Beatty (1/5): HORRIBLE would not recommend anyone to stay here. - nothing. Owner was not responsive at all. I arrived to drop off my luggage 1hr before check in and the apartment was uncleaned and stank of cigarettes. Didn’t message me until 5pm saying it was cleaned but by that time I had already booked somewhere else to stay because no amount of cleaning was going to get out the smell.

Lisa (10/5): Great location, high quality, nearby cafes, bars, restaurants, groceries. - Accurate photos, super fast response time from the host for all enquiries. Accommodating when I switch units and had to store my luggage. I would prefer duvet covers on the duvets. The sheets slipped and there was a stain on one of the duvets (maybe old coffee / tea stain)
Nini (1/5): Terrible, don't buy it, you'll have a bad experience, and you'll have to fight to get your money back. - I never used the service and I'm suing for a refund. They're a scam. It's a shame that Booking.com takes this type of accommodation into account for services. It's a scam, the photos are not what they seem, everything was bad, plus I had to go to another place because I never took the service

Emma (8/5): A very good apartment in a tremendous location. Would absolutely stay again! - Spacious, quiet apartment in a fantastic location for exploring the best of Montreal. Appreciated the included parking spot! Other reviews noted noise from the bar below, but we found it incredibly peaceful on the top floor. This was a very good apartment, that could be great with a few very modest investments: a fresh coat of paint; providing shampoo/conditioner/hairdryer; and coffee pods that work with the machine provided.
Anonymous (4/5): Good location, but cleanliness and communication needed improvement - It was a good location and we were able to get to most places within a short walk / short lyft. When we checked it it didn't seem clean (or like it had been very briefly cleaned by someone in a rush). Some of the sheets / pillowcases looked dirty and we couldn't use them to sleep with, and there didn't appear to be blankets available. Additionally we came across several bugs in the apartment, cobwebs in the corners, and there was quite a bit of dust throughout. It was also frustrating that the communication wasn't great - I didn't hear about check-in details until about 3 hours before we were supposed to check in, which was quite late. We also couldn't find a hairdryer anywhere - we text the host and never heard back after they said that they would get back to us.

Katherine (6/5): Average rental in a good mile end location. - This was a good sized 2 bedroom apartment in a nice location. The kitchen was very functional as were all the appliances. The shower had good hot water and water pressure. It was a little more rundown than you could tell in the pictures, not terrible just random marks and dents on the walls, a stain on the couch, and what not. The AC is only in the hallway, and makes it pretty hard to cool down both bedrooms and the living room if it's very hot. We had one hot day and had to run the AC 24/7 with the fans on in order to recover.

Alice (1/5): Dirty property and deceitful customer service - Arrived at the property to find the property had not been cleaned. Beds had been slept in, muddy footprints on the floor and dirty bathroom. Contacted property manager who arranged for cleaners to come to clean the property. Property manager stated we would be reimbursed the cleaning fee. After multi messages and many weeks, still no reimbursement! Mistakes happen however customer service goes a long way. DO NOT PROMISE REIMBURSEMENT IF YOU CANNOT DELIVER.

د.عبدالله (7/5): Good - The apartment was clean in general and had everything you need from a microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, coffe machine, washing machine and dryer. There is good internet wifi. The furniture looked beautiful. The site is good since it was near to downtown but not in it, and near to Mount Royal. There is a great restaurant beside the building (Bostan) that had great shawerma and kofta and falafel. The number 1 problem that I didn't pay attention to was that there is no parking. Parking in Montreal it terrible. I payed more than 70 dollars for 2 days for parking. There was some hair on the bed sheets and pillows. Some pillow cases were dirty. The bed was not comfortable. The electric kettle was dirty and smelled bad as if someone boiled milk in it. The curtains are letting light in and doesn't cover the day light (need blackouts)
