• Hanchiao (6/5): Great location close by Vatican - Location is wonderful, host is super nice. bathroom is very little, a little bit uncomfortable when doing shower. Would be really nice if there is a laundry machine.

• Jacek (7/5): - Duże wszechstronne mieszanie składające się z dwóch pokoi, saloniku z TV, kuchni oraz łazienki. Mieszkanie posiada centralne ogrzewanie - grzejniki co w lutym były przydatne. Ciepła woda podgrzewana piecykiem gazowym ( działa prawidłowo ale trzeba nauczyć się obsługiwać). Świetna lokalizacja obok murów watykańskich. W budynku znajduje się duży sklep spożywczy Carefur, obok pełno restauracji. Okolica bezpieczna. Ogólnie oceniam to mieszkanie jako dobre i wróciłbym jeśli cena byłaby dobra za wynajem. Łazienka to największa i chyba jedyna wada tego mieszkania. Jest źle zaprojektowana, ciasna i w złym stanie technicznym. Pomimo tej niedogodności daliliśmy radę.

• Stephanie (10/5): - L’appartement est propre dans l’ensemble, bien équipé et aménagé pour y séjourner. Proche du Vatican et du métro, ce qui donne l’accès facile reste de la Rome. L'hôte est très agréable, serviable et réactif. Je recommande !

• JORGE (10/5): Relación precio/calidad/ubicación - Excepcionales! - Me gustó la distribución de los espacios y amplios dormitorios. La ubicación inmejorable, a pasos de Estación del Metro: Ottaviano, además que a unos cuantos pasos igualmente del museo Vaticano. Me encantó la posibilidad de tener noches muy apacibles en Italia y además a pasos del Vaticano, lo cual permitió caminar por las noches a los alrededores con bastante tranquilidad para un sector con harta conexión vial. La gestión de entrega de datos personales fue vía wsp, tal vez podrían usar un sistema digital para facilitar la entrega oportuna y así, tener dicha información previamente.

Ascensore funzionante, appartamento super luminoso. Una pecca è stato il bagno piccolo. Non molto comodo se devo trovare una pecca. Però ci ritornerei domani.

• Mary (6/5): We enjoyed our stay and we like the place. My feedback is for the improvement. - The location was brilliant. The staff was good communicating with me with full information and letting us leave our staff before checking in and stayed for extra hour before we checked out. It was a struggle to get the key because of the key locker numbered was dark. The aircondition was only in one room and needed to clean the filter because it was not enough cold coming out from the AC. It was too hot in the bedroom with just 1 electric fan to used. I actually expecting that every room was with AC. The bathroom was too small the lay out was not suitable for every individual. shower curtain need to be changed.

• Soria (10/5): Muy limpio y buena iluminación - Estuvimos el mes pasado 9-10 de junio, la casa es muy amplia para varias personas, camas grandes. Lo mejor es la ubicación del sitio, a 5 minutos andando de la Plaza de San Pedro y en la misma calle de abajo pasan varias líneas de autobuses que te llevan al centro histórico de Roma.

• Felicity (9/5): Lovely place to stay in Rome - It was great to find a four bed property so close to the Vatican City. Really easy to get the metro to other areas of Rome and close to lots of restaurants and cafes olus a supermarket. Tiny space for your legs on the toilet, we managed but it wasn’t comfortable!

• Stacey (2/5): We had to leave due to no air conditioning , toilet crammed etc host was responsive and understood and refunded us - The location of the apartment is pretty good , close to Vatican. The property was listed as having air conditioning which isn’t correct. Air con is only in the small living room nothing in bedrooms which are extremely hot in the summer months and unbearable / impossible to sleep. The bathroom is very narrow and if your tall, disabled or even over weight cannot use the toilet as you have to sit on toilet with a wall right in front of you. The kitchen also very narrow and not equipt if wanted self catering. Apartment is very dated. Bedrooms are spacious but no hangers etc for clothing. 4th floor apartment and lift constantly unavailable as people don’t close doors , can only fit a couple in lift at a time. We arrived and once seeing the issues needed to leave , host tried to help and got a fan for bedroom but didn’t help and we sourced other accommodation and left with host refunding. Very loud also around the apartment but feels secure. Shame with the issues as has potential.

• Ignacio (7/5): Fair spacious apartment in the Vatican area. - Spacious apartment, very easy check-in and check-out. It had toys and kids chair. The bathroom and shower are rather small. There is A/C only in the living room, not on the bedrooms. The area is a bit noisy and hard to get transport around.
• Alisha (8/5): Very good - Collecting the keys was easier but no cleaner signs outside so we did get a bit lost Tiny space at toilet so hard to sit on and just the bathroom space was small other than that great stay

• Venera (9/5): Superb - We stayed for four nights and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious and well organized. The kitchen had everything one needs- including the basic cooking ingredients (salt, sugar, spices), all the utensils, and dishes. The landlords also put variety of tea and an amazing coffee and mocha maker- which was an excellent way to start the day! They were also available 24/7 to assist and answer any questions and were very pleasant to deal with. On our departure, they helped to organize a taxi and were willing to get up very early on a weekend to call for taxi for us, although they had no obligations towards us in securing our transport to the airport. The apartment is literally 200m away from Vatican museums, about 100m from the bus stop that takes you the historical city center, and about 10 min walk from the metro station that connects you to anywhere you want to go. The area is full of restaurants where locals dine, so one can get a real authentic experience of Italian cuisine, away from tourist trap places. Everything was perfect. The only thing to mention is that bathroom is very narrow, but it is a very old property and the property owners never lied or hid it. Nonetheless, it is a minor thing that will not prevent one from enjoying the flat after exploring Rome and coming home tired.

• Sarah (1/5): Stay away - 1- the soap dispensary wasn't working so we had to put a spoon and scoop out liquid soap to wash our hands. (Photo attached) 2- The owner claims that the apartment is equipped with iron. Attached is the photo of the iron available in the house. It belongs to the museum not a modern apartment. 3- The owner claims the apartment has air conditioner. You can see in the video that it's leaking. We had to sleep with the sound of water drop in the bucket. Hearing constant water drop is actually more annoying that it sounds. Not to mention we had to keep changing the bucket underneath so it doesn't overflow. 4- The owner strategically didn't include pictures of the toilet. I'm a tiny woman with weight of 55 kg and you can see in the picture that my legs barely fit that tiny space. I used a pen to show how close the wall is to the toilet. One of our friends is overweight and could not use the washroom at all. If we had seen the picture of the toilet before booking we wouldn't book this place. 5- we have also attached picture of the toilet itself. The flush doesn't work. They also mentioned their technician will pass by the apartment but no one showed up. The owner gave us half an hour to find another accomodation. It's literally impossible to find an accomodation on such a short notice like this. So we were obliged to tolerate the situation. We are currently working with booking.com support to seek compensation for the disaster stay we had with this company.
• Gavin (6/5): Great location allowing easy access to the whole City but place to lay your head not home from home - Great location - you can see the Vatican walls from some of the rooms & a short walk to the Vatican museums and St Peters. Easy access to public transport for the rest of the city. Bedrooms were a decent size. Host was contactable through Booking.com, responded to messages quickly and was very helpful & friendly in those messages Just a little bit tired and needs some maintenance. Bathroom and kitchen both very narrow and small. Kitchen not really equipped for self catering, if that's what you wanted to do. Not really air-conditioned as implied - the A/C is just in the "Lounge" and to be honest the "lounge" is a table with chairs, a couch and TV - not really a place to relax
