• Muhammad Naeem (7/5): Great value for money, clean hotel. - The property was great value for money. It had the necessities required and was cleaned daily. The location was great. Staff were helpful and always available via WhatsApp to answer any queries. The walls felt paper thin, no noise cancellation, you can hear the street noise, even people walking past. As well as the other people in the hotel walking past, if you’re not used to sleeping with noise then this isn’t the place for you.
• Geraldine (9/5): Departamento amplio y cómodo para una estadía en grupo - El alojamiento era para tres personas, por lo que nos asignaron un departamento en la planta baja que contaba con cocina, comedor, baño y dos habitaciones. El lugar era muy cómodo y amplio, ideal para una estadía en grupo. En la fecha en que viajamos aún hacía un poco de frío durante las noches, pero siempre mantenían la calefacción encendida, lo que fue un gran punto a favor e hizo la estadía mucho más cómoda. Lo menos favorable de la ubicación fue que para llegar al alojamiento había que bajar unas escaleras y, al viajar con maletas, esto resultó un poco incómodo y engorroso. Además, el alojamiento no contaba con servicio de desayuno.

Chauffage et tout l'équipement nécessaire . Personnel super sympa et accueillant . Les petites rues alentours avec restaurants et Shop ouvert jusqu'à 3h du matin. L'isolation côté route .

• MIGUEL (6/5): Lo esperado. Ni más ni menos - Personal amable y pendiente del cliente El edificio es antiguo y ventanas y tabiques no están isonorizados. El ruido de los vehículos que pasan por la calle y las conversaciones de los clientes en el interior se oyen de forma constante.

Bivali smo v apartmaju v pritličju/klet kjer so bili na zidovih mehurji od kapilarne vlage. V kopalnici so bili prisotni ščurki in na zidu plesen od vlage, zaradi ščurkov smo zadnji dan ob odjavi iz apartmaja dobili popust v višini 50eur. Tuširanje je bil velik iziv zaradi nenadnih sprememb v temperaturi vode, ravno tako uporaba sušilca za lase ki se je samodejno izklopil po nekaj sekundah uporabe.

• Andrea (9/5): Skvělé ubytování v centru - Skvělé místo docházkovou vzdáleností od všech nejznámějších památek. Postel velmi pohodlná, recepce k dispozici nonstop, ve stejné uličce snídaně, které byly zcela dostačující. Ulička moc krásná, bezpečné místo. Úklid každý den, až zbytečně měněné ručníky každý den. Pokud přijíždíte na letiště SAW, doporučujeme si vzít transfer, doprava je docela složitá a dlouhá. Pokojík malý, ale naprosto dostačující na přespání. Když jedete dvě kamarádky, bylo by lepší mít k dispozici samostatnou přikrývku. Voda ve sprše se střídala studená teplá. A asi jsme zabili nějakého švába, ale jinak bylo naprosto čisto, tak s tím se musí počítat. Hluk - je slyšet opravdu vše, ale ulička je klidná.

• Maren (8/5): Schönes Boutique-Hotel unweit der Altstadt - Sehr schönes Boutique-Hotel in Istanbul! Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und komfortabel eingerichtet und Sultanahmet und die Hagia Sophie nur ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Wände sind wirklich sehr dünn und die Fenster verglast, wer ruhig schlafen möchte, muss Ohropax mitnehmen.

A senhora da limpeza passava todos os dias para fazer a troca das toalhas (achei até um exagero), mas eles são muito prestativos e organizados.

The staff members of the hotel were amazingly friendly and understanding. The breakfast was also good, 15 m from the mansion. I was with my family, and we stayed very comfortably. Personale che fa la differenza - Il ragazzo che gestisce la struttura è estremamente in gamba, garbato e sempre pronto ad aiutare i suoi ospiti. La struttura è molto cozy. Situazione "ti senti a casa" pur essendo un appartamento di gestione alberghiera. L'ho preferita come esperienza rispetto all'Hotel nonostante avessi tutti i confort di un buon albergo. La colazione è turca per gli amanti del salato.. Un'esperienza da fare sicuramente ad Istanbul e qui è inclusa nel soggiorno. La posizione è comodissima per chi visita la prima volta Istanbul 🤩 è stato di grande impatto. La stradina dove si trova la struttura è deliziosa. Gli orari di colazione e check-in/out molto comodi e flessibili e il personale è sempre a disposizione👌👌✅✅ L'esperienza è stata super positiva. Forse letto matrimoniale un pò piccolino. Ma una stanza davvero bella e caratteristica.

