• Tony (10/5): Absolute Empfehlung!!! - Super nette Vermieterin, großer geräumige und moderne Wohnung mit großem Balkon. Die Fewo war auch super sauber und die Pizza eine Etage tiefer im EG ist super lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

• Gregor (10/5): Perfect location for family skiing holiday - Where to start? - Great location for skiing - Exceptionally friendly host (Thank you again!!!) - Brand-new, clean, well-equipped apartment with 70m2 - Easy access - Easy parking - Pizzeria downstairs with delicious food - Fantastic view - Quiet location, ~500m away from Axams city center - Bus station with regular connection to Axamer Lizum Ski resort is located ~200m away - 10+ Ski resorts available in less than 60 minutes by car - Closest Ski Resort is Axamer Lizum, which is perfect for intermediate and good skiers - Ski lift for children and beginners located next to the Apartment There is possibility to ski from top of Axamer Lizum, directly to the apartment. However, due to lack of snow, this was not possible, which I really regret. Car is essential, if you want to experience other Ski resorts than Axamer Lizum

• Zahran (10/5): A clean, cozy apartment with a wonderful host. - The apartment is clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The host, Sabrina, is extremely kind and always checked in to see if we needed anything. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and she even offered us a late check-out, which we really appreciated. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The location is great — close to Innsbruck and the city center, and only about a 50-minute drive to Garmisch if you plan to explore the area. The surroundings are beautiful, with amazing mountain views, and we were lucky to see snow during our stay. We will definitely come back again and will gladly recommend this place to our friends. • Samira (10/5): - Die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön hell, groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut man kann mit den öffentlichen Fahren oder auch mit dem Auto.

• Khaled (7/5): - Wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean and well-organized. The host was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was ready for us. Her communication was smooth and quick, which made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend staying here — thank you again for the warm hospitality! A few things to note: the kitchen exhaust from outside sometimes blew into the apartment when we opened the window, which wasn’t pleasant. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, and there was occasional noise from the restaurant below.

• Patryk (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is wonderfull ! Very clean, big, all necessary things are included. During our stay we also get another towels complet. The apartment is also equipped with external blinds and mosquito nets, which is rare but very helpful. The view from the balcony is amazing... Mrs. Sabrina is helpful and friendly person. This is one of our top visits in Alps.

• Nigel (9/5): Cosy Mountain Retreat - Very modern and cosy apartment with all the necessities. The view of the mountains from all the windows was exceptional and a highlight of the place, especially with the snowy environment. The place in itself is relatively easy to access with only about a 15 minute drive from the main highway near Innsbruck. Parking was always available just behind the apartment. The kind host, Sabrina, was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a very nice experience! The pop-out bed in one of the bedrooms may be a bit unsuitable for adults.

• Rcomp (8/5): Lovely apartment just outside of Innsbruck, and convenient to everything - The apartment is well equipped and immaculately clean with an amazing view of the mountains, but even better are the lovely hosts. Sabrina made us feel so welcome and even stocked up the refrigerator with essentials. She also left us a backpack and poles for trekking the nearby trails. The apartment is over the owners’ excellent restaurant where we enjoyed several delicious meals.

The apartment is spotless, modern and very comfortable with a superb walk in shower, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and large balcony with stunning views. We had some delicious meals at the restaurant next to the apartment, which was so friendly and welcoming. A brilliant holiday and we’re planning on returning next year. Thank you. Everything was exceptional.

The appartment is spotless and sweet. The owner is so friendly and very helpful. There is nothing we didnt like. Everything was super.

The accommodation is equipt with everything you need. Comfortable bed, rooms are huge. The apartment is so clean ... spotless. You can also get the bus going go the city. An excellent base when exploring nearby towns ( in our case, nearby countries- italy (dolomites) and germany (neuschweinstein castle). Nothing

• Candice (10/5): Fantastic, highly recommend for families! - We checked in late at the restaurant downstairs, owner very responsive, gave us the tour, access to the washer, guide brochures, discount cards, restaurant reservation,etc. Lovely apartment, extremely comfortable, well-appointed. We didn't notice til next morning all the extremely thoughtful little amenities...Coffee pods ready to go, starter food in the fridge (milk, butter, jam), fresh rolls for a snack, s/p, olive oil, sugar. Such a relief to have a bit to start off w little kids!! Beautiful apartment (larger of the 2), spacious, fantastic mountain views. Next to the Tbar, if only we'd had snow!!! Parking would be iffy if the restaurant was busy. Just west of Innsbruck -- perfect for exploring different areas, easy to find. Loved it!! Looking forward to our next stay; would definitely recommend! The only possible things I can think would be having a dedicated parking for the apartment guests, so not having to compete with the restaurant traffic. Not really an issue for us given low tourist traffic.
