• Agustina Frances (9/5): Excelente y confortable - La ubicación esta bien, caminando se llega a todos los lugares de la zona céntrica. La atención, el recibimiento, la limpieza, todo excelente. Lo recomiendo mucho, sobre todo porque mas allá de lo antedicho, la calidad de los servicios básicos es muy buena; calefacción, buen caudal de agua en la ducha, camas excelentes, sabanas impecables, buen abrigo de cama. Si bien no tiene servicio de desayuno, quizás algo de "desayuno seco" con algo de variedad nos salva en la estadía. Había una canastita con algunos sobres de te y de Stevia; pero agregaría café x ejemplo; ya que hay maquina de filtro, algunos detalles menores.

• Patrícia (9/5): Spacious and cozy stay with great amenities - We stayed in room nº1, which was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and featured a huge, very comfortable bed, as well as a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The apartment also had heating, which made it very cozy and comfortable. The location is great, set in a higher part of El Calafate, just a 5-minute walk from the start of the main commercial street and about 10 minutes from the bus station. Claudia was very attentive upon our arrival, providing helpful tips and guidance about the area, and communication with her was always easy. She also kindly arranged a private taxi to pick us up from the airport. It was also convenient that they accepted payment in euros. There is no breakfast provided. The property requires going up stairs or walking uphill to return, which may be inconvenient for some. Additionally, during our stay there were late-night parties in a nearby house on all three nights, which unfortunately affected our rest.

• Alessandra (9/5): - Siamo stati accolti benissimo e abbiamo ricevuto consigli sulle attività da fare, inclusa la gita al Perito Moreno. La posizione è molto tranquilla ma non si è troppo distanti dal centro e dai ristoranti (ca. 15 minuti di cammino). La struttura è un po' vecchia e potrebbe essere rinnovata, ci siamo comunque trovati molto bene. All'arrivo l'alloggio era pulito e in ordine e siamo stati avvisati che non ci sarebbe stata pulizia giornaliera (per noi ok).

Было чисто, сильный обогреватель, когда нагревается становится очень тепло. Не всегда было просто с горячей водой, но если подождать и включить сильный напор, то она скоро начинала течь. На кухне не хватило разделочной доски. В остальном - все отлично. Для соотношения цена-качества безупречный вариант.

La cocina no estaba muy bien equipada en cuanto a utensilios, menaje y espacio. El agua de la ducha tardaba mucho en salir caliente, si cerrabas el grifo luego tenías que esperar otro rato.

• Paula (7/5): Buena opción en El Calafate - En general, el alojamiento está correcto. Está bien equipada la cocina, tienen amenities en el baño, y la calefacción funciona bien. En los apartamentos grandes, tienen parking para el coche. Claudia es muy amable y atenta, muy fácil la comunicación con ella. Algunos colchones no estaban en buen estado, y otros eran bastante incómodos. Un pelín alejado del centro, las distancias son grandes en la ciudad pero tienes un atajo para llegar al centro caminando (15-20min)
• Jone (8/5): COMODIDAD, AYUDA CON LAS EXCURSIONES Y MUCHO ENCANTO - Tiene muchísimo encanto. Son 6 apartamentos subidos en una pequeña ladera y las vistas son espectaculares. Es moderno y cómodo. Lo único que echamos en falta fue una cocina más completa porque los fuegos eran parte de un mini hornillo y era algo incómodo para cocinar. La gente del apartamento fue majísima y nos ayudó muchísimo con las excursiones. Al llegar le preguntamos por sus recomendaciones y nos gestionaron todo. Los apartamentos están a 5 minutos del centro, eso sí, a través de unas escaleras. Lo único que echamos en falta fue una cocina más completa porque los fuegos eran parte de un mini hornillo y era algo incómodo para cocinar.

• Sinéad (8/5): Great location and acommodation - only negative is the request for card payment - Property was modern and spacious and clean with all amenities and overall a lovely stay. Close to the town, short walk down and the host was lovely. Only negative was after we booked, we were informed it was cash payment which is super inconvenient for travellers particularly when we were having issues using the ATMs in El Calafate - we paid €8 every time we made a withdrawal and it would only let us take out a tiny amount. We ended up paying card but had to pay a surcharge for this. This made no sense to us as all small shops on El Calafate accept card.
• Aidan (7/5): Nice property, comfortable space, but too bad about the nightclub nearby and washroom - Property was easy to find and close to the downtown core walking area. Apartment was well laid out and comfortable for 4 people with the living room and two bedrooms. Hotel staff were super friendly and had great communication via WhatsApp. Similar to other comments the hotel is two doors down from the Coyotes nightclub, which you can hear until around 6am every morning. We didn’t think this would be a big deal, but this did affect our sleep every night. If you are a light sleeper we would recommend staying elsewhere. Washroom had a small unknown leak, making the floor wet and the shower didn’t come with any washing products.
• Andrea (8/5): Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, man muss halt bedenken, dass man vom Zentrum weiter entfernt ist! - Man hat eine ganze Unterkunft alleine. Das Bett ist großartig sehr groß und bequem. Dusche auch super. Man braucht fast ein Auto um ins Zentrum zu kommen. Was abends nach einem Besuch in einer der Bars eher schwierig ist. Außerdem wäre es nett wenn etwas Kaffee da wäre für morgens, was leider nicht der Fall war.

