- Marina (4/5): Nu recomand - Locația, liniștea Atenție: deși este menționat valet și garaj pentru parcare, valetul nu știe să conducă mașina și garaj înseamnă parcare publică cu 20 € /zi! Camera foarte mică, 2 persoane nu puteau trece una pe lângă cealaltă, baia minusculă, extra large double bed era probabil pentru pitici.Ca să avem cât de cât loc de mișcare a trebuit să scoatem bagajul pe pervazul ferestrei care se presupunea a fi balcon. Mic dejun mediocru, cafea mai proasta n am băut în toată Turcia.

- Georganne (8/5): Great location with a wonderful staff. - The location was outstanding. It was very easy to get to tourist sites and had lots of restaurants nearby. Having Gulhane Park so close by was a real bonus. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The staff was very helpful with everything. The view from the room was amazing (room 505). The shower was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The room was quite small. The blanket on the bed was too small for two people to share. We got a second blanket for the second night and that worked well. This was a much more expensive hotel than another one we stayed at that was much larger.

Otherwise within walking distance to many tourist sites, tram, bus, and ferry. Elevator broken one day but fixed by afteernoon. Many choices for breakfast. See above. Could not figure out how to make air conditioning work but was able to open window. Single room very tiny and compact so no room for luggage rack. Had to put my suitcase on the bed to open it.

Parcare nu există la hotel. Este în apropiere, cu plata, dar eu nu am avut cum să ajung cu mașina. Am găsit mult mai departe de hotel (15 euro/zi). Cei de la hotel nu m au ajutat deloc cu parcarea😔

- Popescu Ion (9/5): - location was great, breakfast had a great variety,room was clean and the staff was very friendly, any questions I had to the staff they helped right away. the only donwside was that the room was kind of small, but if you visit istanbul you should spend most of your day in the city not in the hotel room so it is a very minor detail, otherwise no problems.
- Erik (6/5): Under expectations - The hotel’s location was very convenient, with all the main tourist attractions nearby. We were able to walk to most of them. The staff was very friendly. The room we received didn’t match the one we had booked. We had reserved a Superior Double Room, but upon arrival, we were given a choice between a room that looked like the photos (but with a Bosphorus view and a higher price) and an older room on the first floor. Since we didn’t want to pay extra, we chose the older room. It felt like a scam. The ceiling was low and the space was tight. The bathroom had a sliding door instead of a standard one due to the small space. Noise was also an issue. Guests in nearby rooms had children who were running around late in the evening, and there was noise from outside as well. In the mornings, we could clearly hear people talking beneath our window.
