• Lysa (4/5): si seul l'emplacement compte pour vous alors pourquoi pas...mais ne vaut pas le prix... - l'emplacement, à 3 min à pieds de la plage de Malagueta, 15/20 min à pieds du centre ville. à cause des soucis,nous avons eu l'autorisation de quelques heures supplémentaires dans l'appart, et c'est la femme de ménage qui a convaincu les responsables qui avaient refusé notre demande ce n'était pas propre, il y avait même des bestioles, pas de savon pour les mains, une salle de bain moisie, wc cassée,la porte abimée faisait un bruit incroyable, c'était si bruyant dans la résidence, grande difficulté pour joindre les responsables qui n'arrangeaient rien, et surtout pas de wifi alors que c'était important pour nous, personne n'a voulu se déplacer jusqu'au dernier jour....pas de fenêtre dans la chambre, et ça ne fait pas les 55 m2 comme indiqué sur l'annonce

• Olja (4/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut, es gibt einen Supermarkt direkt unten, der Strand ist eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt und die Stadt 10-15min zu Fuß. Wir haben die Wohnung sehr unsauber vorgefunden. Die Toilettenschüssel und das Waschbecken hatten fremde Haare, sogar im Kühlschrank haben wir Haare gefunden. Zudem war trotz vorheriger Information, dass wir 4 Personen sind, das Ausziehbett im Wohnzimmer nicht bezogen, das mussten wir selber machen. Es gab allgemein keine gute Grundausstattung in der Wohnung - keine Handseife, nicht genug Küchenutensilien, kein Waschmittel. Der Waschraum hat auch extrem gestunken. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist unbequem und hart. Bei einem Aufenthalt von 10 Tagen hätte man genug Wechselhandtücher da lassen sollen - nicht pro Person nur ein Paar. Als wir den Besitzer wegen der mangelhaften Hygiene und Ausstattung am ersten Tag kontaktiert hatten, ist er uns nicht entgegengekommen. Insgesamt eine Wohnung mit guter Lage, wobei die Mägel leider überwiegen. Würden wir nicht nochmal buchen.

• Lucía (6/5): - La ubicación es perfecta, al lado de La Malagueta. Pudimos hacer el check-in antes de lo previsto. La limpieza del alojamiento no fue muy buena. La cama era bastante incómoda y el canapé con mucha suciedad. En el baño no había gel ni champú. Tampoco había esterilla para los pies después de la ducha.

• LIONEL (1/5): Horrible séjour à cause de l’hôte qui n’a rien à faire pour satisfaire les clients - Je n’ai absolument rien aimé de cet établissement. La personne qui s’est occupé de nous donner les clés les jeter sur une table sans rien nous expliquer. Elle ne nous a montré ni laveuse sécheuse, elle ne nous a pas donné les codes de wi-fi. Code qui ne fonctionnait pas pendant les cinq jours où nous étions là-bas. Je lui ai demandé de réparer, elle m’a dit qu’elle a appelé la compagnie et que ça prendrait 72 heures pour réparer. On est en 2025 le wi-fi est essentiel. Ça a été réparé la journée de notre départ. Aucune forme de compensation n’a été offerte. Elle n’en avait rien à faire de nous satisfaire. Et même chose de la part de Booking. J’ai parlé avec quatre agents différents et à chaque fois les quatre, ils disaient qu’ils doivent envoyer une demande à l’établissement qui va leur répondre. J’avais beau leur expliquer que l’établissement était déjà au courant et que rien n’était fait. Et Booking nous a complètement laissé tomber. En plus de ça, il y avait des cheveux dans la salle de bain. Les coussins fournis étaient jaunes et complètement abîmés. Je n’avais qu’une hâte, c’était de partir de cet établissement. La personne qui fait les Check in était condescendante et n’arrêtait pas de me dire qu’elle est occupé avec d’autres réservations ailleurs Je n’ai absolument rien aimé de cet établissement. • Taynara (8/5): Recommend! - The property is good, nothing to complain about, and I also got to meet some of the neighbours which were so friendly and lovely to talk to. Close to everything. Loved that the washing machine is on the “outside” so you cant really hear any noise from it. Would stay again. :)
• Lori (7/5): Good - Location was great. Not a well equipped kitchen. I felt like it needed more basic supplies for the kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom walls also need to be cleaned better.
• Lavinia (6/5): Pleasant - Perfect location, 2min away from the beach. There is a supermarket right downstairs, and your choice of nice restaurants. It's also 10min away by foot from city center. Cleanliness -- a bit cold (probably best for the summer visits)

• Marko (7/5): Good place for few nights in center of Malaga. - Great location, on first floor, close to beach, city center and Korida Stadion. Was unplesently suprised that we had to put covers and bead sheets by ourselves.

• Katsiaryna (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment exceeded expectations. It has everything you need for any type of vacation (both beach and just to see the city). The apartment is located right next to the central Malaguette beach and is close to the central shopping street and all attractions. We resolved all the questions that we had with the hostess instantly. she was always in touch. and helped a lot with advice (where to leave luggage if the flight is late on check-out day) and much more. THANK YOU MALAGUETA BEACH ❤️ It was a great 7 days with you ! Everything was great!

• Emi (7/5): Good - The apartment has a good area and is very well located! The guy who took care of everything with us was a very nice person. The owner with very little money could put this apartment with 9! He needs to put pans with lids in the kitchen, have a better cleaning team, have a tablecloth available and two shelves in the kitchen and an oven. For stays longer than 3 days, bed linen and towels should be changed without having to ask.
• Ina (7/5): A great week at Malagueta Beach House - We stayed at Malagueta Beach House for a week. The facilities are enough to accommodate a family of 4 people. The house is 5 mins from Malagueta Beach, you can even see the sea out of your window. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. The Carrefoure supermarket is at the corner. You can easily get to the house from the airport by bus- linea A: get off at the last stop and walk 10 mins. One more advantage 😄 is that the house is in the historic centre - the main sights are at hand.

• Noreen (9/5): lovely stay, all question were answered before arrival. - short walk to the beach and marina. nice and quite street, comfy bed. clean bathroom and kitchen. have an outdoor area to dry items . just a few extra items needed in the kitchen, eg tea towels. able to offer toiletries for short stays. there is a stain on the sofa, wasn't a problem as we were using is a pull out bed.
