• Judith (10/5): Würden wir immer wieder buchen - Super Lage, freundliches Personal, tolle Kommunikation, Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe für 500 LeK oder 6€. Schöne Terrasse fürs gemütliche Frühstück, welches ganz besonders gut war (mit eins der besten auf unserer Reise). Meckern auf hohem Niveau: zu wenige Haken im Bad für die Handtücher

• Zoltan (5/5): - It's hard not give a good review of a place when the people manging it are genuinely nice. But I don't think this hotel honestly matches the level it has received so far. Good things: Staff: very helpful, responsive. Location: on the other side of the river, but still a few minutes walk from the old town, castle, new town. A few restaurants and cafes very near. Easy to reach, which is important to consider if you have heavy luggage in Berat as most streets are rocky and steep. Very quiet: no traffic around, no noisy bars. It's not really a boutique hotel. The room is missing shelves and drawers, you need to keep your clothes in your bag essentially. The wardrobe is only to hang your clothes. The bathroom has no shelves either, so nowhere to put your vanities. The mattress was very uncomfortable, soft and wobbly. I know it is really a petty thing, but I got charged with a generally used exchange rate, which made me pay a bit more than advertised. Breakfast is bland, the omelette soaking in oil. It's from 8 to 10 in case you want to leave early. The hotel does not have a parking and it doesn't advertise it either, but consider that you can't park on the street and you need to find a parking space, which if the area is crowded can be pretty far away.

They called us a taxi when needed, and insisted on making us an early breakfast the day we were leaving despite us telling us there was no need. The location is excellent too. We had a wonderful stay.

The bed was comfy, queen size. I do totally recommend eating here, the food is marvellous, and the breakfast is extraordinary. Staff? Professional. Ushqimi ishte shume i mire, gjithcka e fresket dhe me shije. Mengjesi i perfshire ja vlente vertet, me zgjedhje te mira. Edhe cmimi ishte i arsyeshem per cilesine qe ofrohet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Hotel mit viel Liebe restauriert und im Stile der klassischen Bauten Berats. Die Zimmer sind ebenso geschmackvoll und sauber. Herausragend war der Service und das Essen des Restaurants des Hotels, insbesondere gegenüber die vom Eigentümer betriebene Gartenterrasse.

• Florian (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel in der wahrscheinlich schönsten Stadt Albaniens. - Insgesamt hat alles gepasst - sehr schönes Hotel in der Altstadt, gute Zimmer/Bäder, leckeres Essen, freundliches Personal, zentral gelegen. Wegen der engen Bebauung leider kein Parkplatz auf dem Gelände vorhanden, einige Gehminuten entfernt gibt es kostenpflichtige Parkplätze (ca. 400 LEK), die aber auch zeitweilig voll sind.

• Jolijn (9/5): Mooi verblijf op goede locatie in Berat - Hele fijne locatie in de mooie stad Berat. Vooraan in de stad met voldoende parkeerplaatsen in de buurt. Schone kamer waarin oud en nieuw samenkomen. Heel vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijk ontbijt. Het enige dat een beetje tegenviel was dat in de badkamer het water na het douchen niet goed terugliep naar het putje waardoor de badkamer de hele dag nat bleef. Dit kan makkelijk opgelost worden door een trekker in de badkamer te zetten. Verder niks op aan te merken.
• Caroline (10/5): - Bel établissement de charme, authentique et refait à neuf, très bien placé dans le quartier de Gorica. Nous avons eu une très belle chambre, spacieuse et bien décorée. Seul petit inconvénient, elle était au rdc et donnait sur la cour intérieure, ce qui était un peu dérangeant si nous voulions ouvrir les fenêtres quand il y avait des gens attablés pour le dîner ou le petit-déjeuner. Mais comme nous n'étions pas souvent dans notre chambre ce n'était pas un problème. En tout cas les repas étaient délicieux, frais, copieux et servis sur cette jolie petite terrasse intérieure.

• Janneke (9/5): Fijn verblijf voor een bezoekje aan Berat - Fijne kamer, op een fijne locatie. De accommodatie heeft geen eigen parking, maar er zit op een paar minuten loopafstand een private parking die 24 uur/dag beveiligd wordt voor slechts €5/dag waar wij een goed gevoel bij hadden. Het ontbijt bij dit hotel (vooral de huisgemaakte worteljam) is fantastisch en heel uitgebreid, personeel doet erg hun best. Vooral (vroeg) in de ochtend was het rumoerig rondom het hotel/onze kamer.

• Guest (10/5): Great location and welcoming staff - The location was perfect. Easy to get to. Our room was comfy and breakfast was excellent. There was no shower curtain or anything to keep the room from getting wet. Otherwise, nothing.

• Jasper (9/5): Heel fijn hotel en aanrader voor iedereen! - Goede ligging en heel vriendelijk personeel. Uitstraling van het hotel is ook mooi. Heerlijk ontbijt! Kamers een beetje weinig daglicht en redelijk klein.

• Dita (10/5): Exceptional exceptional. I am an Aussie and never experienced hospitality like this in Australia before - Everything - location staff food everything. The service went above and beyond what I have ever experienced ! Listen up everyone this place is amazing - Jeko and Anjela went beyond to look after us and our needs and assisted with everything- cannot say enough about the hotel and all the staff and the room facilities ! I told them we were going to lake Bogove for the day and they even said to take the left over breakfast and wrapped it up for us so that we had food during the day

• Niels (10/5): - We hebben met ons gezin een rondreis door Albanië gemaakt en dit was onze favoriet! Het ligt op de mooiste plek in Berat. Ruime kamers, zeer schoon en goed verzorgd. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Geweldig restaurant met heerlijke Albanese gerechten en streekgerechten. En zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. We zouden er graag nog eens naartoe gaan. Niets
