• Pedro (1/5): Zero vontade em ver os hóspedes satisfeitos - Sem ar condicionado, havia apenas uma ventoinha para quatro pessoas, quando questionado sobre esse problema pois a casa devido à sua construção é muito quente, a resposta foi que não era possivel arranjar mais uma ventoinha, e que se abrissemos as janelas já bastava para arrefecer a casa, uma resposta muito sem vontade de cooperação, quando existe mais comentários a queixar-se do mesmo, quando pagamos para quatro pessoas e mais grave ainda quando sabe perfeitamente ser impossível dormir com a janela aberta, pois não tem precianas nas janelas, dão acesso a toda a gente que passa na casa, era impossivel uma família dormir com as janelas abertas dos quartos, os meus filhos tiveram de dormir na sala, que era a unica janela que dava para deixar aberta a noite toda.

• Helen (9/5): A wonderful experience overall, and we would happily stay here again! - Our stay at this apartment exceeded all expectations! Neither my partner nor I could remember the exact details of the booking made over six months ago, so we were delighted to find the apartment was even lovelier than anticipated. The surrounding area was peaceful, providing a relaxing escape, and we easily found parking near the entrance each day—a major convenience. The communal spaces, especially the pool, were impressively clean, with daily visits from the cleaning staff ensuring everything was spotless. This stay was truly a treat, and we would definitely come back again! The only downside for us was the bedroom window design. We like to sleep with windows open, but the bedroom windows faced a communal walkway. While only one other apartment used this path, we didn’t feel fully comfortable leaving the window open, especially in the room where our 6-year-old was sleeping. A security bar across the window, like we saw in other properties, would have made a big difference. Another small issue was the toilet flushing mechanism, which seemed a bit tricky. We often had to go back and press the flush again to stop a constant drip. It was a minor inconvenience, but a noticeable one.
