Anatoliy (9/5): For this money a very good option - The apartment was easy to get to and find. Good location, there is a bus stop not far away, bus 59a goes straight to the center. The beds were big and soft. I really liked the bathroom, it was clean and it was nice to take a hot bath after a whole day of walking. The floor in the apartment was very cold. There were no spices, oil, so if you want to cook in the apartment, you need to take this into account. Also, one chair was broken on the terrace
Ralf (8/5): - Geräumiges Appartement. Alles notwendige vorhanden. Fussläufig zu U-Bahn, Tram und Bus. Gute Anbindung ans Stadtzentrum und Schloss Schönbrunn. Einige Ausstattungsgegenstände reparaturbedürftig.
Régine (7/5): Un logement sympa à rénover - Logement spacieux, lumineux, situé à 20 mn du métro ou à 5mn du tramway, une supérette à proximité et des brasseries Les lattes de lit ne tiennent pas et le matelas s'effondre régulièrement dans la grande chambre, 3 verres à pied pour 6 personnes, peu de vaisselle, pas de verrou ou de clef dans la salle de bain commune, pas de possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre dans une des chambres, le grille pain hs, pas de réponse aux demandes faites au propriétaire
Dagmar (9/5): Eine gute Wahl - Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist großzügig und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, die Betten sind gut. Alles sehr schön, um nach einem ereignisreichen Wien-Tag zu entspannen. Die Fockygasse liegt nicht in einem Szeneviertel, dort wird gewohnt. Dafür ist es schön ruhig, das gastronomische Angebot der Umgebung ist allerdings nicht so aufregend. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke, ebenso die Haltestelle für Bus und Straßenbahn. Die Anbindung an die Innenstadt ist sehr gut, man fährt halt ein bisschen (ca. 10-15 Minuten),dafür wohnt man aber gut und billiger. Ein Dankeschön an das Service-Team der Agentur. Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt.

Orkic (3/5): - Das Apartment wäre schön, gut ausgestattet und hat eine gute Lage. Leider war es absolut dreckig. Im Wohnzimmer lagen Glasscherben auf dem Boden. Es war überall staubig. Auch Bad und Küche waren dreckig, klebrig und einfach nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Wirklich schade.
Irene (9/5): - El apartamento era espacioso, estaba bastante limpio, la temperatura era agradable (fuimos en invierno), todo funcionaba bien y no había ruido por la noche. A pesar de estar bastante limpio en general, hubo alguna cama en la que encontramos pelos entre las sábanas. Y en el baño del fondo de la casa la tubería del lavamos necesita ser arreglada porque gotea. Salvo esas dos cosas, todo perfecto.
Lucia (5/5): Vienna è sempre VIENNA!! - L a posizione: l'appartamento era vicino alle fermate di vari mezzi di trasporto ed al garage dove avevamo prenotato un parcheggio per tutto il tempo della vacanza. Altro fattore positivo la possibilità di pernottare in sette e la presenza di un tavolo che permetteva di accogliere tutti per mangiare insieme. L'ambiente era ben riscaldato: all'esterno nevicava, ma nell'alloggio era possibile stare anche a maniche corte La disposizione di uno dei due bagni: per raggiungere una delle tre camere, era necessario passare da quel bagno. Inoltre i bagni erano senza finestra, ma anche senza ventilatore che permettesse all'aria di circolare. La pulizia non è stata accurata

