Guest Reviews
- Greg (8/5): Very nice spot to stay and close to visit our family. - The location was close for the purpose of our travel. It also offered good facilities The only fault was that we didn't receive an email prior to our arrival for the information regarding access therefore we had to contact the host direct to gain access. The host (Jamie) was fantastic with his help
- Carolyn (5/5): Wouldn’t stay here again, permanent residents made the place look, like a dive. - It was close to the sea and foreshore Dirty child fingerprints on patio door, permanent resident below playing music till 3am one night . Got woken up at 4am Sat by his partner or whoever she was screaming swearing for about 15mins.
Strong smell of Cannabis
Cigarette butts all over the landing.
Pool pump droning on till early hours
- Karlean (10/5): Fabulous clean and tidy 2bdr apt, pool, tennis court, and so close to the beach was a bonus too😁👍 - Great clean and tidy 2bdr apartment.. we loved the pool and tennis court, wifi, Netflix was a bonus.. so handy to the beach too..
- Jay (10/5): Great Location for any trip, business or holiday. - Location is great. Walk to the foreshore. Facilites are perfect, tennis court, pool, bbq area, balcony overlooking all of that. Great price for a huge 2 bedroom apartment (which also had cot setup also). Also having key lock box and not having to "Check In" is so convenient, just arrive when we needed too (whether that was very late) and the instructions were so easy to follow. It isnt a full time Holiday Accommodation. Can see there are permanent residents. But they were all great, can just notice with more extra items hanging around.
- Wayne (9/5): Great location, good size rooms and facilities. A great spot for a relaxed family holiday in Mandurah. The restaurant is - Great location close to the waterfront and restaurants. Fantastic restaurant with. Great selection of good food. Everything you need with the pool, tennis court and BBQs It’s getting a little tired. The tennis court net needs replacing and a general paint wouldn’t hurt.
- Jay (10/5): Perfect spot a short or long getaway. Will be coming back with the whole family ASAP. - Location is great. Perfect little getaway spot. Tennis court and pool so great for kids. Also not easy to find a 2 bedroom place in Mandurah with its own kitchen and cooking facilities. Also having a Washing Machine and Dryer for use, as well as a BBQ was great. Building looks to be getting a bit old, but cant really help that.

- RICHARD (2/5): Disappointing, embarrassing towards my wife's friend as it was to celebrate a special birthday. - The only positive with this apartment was the location No top sheet on the beds (when my wife approached the property manager twice they said the sheets should be there). They did not fix the problem. My wife sent them photos of the filthy bathroom and kitchen air fryer/ pan . The response was that it was not acceptable and that they would complain to their cleaning contractor but nothing was done to rectify this at the time of our 4 day stay. My wife also asked for a hairdryer and some more toilet paper (only one full provided and a quarter for 4 nights two people), they replied that the hair dryer was not listed and the toilet paper was just courtesy. Fair enough for the hair dryer although I believe a booking.com 3.5 star accommodation should include one. The toilet paper is unacceptable as well as three small bottles of conditioner and no shampoo. Please note toiletries are listed. The whole state of this apartment is well below booking.com standard. We have used booking.com for years and this was by far the worst accommodation we have ever had.

- Mark (3/5): If this is the only accommodation in your budget, reconsider your need to travel. - Property is very affordable for a two bedroom apartment and it is a short walk to Mandurah foreshore which is nice. The complex in which the apartment is located is very strange. It is a mix of long term residents and short-term guests. This apartment seems to be a long term place which is being offered for stays. The other long term residents are best described as colourful characters, large tattooed men smoking on the balconies. The lock on the door seemed flimsy but luckily wasn't tested. My rental car ended up with a bunch of mysterious scratches but luckily none of them were bad enough for the rental company to charge me.
Inside, the furnishings are all basic, which is fine for the price. However, there seemed to be a fine layers of grease over everything in the kitchen so be prepared to re-wash everything when you get there. On arrival, the fridge contained old milk and leftover takeaway food - presumably left by the last guest - which was pretty mouldy.
