- Rebecca (8/5): A classic little beach loft with everything you might need for a nice get away in Yamba. - It was a great lil place, in a great location! Super close to everything. Easy to find and to get in. It was very clean, well presented and stocked with everything you might need for a basic stay. Overall great value for money! The only thing that we didn’t like was the frosted glass panel in the shower/bathroom. It’s completely see through and you can see everything when outside and on the balcony. This should be noted on the website as an fyi. We managed to hook a blanket on the louvers to cover ourselves.
- Pandelis (10/5): Perfect, considering we came up for a family member's funeral - The code that we were provided by Booking was incorrect, luckily, I had Beau's telephone number and rang him to get the correct code........a little worrying as when I rang the phone number on the email with the code, I had to leave a message, which I did and to this date I've yet to hear back. Thanks to Beau we were able to access Unit 3, as our time of arrival was after 9pm on 18/8/2025

- Taylor (7/5): Clean lovely but misleading - Good location It was advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment. My parents had a comfortable room downstairs while my husband and I were upstairs. That was small and I hit my head coming downstairs. The bathroom was pokey and could not open the door while using the power point. A lot of after thought construction wise. Great location for what we needed as close to the gold club for a wedding we were there for. One we got to the room was then notified that it was a studio.

- Steve (8/5): Cosy compact 2 bedroom well refurbished unit. - Location and cleanliness were very good. Floor plan would be good with open mezzanine bedroom upstairs. Very well equipped and great provision. Parking easy and managers from Bay properties were very helpful. Limited/tight space through kitchen, but well appointed.

- Daniel (9/5): Such a great apartment in a super location, and so grateful to the managers for taking care of us - The managers were life-savers, as we had to find a place on very short notice when our flight was cancelled - they were super responsive, even though it was a Sunday afternoon, and stayed in touch to make sure our stay went well. The apartment is very well presented, and in an excellent location - close to the wonderful Pippi's beach, and still accessible to the town, but quiet and peaceful and light-filled. The apartment was really well equipped, with a great kitchen, and lovely bedrooms and living area. As we had to work during our (unexpected) stay, it was great to have good WIFI and a table to work at, and we appreciated hugely being allowed a later check out.
