prêterait parfaitement.
• Margaret (9/5): A Convenient and Pleasant Place to Stay - The view from the roof was fantastic. The pyramids were extremely close and the view was unobstructed. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent-about 2 blocks from the entrance to the pyramids. There was a restaurant on the roof but whenever I tried to get supper there, it seemed no one was ever there. If you don't like climbing a lot of stairs, it is not a good place for you.

L'hotel è situato difronte all'entrata per la piana di Giza (due minuti a piedi) e a soli 15 minuti di taxi dal GEM. Rapporto qualità prezzo altissimo: camere pulite e spaziose, possibilità di pranzare/cenare praticamente a qualsiasi ora, gentilezza di tutto lo staff. Menzione a parte per la terrazza (dove si fa colazione, pranzo e cena) perché si affaccia direttamente sulle piramidi. Spettacolo puro. Youssef, il padrone di casa, saprà aiutarvi per qualsiasi necessità, compreso organizzarvi un tour per Il Cairo a prezzi competitivi rispetto ai vari taxi e uber. Nulla

Важный момент, который не был очевиден до поездки - персонал отеля, ребята действительно помогали во всём и без этого было бы сложнее. Фото с видом на пирамиду на booking.com - это не из номера, а с крыши отеля. Впрочем это нас беспокоило только первые полчаса пребывания в отеле, не критично.

Bölgedeki birçok otel için araştırma yapmış ve bu otelde konaklamış biri olraka söylüyorum ki odalar çok temiz. Herkes kibar ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. Çatı manzarası en iyi otellerden biri olduğundan kahvaltınızı mükemmel bir manzara eşliğinde yapacaksınız.akşam manzarası da ayrı bir güzel tabi. Lokayon akşamları sizi biraz tedirgin edebilir ama biz olumsuz birşeyle karşılaşmadık. Hava alanında 430 EGP ödeyerek uber ile vardık. Giza bilet ofisine çok çok yakın. Tereddüt etmeyin pişman olmayaksınız Sadece öneri olması için söylüyorum. Terlikde olsa güzel olurdu.

The view of the Sphynx and the Pyramids from the rooftop is unique. The reception, the service was good. We asked for a professional guide to the Grand Museum, got an excellent one. Minimalist breakfast, should be improved.

• PATRICIA (9/5): - Lo que más me gustó es el personal. Chicos y chicas encantadores, super atentos y no te intentan vender nada. También me gustó mucho l habitación, muy limpia, espaciosa, con un baño muy completo y un aducha que funcionaba muy bien (presión, temperatura) y te regalan agua todos los días. Por supuestos las vistas del desayuno son increíbles y hace que empieces los días sintiéndote especial. No tiene ascensor (aunque todo el mundo se ofrece a llevarte las maletas y a ayudarte).

Fuori dalla struttura purtroppo la situazione è caotica e complicata, complimenti al proprietario e lo staff della struttura che ha ha avuto il coraggio di ristrutturare questo gioiello, tutto è perfetto: le camere sono spaziose, nuove, confortevoli, pulite. Dalla terrazza le Piramidi sembrano si possano toccare, la colazione super abbondante , abbiamo anche cenato e visto lo spettacolo delle luci comodamente seduti a sorseggiare un the .... Niente

• Olena (10/5): - Отдыхали семьей 3 дня. Всё было хорошо. Номера чистые и уютные, есть всё необходимое. Персонал очень приветливый. Классные завтраки, каждый раз давали бутилированную воду, даже в дорогом отеле такого не было!🙏Хозяин отеля Юзеф во всём помогал. За что ему большое спасибо! Мама забыла в номере при отъезде пижаму. Юзеф без проблем завёз в то место, куда мы попросили. К комплексу пирамид идти пешком 5 мин. И пожалуй, на терассе - лучший вид на пирамиды и сфинкса! Очень рекомендуем этот отель и обязательно вернёмся☺️🤗