Las camas una nubeee!!!! Súper cómodas para un descanso placentero. Nos demoramos en el check in y lo resolvió súper bien Clau. En realidad nos extrañó, y en el Chaltén nos pasó lo mismo. Pero no hay un espejo amplio más que el del baño, no sé, nos pareció raro.

• Andrew (8/5): A nice apartment to return to each day. - Warm, comfortable, nicely furnished and well located. Overall a good experience. A couple of small bedside tables would have been very useful. Currently the king sized double (or 2 singles joined up) doesn’t allow for that. An extra towel hook or 2 (back of bathroom door) would help but these are just small things.

• Yasmine (7/5): Joli petit studio - Claudia est solaire, souriante, disponible et très sympa ! Elle nous a aidé pour organiser quelques excursions et donné de bons conseils. Malheureusement nous avons mal dormi dans le lit, trop mou à notre goût. Aussi, il y a une discothèque juste à côté et la musique à coin toute la nuit n’a pas aidé.

• Luna (7/5): Mucho ruido, no permite descanso. Además no estaba tan limpio. - A menos de 15 minutos caminando desde el terminal de buses. Alojamiento amplio, con buenas instalaciones, tv en dormitorio principal. Excelentes vistas. Agua caliente. Secador se pelo. A pasos del centro de El Calafate. Los colchones muy desgastados, ya tenían hoyos, lo que no permite un buen descanso. Almohadas también bastante deterioradas. Sábanas gastadas, toallas de cuerpo muy pequeñas. No estaba muy limpio el alojamiento (varias telarañas en rincones y bichitos). Había un pub/discoteca muy cerca, y en la madrugada (entre 3 y 5 am) empezaba a sonar una música muy fuerte, realmente muy molesto, aún con tapones). Para la calefacción tenía que ir una persona a prenderla, ya que no era tan simple y había que sacar las tapas. Si bien el trayecto desde el terminal de buses en su mayoría era por camino pavimentado, el último tramo no lo estaba, lo que dificultaba llegar con maletas.

• Sergio (9/5): Comfortable location to stay that is outside the center of town. - Room was spacious with a small kitchen. The heat worked very well (we were there when it was -8C outside). Bathroom was clean and there was plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable as well. The location was not in the center of town but close enough to get there easily. The only negative was that payment was in cash or via electronic transfer.
• Debbie (7/5): Interesting place to stay - The place is beautiful. The room was clean and the host was very nice. We were instructed to NOT turn of the heat. As a result, it was insanely hot. We had the windows open with -2C outside just to cool off the place. It was ridiculous. It was either too hot with the window closed or chilly with the window open. Also, there is a 30% charge on credit cards they neglect to tell you so we had to scramble to come up with cash or pay via Zelle. The hostess did let us pay the next day after she told us that. It would have been nice to know that to be prepared. Lastly, the place is in an obscure location with nothing but dirt roads. It was not easy to find even after staying there a few days.

• Sumita (8/5): Very good - Clean and cute room. 10 min walk from the bus station. The neighbours were noisy and playing music in the next room well into the night, not the accommodation’s fault though.
• Sara (7/5): Great ospitality, the place could use a bit more love - Claudia, the host, was absolutely wonderful — super kind, very attentive, and incredibly quick to respond to any questions or requests. Truly a 10/10 host. The outside of the property is also beautiful, with stunning views, and it’s just a short walk from the center (though be aware it’s a steep uphill walk to get there). That said, the interior could use some more care and maintenance. The apartment wasn’t very clean — the towels had visible stains from previous guests, and things like the cooking pots and the sponge were in pretty bad shape. It just didn’t feel fresh or well-maintained. There are also a few small but inconvenient details missing — for example, there’s no nightstand, so I ended up charging my phone on top of the refrigerator. Overall, I appreciated the hospitality and the location, but I think the place would really benefit from a bit more attention to cleanliness and comfort.
