• Krystyna (10/5): - Spacious room for families and to spread put all of your suitcases. All the good of an Airbnb-space, price, privacy, but also everything you would want from a hotel. Has everything you need, toiletries, cleaning, umbrellas to use, front desk to accept luggage forwarding, luggage storage. Close distance to multiple subway stations and walking to a lot of food and shopping, accessible to all parts of tokyo by transit. Beds were a little firm, but that is pretty common for Japan, just foreigners are not so used to it.

The extra space at The front is great for storage The lights stay on near entry way and auto turn on for bathroom which is less than ideal for family sharing a room

• Jacqueline (9/5): Room for all the family! - The size of the room was fantastic! Plenty of room for the whole family! Loved the separate work space that could be used as a private space for the older child. Having laundry facilities to wash and dry clothing was a great convenience after a week long stay. Only 1 room per floor meant privacy and security for us, especially as you can only access the floor with your room key. Being from Australia, we are more accustomed to sleeping on plush, soft beds. Soft memory foam mattress toppers would have been the only additional item needed to make this a perfect stay.

• Joshua (9/5): - The room was huge compared to all my other accommodations during my trip to Japan and was great for a group. Staff was friendly and location was quiet. The shower was a bit strange to me as I'm not used to Japanese style bathrooms and I was worried about moisture getting stuck in between the tub and the walls. Also seems like the furniture was a bit chipped and the paint on the walls could be polished up, but these are just small issues. Otherwise this was a great hotel to come back to after a tiring day.
• Ryan (10/5): Mid Feb stay in Akihabara - The location was right smack in the middle of Akihabara and about 1km away from Ueno Park/Zoo and Ameyoko market. Each room occupies the entire floor so it was very safe. Very well kept.

• David (9/5): Great location and value for money. Close to everything you could want. - Clean. Accommodated a family of 5. Was very conveniently placed to get around In Tokyo. The main mattress and pillows were a little lumpy but nothing that spoilt the stay.

Close to the Orange Line (Suehirocho) with lots of Restaurants, groceries and convenience stores nearby. Good for Anime and Toy collectors as it is close to Akihabara. This was the 3rd time we booked here. When i asked to clean the room on the 3rd night of our 8 days stay, a foreign staff member advised that they do not clean the room only after checking out. When I told him that we've been staying here and this is our 3rd third time, he felt embarrassed and apologized for his claims. Other than that encounter, all is good.

• Q (10/5): Best decision we made! Awesome hotel. - This hotel was the best thing about our trip to Japan! It was a home away from home. Extremely comfortable for a family of 5! Everything was great! The staff was so helpful and spoke great English. The hotel was very clean and so central to grocery and convenience stores, the train line was 5 mins away, restaurants steps away, it was an amazing experience! Having a washer/dryer made things so much easier, and of course the cooking area was perfect for a family. This hotel is a 10/10. Having the side office was perfect! A lot of space overall. Awesome!! Best decision we made was staying here! We could have used more towel racks/hooks to place towels when done showering. And more coffee mugs would be good and a toaster would have been great to have. Recommend- getting a new frying pan it’s pretty beat out but manageable. A dresser could have made things easier since we stayed over a week.

• Karin (10/5): - החדר נראה בדיוק כפי שמתואר, היה מקום מרווח לזוג ו3 ילדים. המקום נמצא כ ארבע דקות הליכה לתחנת רכבת, מאוד נגיש. נמצא במרחק הליכה קצר ממוקדי עניין מרכזיים בשכונת אקיהברה. נהננו מאוד מהמקום עצמו, המיטות היו נוחות, קפה, פיג'מות, מברשות שיניים, סבונים וקרמים, מכונת כביסה ומייבש כביסה מעולה ( חדר האמבטיה כולו הופך למייבש), חדר שלם שבו הנחנו את כל המזוודות וכך חדר המגורים היה פנוי לגמרי. הצוות היה אדיב מאוד בצ'ק ין ובצ'ק אאוט. הייתי חוזרת לכאן שוב ללא היסוס.

• Andrew (7/5): Averaged stay with higher pricing. - Near to train stations where easily access different places. Near to convenient stores where access food. Near to AKIHABARA locations where electric city is. Have private study room in case you need to work. Room is not 100% clean (maybe is heavily used and cooking used room) where small cockroaches will kill on first day of stay, after that didn’t see it. Room is stuffy and very soft pillows. Lower bunk bed do not have air-condition despite lower air-condition set (might need a small fan). 2 chairs are sunked in and need to have more cushion or replaced.

• Gabriel (10/5): Espacio de sobra y camas muy cómodas - Un lugar muy cómodo donde alojarse para visitar Tokio. La habitación es muy grande, solo hay una por planta, es silenciosa y tranquila. La recomiendo para parejas, pero es ideal para grupos de 3 o 4 personas. Está bien situado, hay varias opciones de metro cerca y a Akihabara se llega caminando en 5 minutos. Para desayunar recomiendo Sheng's bar, está a pocos minutos caminando.