Letti comodi,bagno funzionale e cucina comoda. Eccezionale! Staff gentilissimo Avevamo l’appartamento seminterrato e il rumore durante la notte di macchine/moto/persone era eccessivo, specie nella stanza che dava sulla strada. Anche l’illuminazione era un po scarsa. Consiglio di mettere delle imposte o qualcosa per insonorizzare e migliorare un po le luci.
• Jordi (8/5): Relación alojamiento , ubicación, desayuno y precio, inmejorable - El desayuno es excepcional, la ubicación es buena, calle tranquila, a medio camino del Hipódromo (Santa Sophia, Mezquita azul) y el Gran Bazar. Es un apartamento pero el servicio de habitaciones es como el de un hotel, limpian la habitación, hacen las camas y cambian las toallas a diario. Se tiene que mejorar la luz del comedor, se activa con un sensor de movimiento, sin poderla dejar fija. Cuando te desplazas de noche a la cocina o al baño se enciende y cuando estas en el comedor, si dejas de moverte, se apaga.

Good location. Quite neighbourhood. WiFi was quite bad and kept disconnecting. Staff was reluctant to give an extra bottle of water on the day of arrival. Bathroom had no hooks to hang clothes Shower's hot and cold water was other way around.

Would consider again for the future, but would also be open to other places. - Our room was comfortable and charming, we especially liked the wooden ceiling, and the mini fridge was a welcome convenience. The hotel sits on a quaint street with a lovely little park at the end, and it’s only about a 15-minute walk to major sites and tourist attractions. Breakfast at the small restaurant on the corner was consistently good each morning. The staff were pleasant, accommodating, and extremely responsive. When an unexpected leak from the ceiling woke us in the middle of the night, we messaged reception on WhatsApp and received an immediate reply. They promptly moved us to another room for the night and comped one night of the stay. These issues aren’t entirely unexpected in an older building, but they’re worth noting for future guests. The bathroom plumbing emitted a strong, unpleasant odor, so we had to keep the sink drain closed and the bathroom door shut to avoid the smell drifting into the room. Noise insulation is also limited—you can clearly hear guests using the stairs, and conversations from adjacent rooms come through the walls. None of this ruined our stay, but it’s helpful to know in advance.

• YINGTONG (10/5): - Unbelievably accomodating and considerate staff. We lost a phone upon arrival and they did everything they could to help us track it down (successfully). Indeed, they accompanied us to the police station to translate and stayed up way beyond their official working hours, incredibly kind!! The breakfast which was included consisted of a very generous and tasty Turkish breakfast each morning. On top of that, the room is very clean, cute, and cozy. Highly recommended for your stay in Istanbul!

• Britta (8/5): Nice vacation - Great location in an authentic little street! The staff very helpful and reactive. They give advice of where to go, what to see. They reserved the taxi from/to the airport, €50, which worked very fine. The breakfast is at a restaurant in the same street and was very good (if you like cheese), only no coffe is included in the price what I found not acceptable for a country with the famous Turkish coffe. We recommend also to have dinner there, you get a reduction if you stay in the hotel. Our apartment was on the ground floor so a little dark as not much light coming in. We would have preferred the upper room but as it was only to sleep it was ok. - No coffee included in the breakfast. - The equipment is rather old/rudimental. The shower leaks and evacuation is too slow for the water arriving. The clothesline fell apart when we opened it.

Fin turkisk morgenmad med the, brød, oliven, ost, grøntsager, marmelade, nutella mm. - rigeligt mad. Vi var uheldige med et vandrør, der sprang udenfor vores lejlighed og overraskede os med helt oversvømmet gulv og en del vådt tøj midt på natten ☹️ Det var et hændeligt uheld og personalet var gode til hurtigt at skaffe en erstatningslejlighed og betalte vores transfer til lufthavnen dagen efter som plaster på såret.

• Zoe (9/5): - The location was great. Only 10 minutes walk into the main attraction areas and close to other parts. The room was clean and taken care of. The breakfast was decent with a mix of cheese, bread, jams and olives and pastry and the staff are lovely. The breakfast is in a separate building down the road but the park view was really nice every morning. We had no hot water for the first day just when we needed a shower after a long trip but the staff fixed it and the next day it was fine. The room is very small and once our suitcases were on we didn't have any room for moving about but we weren't in much anyway. I couldn't find any international channels on tv so we didn't use that either

Très bon petit-déjeuner dans le restaurant en face de l'hôtel. Chambre propre et équipée. Isolation phonique un peu légère, surtout le week-end quand les rues sont animés. Nous avions une chambre qui donnait coté rue.