The apartment has a bad smell (a weird mix of BO and rotting garbage which wasn't fixed by throwing out the mouldy food). I burnt a scented candle for the duration of the stay which covered it but the smell comes back whenever it wasn't burning.
The apartment does not contain a dishwasher, washing machine or body wash (toiletries were just shampoo, condition and body lotion). I don't blame the host for this, the booking.com website sometimes hallucinates property features. But you could be caught out if you were planning them.

- Judi (1/5): Will never return to oasis mandurah resort and will be telling others about our experience. . - Nice spacy rooms. ALL the noise next door. We never got any sleep until about 3am every night. Rooms were very light.. Stairs very difficult for me because I have a disability. Shower very small and bathroom fan very noisy.
- Jay (10/5): Perfect spot for a family getaway! - Great little apartment for me and my family. Overlooking the tennis court kept the kids entertained, and swimming pool was great. Location is perfect can walk to all foreshores in Mandurah. Recommend this place and will definitely be back!! That my trip was only a short one, will be booking for longer next time!
- Jason (7/5): - Location was good No plug for sink for washing up, no tea towels to dry up!
Noise/bad language from Neighbours. To other neighbours.
- Heidi (2/5): Basic 1 star in residential complex - Not much This is not a resort!! That’s a stretch. It is a 2 bedroom unit in a gates residency complex. The complex was dirty on entry to the level we were on. The unit was basic - sheets and towels and bath mat were old and had multiple use. Whilst there was a security gate to access the residence itself
Did not feel safe. There was a domestic in unit next door at 4am followed by some other stuff which woke us and we could not get back to sleep. We left after one night and would not recommend
- Lee-Anne (4/5): - Good location only. That was the only thing that was worth staying for. Place not clean at all, I had to clean up a few things, windows where discussing.Toys left on the floor and under couch and kids shoes left. Hair left on floor in bathroom. Plus, the smoke alarm went off at 11pm at night for no reason. For $220 a night, it's a rip-off.

- Jonathan (7/5): -
- Lesley (8/5): - Location and staff. Resort itself was great. The unit was good and privately owned, but Our bath mat was soaking wet. We had no tea towels for doing dishes.
There were bottles of beer and a tub of coleslaw left in the fridge.
Overall, was pretty good.
- Kathleen (4/5): Disappointing stay. Much more run down than expected. - Pretty run down , doors look like someone has tried to break in, not great locks for balcony either . Beds comfy, very low quality sheets and pillows.
- Samantha (7/5): Simple accomodation. Meets the needs. - It was easy to find and check in. The bathroom was a little small.
Someone’s old McFlurry was left in the freezer.
There was dirt in the main bed.
- Lauren (10/5): - The apartment was very clean and tidy, had a very homely feel to it. close to all amenities and just a short stroll from the beach.
- Scott (10/5): -
- Deborah (8/5): Very comfortable place. The tv in the bed room not as easy to use as the one in the living room. - Location Great Got some washing gloves so my hands won’t get reaction from the chemicals; left those in the premises( used the milk provided. I bought sausages but didn’t know how the cookware works so I gave them to the next room tenants plus other food I didn’t get to consume like honey, salad etc, maybe include instructions on how to use the cookware
- Kylie (4/5): - Apartment facilities were great and if it wasn't for the neighbour (see below) my overall rating would have been better. Bed and sofa were clean and comfortable. The apartment was mostly clean. Location within town was great. Good number of security camera's around facility. Apartment was well stocked. Key, a restricted key (can't be cut without written permission) would have made me feel more secure. Shower recess had quite extensive mould in grout, particularly where the shower curtain sat. Neighbour (number 15), was quite loud as the noise was right next to the bedroom wall from around 9.30 in the evening, often throughout the night and early morning, not TV or music. Sounds changed, sometimes sounded like he was sweeping and hitting the skirting/walls right along the bedroom wall, scrapping on the wall, moving furniture (dragging sounds). This occurred every night and at times woke us up in the early hours (2.00 am) of the morning. Our week stay was quite restless.
