• Moritz (7/5): Central apartment, french balcony, no car access or parking - Great location to explore around the old historic center and beautiful bridge views. Spotlessly clean and comfy. Overall a nice stay. The 15 Euro a day private parking promised in the description is nonexistent - we were referred to overpriced parking garage across the bridge (Parking Plaza Del Socorro that needs prebooking and costs 25 EUR+/day). We independently found free parking (Public parking south-east of historic center) independently, ~8 min walk to the apartment. Not 25 EUR+/day suggested by the hosts.. The apartment is a bit aged, two of four spots on the stove work.

• Manuel Candeias (1/5): - A casa não se encontrava devidamente limpa, principalmente a casa de banho. Fizemos a reserva para 3 pessoas e só tinha roupa de cama e toalhas para 2 pessoas. Resguardo da cama que não estava feita sujo. A chegada tivemos de lavar a loiça e casa de banho.os espelhos das tomadas fora do sitio. Exaustor carregado de gordura. Da localização

• Siegfried (4/5): - Die fußläufige Lage zur berühmten Brücke war das Positive an der Unterkunft. In der Beschreibung stand, dass ein Privatparkplatz gegen Aufpreis arrangiert werden kann. Dabei handelt es sich um ein öffentlichen Parkhaus (22€/Tag). Da man selbst zum Ausladen der Koffer nicht am Apartment halten kann, muss man mit dem Gepäck 600 Meter laufen, um die Unterkunft zu erreichen. Darüber wurde nicht informiert. Rechnet man die hohe Parkgebühr dazu, Ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis schlecht. Die Bekanntgabe des Schlüsselcodes erfolgte erst kurz vor Ankunft.

• FÉLIX (5/5): DECEPCIONANTE CALIDAD-PRECIO - Lo que más me gustó fue su localización cercana al puente nuevo y al centro de la ciudad Con un acceso fácil y una atención por parte de la anfitriona muy positiva Preciosas vistas desde la ventana a la sierra de las nieves A nivel de servicios no es lo que esperaba ya que no funcionaba la tele, ni el frigorífico, ni las placas de inducción... es decir se vende como con cocina cuando nada de ella es útil La suciedad se encuentra por toda la casa y la higiene es por tanto casi inexistente Por el precio que se alquila no la recomendaría

These things we overlooked because the flat was so clean and comfortable - such a shame

• juan ramon (10/5): Poco a poco se va construyendo con el esfuerzo - Las camas son muy cómodas la ubicación perfecta Bueno realmente se están adaptando a un muy buen apartamento cuando se terminen los detalles creo que habría que orientar un poco más el estado de las toallas que al estar limpias y muy bien colocadas en el recibimiento algo olor a humedad igual es por en si el maravilloso pueblo cuando se terminen los detallitos será un magnífico emplazamiento pronto regresamos

• Manuel (7/5): Buena ubicación, precio asequible - La ubicación es muy buena a solo cien metros del puente de Ronda en el casco antiguo, cama cómoda y piso amplio y tranquilo El baño desprendía olor a cañería, lo que comunicamos para que lo puedan solucionar si es algo puntual, lo desconocemos, por lo demás todo bien

Te quedas atrapado dentro de la ducha,tiene q venir alguien y empujar la mampara para q se habra

• Przemysław (7/5): Perfect place to live like a local. - Perfect localization to reach the most important places to see in Ronda within 5 minutes on foot. Absolutely stunning views from both bedrooms. Working air conditioners. 70 euro for 4 persons is less than a meal. The flat is old and in dire need for renovation here and there. It either has a problem with plumbing or ventilation in the bathroom, so just keep it closed or keep the ventilation fan running if you don't like the smell of hydrogen sulfide. Overall the flat isn't dirty, but I wouldn't call it clean either.
• Massimiliano (7/5): overall ok, basic apartment - overall the property was as advertised we were in 4, and found only 2 big towels, and 1 face towel. We had to share them! The bed pillows were cheap polyester ones, uncomfortable.

• Nusa (8/5): Very good - Good location and equipment. The promised parking place you get only if you request it was before. We were expecting to have one but didnt get any at the end. There is a public parking place 20min walk away. There was a smell from the bathroom after taking showers.
• Daniel (7/5): Spacious apartment in the old town of Ronda - The apartment is located in the old town of Ronda near Puente Nuevo, with a beautiful view to the countryside and the surrounding mountains. The apartment has a well equipped american kitchen, and two separate bedrooms. Entrance and checking-in was easy. There is no insulation and sound proofing. Furniture is a bit outdated. There was no hairdryer. Knives were blunt, so it was a little bit hard to slice up food. There was no chopping board in the kitchen.

The hall closet smells of damp/humidity. The apartment seemed clean, but we found an earing back the next morning in the sheets (sheets hadn't been changed/cleaned?). Basic kitchen amenities, but no dish towels, nor paper towels. Broken furniture, doors that don't properly close. Uncomfortable beds, horrible pillows.