Nelleke (10/5): Buiten het centrum, maar daardoor heerlijk rustig zonder al te veel toeristen om je heen! - Ruim voor 4 personen en schoon! Het bad /douche heeft een hoge instap en geen antislipmat
Margarethe (8/5): Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und die für uns ideale Lage genossen. - Die Lage war für uns ideal, der Euro Spar um die Ecke, der Lift im Haus (Dachgeschosswohnung), Straßenbahn Nr. 6/Nr. 18 und Badnerbahn leicht erreichbar; Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und - abgesehen von den Gästen des gegenüberliegenden Cafes - äußerst ruhig. Die Waschmaschine inkl. Trockengestell und Bügeleisen verdienen ein klares Plus. Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine vor Ort; Die Raumtemperatur war trotz unserer Regulierungsversuche am Thermostat und trotz Herunterladens des dazugehörigen Handbuchs immer wieder bei 30 Grad, was auch bei Kälte draußen ausgedehntes & intensives Lüften notwendig machte. (Energieverschwendung!) Evtl. könnte das Geschirr noch ein wenig aufgestockt werden (zusätzl. Topf, bessere Bratpfanne würden eher zum Kochen einladen).
Juri (1/5): Bucht eine Andere Unterkunft - Die Lage der Unterkunft,ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für sämtliche Aktivitäten in Wien.Supermarkt,Bahn und alles was man für das Alltägliche braucht,ist schnell zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war schmutzig.Der Boden der Unterkunft ,so wie in der Küche ,klebte alles, das Geschirr und sämtliche Küchengeräte nicht zu gebrauchen.Faules Gemüse und Lebensmittel in den Schränken. Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank sehr lange nicht abgetaut und gesäubert worden. Alles war fettig, Dunstabzugshaube, Mikrowelle und Backofen. An kochen für uns nicht zu denken. Beleuchtung in der Küche ohne Funktion,Steckdosen hängen aus der Wand.Das Bett in einem von den beiden Zimmern krachte mehrmals zusammen,das Bett wurde erneuert während unseres Urlaubs,was an sich Positiv ist,jedoch nicht das die Handwerker im stehen bei uns auf der Toilette uriniert haben dabei den Boden vollspritzen ,und nicht für nötig hielten abzuziehen. Die wie in der Beschreibung angegebenen Kosmetikartikel und Reinigungsmittel nicht vorhanden. Diese Mängel wurden der Verwaltung gemeldet,es wurde am selben Tag noch zwei Putzkräfte geschickt,es war aber keine sichtbare Veränderung,außer das zwei Putzlappen und Reinigungstabs für die Spülmaschine hinterlassen wurden. Haben während unserem sechstägigen Aufenthalt mehrmals versucht die Verwalterin Julia Bauer zu erreichen jedoch reagiert sie nicht mehr auf Anrufe oder Nachrichten. Das ist im großen und Ganzen mein Subjektives Empfinden von dieser Unterkunft. Vielleicht hat jemand andere Erwartungen,oder andere Standards und sieht das alles anders.

Magdalena (9/5): Mieszkanie piękne, i na pewno kiedyś skorzystam, ale może gdy będzie chłodniej. - Super taras na dachu i wielkość mieszkania oraz wyposażenie kuchni. Był to bardzo gorący weekend i brakowało klimatyzacji w mieszkaniu. Były wiatraki i zasłony odbijające światło, ale niestety bardzo trudno było schłodzić mieszkanie. Brakowało mebli na tarasie żeby z niego skorzystać.
Tina (9/5): דירה נעימה ונחה במיקום מצוין - הדירה היתה נעימה, נקיה ומאובזרת היטב. היא בשכונה שקטה אבל קרובה לתחבורה ציבורית כדי להגיע בקלות לכל חלקי העיר המענינים. בעלי הדירה הגיבו לשאלות בזמן סביר. מאד אהבנו את הנחיות של ה-smart lock. הדירה היתה חמה מדי, גם כאשר הנמכנו את התרמוסטט. אני חושבת שזה מפני שהיא עליית גג והיינו שם בימים של שמש. לא היתה בעיה כי היה קריר בחוץ ופתחנו חלונות. אבל לא ראינו מזגן ובקיץ החום הזה יכול להיות בעייתי.

Carrieanna (6/5): - Comfy beds Great TV Washing machine The apartment is run down and needs attention Uncomfortable pillows Dirty walls Broken windows Broken shower head in ensuite Uncomfortable sofa Some plug sockets are not working Expect you to use the same towels for 6 days or charge for clean ones There is a lift, but you still need to climb quite a few steps first Fridge all iced up Toaster rusty The main shower is very small, so you can't bend over and no shelf in the shower for toiletries. Also, you need to sit sideways on the toilet as no room for your legs. The dishwasher smelled awful, and we had to wash all dishes on arrival as they smelled awful, too There is a combi boiler in the ensuite that makes a noise all night

Hayoung (8/5): A spacious and comfortable stay with a kind host and excellent location - The accommodation was spacious and very comfortable, and the host was extremely kind and welcoming. There was a SPAR nearby, which made grocery shopping very convenient. The tram stop was also close, so getting to the city center was quick and easy. Overall, it was a great stay! None
RafMor74 (7/5): - La posizione, nonostante in zona non centrale ma ben servita con mezzi pubblici che consentivano di spostarsi con estrema facilità. Comoda e spaziosa. I bagni, funzionali ma senza indispensabile areazione e/o finestre. Uno piccolo, ubicato subito all'ingresso dell'appartamento prima dell'accesso al soggiorno, l'altro ubicato tra il corridoio e la camera da letto che in caso di utilizzo bloccava l'acceso e/o l'uscita dalla camera da letto. Scomodo per la posizione e mancava la chiave per una maggiore privacy.

