Le calme et le sentiment de sécurité dans cette rue pavillonnaire proche de l’arrêt de Bus (92) direct vers Wembley Arena.retour tardif à 23h30. Chambre vraiment très petite.

• Ellen (1/5): - One of our neighbours was extremely rude He came in quite aggressively and told us to turn our music off at 7 o'clock at night but then proceeded to sing church song and preach till 2 o'clock in the morning very loudly( I have evidence of this) The bed was rock solid to the point I woke up in crippling pain. There was no cutlery other then disposable wooden spoons, no mugs to have a cup of tea in no washing up liquid to wash the pots. And it absolutely REEKED of cannabis!!!

• Anastasija (2/5): Avoid if you can - Absolutely nothing It was a shocking quality Maybe the fact they bothered changing the bedding at all or cleaning the room a bit though visible stains on carpet anyway I asked for a quiet room and got placed next to the front door so I heard ALL the stupid conversations at 1:30 am by other ‘guests’ The fact that next door neighbour didn’t bother putting the clothes on after the shower so I got greeted by a man walking in his boxers Showers were dirty and I had an ick using it Bed was so so uncomfortable I could barely sleep. The springs in it all need changing Basically this is a very first time I am leaving a bad review on booking cause normally I am very happy with my choices but this was a massive letdown especially how non quiet guests were and how there seems to be no curfew whatsoever

• Luke (5/5): - Tried to get in the front door of property the key was bent and snapped in front door no one was answering the phone someone opened the door and we where able to get in bathrooms was tidy and couldn't watch the TV because the remote wasn't working

• Teresa (7/5): Cheap and cheerful - The location is great, it was quiet and safe. The room and kitchen were well equiped The bed was a little lumpy, the whole place is a bit tired. It's not the Hilton but for the price it was more than acceptable

• James (5/5): - I liked the location and the large supermarket across the road Not having the heating on full blast I have a digital clock which measured room temperature which showed 27 degrees fan in room was not powerful enough to cool room down and only 1 pillow on the bed.

• Bonnie (5/5): Good location for Wembley arena but not very clean/safe and wouldn't stay more than a night - My sister and I stayed a night at this place: the location is good and it's a good place to stay for a night if you are going to Wembley. We had a concert there and were able to walk, which is very convenient and meant we avoided long underground queues. It is accessible from the centre of London. We were not given a room number by the hosts, we sent several messages and calls and had to wait a while for a reply. The self check-in is a good idea, but not well executed. There are 2 key safes with 3 room keys in : so anyone staying in the house has access to any key. When we arrived, our key was not in the safe, we phoned and were told to take another room key. The people who were in our original room said that they were also told that they were in that room, but there is no way to know if that is the case or if they arrived first and chose the best room. I would suggest changing this system as it didn't feel very safe, especially as we were told to put the keys back in the safe when we were going out, so essentially leaving out stuff to strangers who could get in our room. The house itself is nice, but our room was quite hot and not very clean: the bad was very hard and uncomfortable and there were little hairs all over the pillows and sheets. There are 2 shared bathrooms, both were not very clean and could do with having some work done. For one night it was okay but I would not have used the shower. The hosts were not particularly helpful, when we arrived and we phoned because of the missing key and because we couldn't get in (someone had locked the door from the inside). The person who answered told us that they were coming to help us out yet they never did, and they never got back to us to ask if we got in safely. Fortunately someone in the house let us in, but that in itself is an issue because if you get back late and someone has locked from the inside, you are stuck. You can stay at the house if you are going to Wembley arena and want a cheap, easy place to stay to be at walking distance. I would not recommend going for more than one night and not as a family.

• Monica-Maria (1/5): this room really leaves its mark on you - 10 min walk to underground AVOID ! BEDBUG INFESTATION ROOM !!! After 3 nights, I got myself some nice 10+ bedbug bites. 2 bathrooms side by side, both were filthy, couldn't even do a shower. I didn't dare touch anything in the kitchen.

• Maesam (5/5): Not recommended, not a place to go. - There's nothing to like about this property. Smelly hallway and entrance, smell or wee in the whole property, bed was pathetic and cold room, heating was on but not enough to warm a box room.

They should not be allowing anyone to stay. We are raising a dispute against them. The bites we recieved!

• Alexander (3/5): Cheap/Good location. Quality of the actual room is not good. - Location/Price Was locked outside with others when first arrived back in the evening. Someone had to find a way in to open door from inside. Anyone can be given the code for your key… not safe! The room itself (2) had no window that led outside. Room was musky and lacked oxygen. Not clean. Woke up with bites from bed bugs. Not a comfortable sleep at all.
• Caroline (2/5): Very poor - Woke up to bed bugs crawling on myself and the rest of the bed. They had a toilet shower room and was extremely tiny with the cold water tap broken, so had to brush teeth with hot water.

Na podane na bookingu maile ani na telefon nikt nie odpowiadał. Gdyby nie pomoc sąsiadki stalibyśmy tam do rana. Z narażeniem zdrowia musieliśmy wejść od tyłu. KOSZMAR!!!!!

• Chloe (1/5): Overall we wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t reccomend to anyone - Customer service before attending the property was good however this is nothing compared to what we experienced When we arrived at our property we was greeted very coldly the man just gave us our key and walked off inside, when we got into our room it smelt very musky, the door was very dodgy like it didn’t want to shut properly, there was blood on the bedsheets and the room could do with a good clean! We left the property after 20 minutes and booked a last minute premier inn as we didn’t feel safe! The walk from Wembley train station was 40 minutes, the location was awful.

• Louise (5/5): Good location but needs a good clean - Very close to Wembley stadium. I walked to the stadium in about 30 minutes. Easy check in and check out. Host was easily contactable. Not that clean. Toilet was clean but shower wasn’t. Bedroom had dark stains on the wall from other peoples heads. There was a huge sheet of metal leaned up against the window from the outside that was constantly hitting the window in the wind. Saw a question on here about parking that said there was on street parking but it was permitted when I got there, called the number to ask about it and she had said she didn’t know and couldn’t help. Fortunately I didn’t need to sleep in the room and was just using it to get ready for an event after a long drive so was only there a few hours and avoided a ticket.

A casa fica há uma curta caminhada da estação de trem mais próxima, se tiver com muitas malas pode ser um problema
• Maikel (1/5): - We hadden contact met Grace of we eerder konden arriveren. De Buurt is niet om alleen rond te lopen in de avond, veel daklozen. Verder was er 1 Handdoek voor 5 personen. Wc, douche en wastafel waren beneden die via een stijle trap te bereiken was. Douche was te vies, wc papier ontbrak.

The room was a bit basic and wasn't as clean as it could have been, but for the cost it was great. All we wanted was somewhere to crash for the night, and that's what we got. Result.

• Stefano Julius (6/5): Good location, rest to be improved - Room was ok and great location for walking to Wembley for the shows Shared and dirty bathrooms, we also almost missed our show because we (and another couple from the outside) were blocked by a faulty door. In the end we managed by ourselves with no support from owner; later it was fixed by some tape and we were told this is a typical lock mechanism in England (not sure of that but if that’s the case people need to be informed with signs near it)
