Guest Reviews
- Trinette (10/5): - Comfortable, convenient location Nothing
- Sophie (10/5): - Very clean and decorated nicely. Great amount of space for 3 adults, facilities all worked great and everything is provided.
- Winsome (1/5): It was an epic fail! - The hotel wasnt there!
- Schofield (9/5): Place was done out nice. Location was great ! - The location, The smoke alarm was covered over by plastic for some reason.
- Paula (8/5): Lovely host, pretty decor, digital check in. - Very grateful for host providing an iron & ironing board upon request; we were going to a wedding. She was very pleasant, helpful and polite via messages.
The decor was very pretty and the host responsive via messages.
There were plenty of beach towels, which we did not expect as well as tea & coffee.
The flat was very clean. Having a washing machine and dryer with detergent was also greatly appreciated.
The flat would suit young couples and 20 - 30 year olds very well. Although we were very grateful for the kind messages of our host; this accomodation is probably more appealling to younger, digital guests who don't mind anonymous, self service check ins.
Being in our late 50's it would have be lovely to have a real person or lockbox outside to get a key; although we understand these things are expensive & near impossible in the digital age. It was hot when we arrived by hire car with very little street parking and were not able to enter through the security gate. The entrance gate key is kept inside the digitally locked flat. We then needed to scroll through messages & links to access the flat entry door code then return to where we illegally parked to open the security gate.
We understand that, unlike us, younger people arriving by Uber would not find this an issue at all.
We don't wish to be unkind, however, in addition, the toilet doesn't seem to flush too well.
- Zoe (7/5): - Easy access to Scarborough by foot The ambiance and of the entire property was old and appeared run down
- Jenni (10/5): Can’t wait to come back! - Lovely and clean and comfortable
- lorraine (8/5): -
- Kate (9/5): Has everything you need in the perfect location. - Location was amazing! The property is fantastic. It’s an older property but just great for a few days near the beach.
- Hannah (6/5): -
- Ian Wilson’s (9/5): Excellent and very enjoyable - Very accessible and good layout , all appliances and lots of accompaniments- shower gel washing powder etc Throws on settee and carpet a bit worn , toilet seat loos
- Kylie (9/5): -
- Andrew (10/5): -
- Kim (5/5): - Reasonably good location Accessing it was difficult (very uneven pathway and badly lit at night) and it was nowhere near as spacious as advertised - good for two people but not for four
- Maurice (9/5): A cosy quiet beach stop.. - Great location not too far from the beach None..
- Taleah (8/5): -
- Connie (8/5): Ok to stay just for a night, neighbours were loud from coming home early in morning, you had to get key in the house to - Clean and tidy Close to amenities
- Vicki (10/5): Perfect. - It was everything we needed. Honestly, loved everything.
- Kathryn (9/5): A delightful place to stay in Perth, clean, quiet and great location. Highly recommended. - The entry code for the door was easy to use and meant not having to handle keys.
The location was excellent - close to shops and transport.
The apartment was quiet, being at the back of the building. Would be helpful to have instructions on how to use the television and the remote (for those of us who are older and not used to using streaming services!)
- Jennifer (7/5): Ideal for 2 people but too small for 4 - Great location
Very responsive host
Great washer & dryer Too small for 4 people. No table to eat at.
Kitchen was sparsely filled with cutlery & crockery.
The unit could benefit from a clothes horse as not all items can go in a tumble dryer
- Philippa (9/5): Great apartment close to beach - Decor, comfortable beds
- Braydne (8/5): Very good -
- Janet (9/5): Superb - Lovely clean unit.
Everything was there for our stay.
Over the road is a hotel with a pool ..if you buy a drink or food you can use it.
Short walk to
to Coles..restaurants and beach
- Simon (9/5): Perfect for my needs - Spotless, good location Not a great first impression of the unit block from the outside, but can’t fault the specific unit.