Marita Maggioni (9/5): Vienna, Focky City Apartments - Ci è piaciuto tutto: l'appartamento è molto bello, spazioso, accogliente e arredato con gusto; facilità di ceckin e di ingresso con codice personale. Siamo stati piacevolmente soddisfatte dei trasporti pubblici: l'appartamento è molto ben collegato con TUTTE le zone della città; puntualissimi e frequenti ci hanno permesso di goderci appieno la ricchezza delle bellezze di Vienna🌈. Tutto consigliato!!! Direi proprio nulla!

Jasmin (6/5): Bell'alloggio, ma nessun supporto da parte dell'host - L'appartamento è davvero bello e abbastanza comodo al centro. Eravamo un gruppo di 6 persone e ci siamo stati bene. L'alloggio è silenzioso e ben fornito. Nelle vicinanze parcheggio coperto e custodito a 8 euro al giorno. Dovevano esserci le chiavi per la stanza dei rifiuti che non abbiamo mai trovato. Ho provato a contattare l'host tutti i giorni per comunicare la cosa, ma sono sempre stata ignorata. Comunicazione davvero assente. Per fortuna non abbiamo avuto nessun problema, altrimenti non avrei saputo come fare.

정답지야~ (4/5): - 숙소는 넓었고 숙소앞 트램을 틸수있는 정류장이 기까이 있어 좋았음. 숙소앞 주차공간이 여유있었고 도보 4분거리에 종일 주차할수있는 주차장이 있었음. 숙소출입 비밀번호를 재설정한 후 수정된 비번에 대한 안내가 없었고 출입에.문제가 생겨 너무 당황했습니다. 이후 세네번의 메시지를 보내 다시 비번을 받을수있었습니다. 우리는 이 숙소에서 3박을 했는데 기본 양념은 소금만 있었고 욕실 하나는 전등이 계속 깜박거려 불편했습니다. 주방의 그릇은 괜찮았지만 주방의 상태와 커피머신은 더러워서 사용하지 않았어요.

adil (9/5): Fantastic Apartment - Everything was too good, the apartment, the facilities, the location. Will recommend this if you are travelling with family or friends Only one drawback is if you are travelling with a large family is that , one of the bedrooms has access only through the bathroom/ toilet. So if someone is using the toilet, you can't get in the bedroom or if you are in the bedroom, then you are stuck there .

Наталія (10/5): - Сподобалось все, цікава квартира з оригінальним плануванням. Місця хватає всім, чистий посуд і постіль. Це зауваження не дуже суттєве, але не було мила та шампуні у ванній кімнаті, тому слід на це звернути увагу. Ну і погано спускається вода в душі.

Fiona (2/5): - Lots of.room and kitchen was great. Construction noise so bad had to leave apartment all day! Work even went on till 7pm. Bathroom to small and could not sit straight on toilet. Second bathroom shower fixture was broken so could not rais5shower head. Note on apartment has there should be a key which there was not. Did.get a email about it after ringing agent! We could not use the apartment. We had to stay out all day with the kids. We could not even open windows as the were re roofing out side the windows with tar! Terrible experience all round.

Zaraz obok sklep spożywczy. Cicha spokojna lokalizacja, do centrum dojazd metrem. Jedyny mały minus to odległość od metra (około 900 m). W pobliżu jedynie kilka lokali

Produits de toilettes, pastilles lave vaisselle très appréciés Dans le logement : vigilance sur l entretien du mobilier ( abattant toilette désolidarisé, porte papier WC en mauvais etat, 2 plaques de cuisson ne fontionnaient pas sur les 4, un lit pas stable - faisait du bruit -, connexion WIFI à revoir pour le fonctionnement avec la télé - image figée de manière recurrente) / pas de passoire, et, 1 canapé 3 places et 1 fauteuil 1 place : trop juste pour 6 personnes proposées. Pas de clé pour le local poubelle comme indiqué par mail : Aucune reponse de la part du loueur ni par le mail indiqué ni par la messagerie booking.