- Kassandra (10/5): -
- Sam (8/5): Comfortable. Noisy neighbors. -
- Jake (3/5): Poor - Proximity to my business I did mention the smell inside the room being wet carpet like to admin and was advised it was from outside the room, unfortunately for 6 days that was not the case. I had another 2 week stay booked elsewhere even though this room was available 17-31 May.
- Kaylee (9/5): worth staying - lovely updated unit
nice shower pressure and big towels
easy and clear steps for entry via email
Nice restaurant
Great price Noisey neighbors
No safety bolt on door
Binds didn't block out light
- Sharron (7/5): Good - Good location. No extra Garbage bags and a few Cockroaches.
- Linda (6/5): Pleasant - Comfy beds. Great location. Stove top would not work as saucepans supplied do not work with induction stove top. No response to my disappointment. I had booked an apartment so I could cook some meals.
- Wiggins (6/5): Pleasant - Was clean close to areas of interest Construction works around hotel
- Lauren (8/5): Very good -
- Ross (5/5): The owner did not refund $100.00 as promised due to the 2 issues we experienced. - Good location Dirty vinyl floor. Cockroaches at night.
- Cooper (6/5): Pleasant - Nice All was good
- Wendy (9/5): Superb -
- Adriano (6/5): Pleasant - Clean and comfortable
- Judy (4/5): Disappointing - Apartment well set out and located, relatively clean. The shower was great. We received no information on access codes to the property or apartment from Booking.com until the next day. We had to contact the property manager, who sent us a text. We took our own food for cooking, but the stove was inoperable, so we had to eat out in a rather expensive town. Note: the light over the stove needs replacing. Also, blockout curtains would help.
- Jo-ann (8/5): Great stay very handy location - Comfortable and packed with extras Some mould in bathroom sink
- Robert (7/5): A good place for a break - Newly renovated apartment. The complex a bit old, small and enclosed. A, convenient position for marina amenities.
- Williams (9/5): Superb -
- Craig (8/5): Much better than expected. - Clean and comfortable self contained unit. Easy access to communal laundry. Helpful host. Bigger shower recess and space for soap/gel.
- Ann (9/5): Great place to stay in Mandurah. - Very clean, well stocked. Close to the beach. All was good.
- Bethany (9/5): Convenient and really nice - The apartment was beautifully appointed with great utensils and everything was new and clean. It was conveniently located with a lovely pool too! nothing it was all good,
- Leilani (10/5): Awesome time with the kids Thankyou - Staff very helpful and accomodating Clean and self contained
- Mark (5/5): Was ok . Hope they get better beds and pillows - Location was ok , apartment was clean and well equipped. The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable, bed mattress was hard like a rocks and pillow was terrible.
- Claudia (8/5): Very good - The décor of the apartment, with little added extras like the chocolates on the pillow and mineral waters and cold drinks in the fridge. The pool was lovely and it is very close to the beach
- Rebecca (5/5): Disappointing 😢 - Beautiful decor with lots of nice touches. Nice pool. Dishes and microwave were dirty. Toilet leaked so had to keep cleaning the floor. No dishwashing liquid. Job didn’t work so couldn’t cook. Very noisy - terrible soundproofing from neighbours. Bright at night due to outside lighting and limited curtain coverage.
- Carol (8/5): Value for money - This is a beautifully presented apartment. Spotlessly clean. The building is quite old but well maintained.
Great touches like beach towels and shower robes. There are a few minor maintenance issues but overall this apartment is value for money.
- Debbie (8/5): Very good -
- Richard (10/5): Very helpful hosts -
- Ivory (10/5): Exceptional -
- Corrigan (4/5): Disappointing - Well furnished, good location, large area Toilet cistern overflowed and leaked frequently.
Room smelt strongly like cigarette smoke.
Room wasn't very clean, old spoon on the floor in the kitchen, floor was sticky, bed sheets didn't even fit properly.
Lots of noise and not suitable for young ears.
Would not recommend
- Anita (10/5): Exceptional -
