• Julian (8/5): Schönes Appartment mit geringfügigen Mäkeln - Wir haben auf Nachfrage einen Early-Check-In ohne Aufpreis bekommen. Das Appartement ist sehr modern und überzeugt über eine gute Lage. Die Ausstattung der Küche war etwas spärlich (bspw. keine Spülmaschinentabs und kein Handtuch zum abtrocknen des Geschirrs). Wir hätten uns vorab etwas mehr Informationen gewünscht. Bspw. war es für uns nicht intuitiv, dass über die Klimaanlage geheizt wird und man hier einige Einstellungen einstellen muss, damit die Anlage auch wirklich heizt und nicht kühlt. Zudem hatten wir während unserer zweitägigen Aufenthalts ausschließlich kaltes Wasser in den beiden Badezimmern - im Winter eher semi-optimal.

• Grigorios (8/5): Super Wohnung mit 2 vollständigen Bädern, Luxus pur - Das App. ist noch sehr neu und bietet viel Komfort was die Grösse betrifft. Wir waren zu viert (zwei erwachsene Kinder und 3 Gäste) über Weihnachten hier und konnten mit etwas organisatorischem Talent auch das Festtagesessen zubereiten. Backofen, Mikrowelle, Sandwichmaker, Wasserkocher und riesen Kühl- Gefrier- Kombi, 45er Geschirrspüler, guter TV, viele Stühle und DeLonghi Kapselmaschine.. Balkon auf beiden Seiten. 10 min zu Fuss befindet sich Syngrou Fix, die Metrohaltestelle. Waschmaschine funktioniert, Fahrstuhl auch. Staubsauger sowie Putzzeug ist vorhanden. Klimaanlage und Heizung funktionieren. Betten sind super bequem und Zudecken auch toll. Wenn man selber etwas kochen möchte, sollte man sich Gewürze, Geschirrhandtücher, Geschirrspüler Tabs, Küchenpapier und Bratfett besorgen. Geschirrtücher war echt doof keine zu haben. Wir hatten aber Glück dass Verwandtschaft hier wohnt. Ein Bad ist direkt in Anbindung zum Schlafzimmer und die Dusche extrem glatt (das Andere nicht) Duschschuhe- Pflicht. Die Partymeile ist direkt unterm Fenster. Wie immer gab es zu wenig Toilettenpapier (dafür aber nagelneue 4 Pfannen und eine Menge Schneidermesser, sogar ein Holzbrett). In der Küche gibt es keinen Heißwasseranschluss.

• William (8/5): Excellent location. Apartment lacked a feminine touch. Bare walls. No hot water in the kitchen - No Breakfast included. Location was excellent. Close to restaurants and shops. Walking distance to Acropolis. Arriving instructions should have been given the day before and better description of location of lock box for keys

• Philip (8/5): We were very pleased with the apartment and the area it was in. It was conveniently located. - Location was superb and very convenient for the sightseeing, shops and restaurants Two bathrooms made it so much more comfortable and relaxing for everyone. Having a dishwasher was also welcomed. There was a shortage of towels/bath mat - this has already been mentioned to the owner. Could have done with more pillows. No bottle opener! The area was noisy at night due to all the restaurants and bars nearby. None of this spoiled the stay for us though in any way - just a bit of feedback ;)

• Kate (10/5): - Loved our stay, was conveniently located close to everything central in Athens, just a short walk to the Acropolis and just a taxi drive away from the port. Apartment is spacious and comfortable. Right need restaurants so lots of stuff nearby. The host is really nice and accommodating

• Tanja (9/5): - Geräumige, schöne Ferienwohnung, die nahe an der Akropolis liegt und nette Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe hat. Durch die Bar direkt unter den Schlafzimmern hört man den Lärm auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Einen Morgen war das warme Wasser ausgefallen - es lag zwar nur an der Sicherung, aber da es keine Infos zu der Wohnung gibt, haben wir die Lösung erst nach einer Weile gefunden.

The property had all amenities, washing machine, air conditioning, etc It was central to restaurants and a few quirky shops, which we enjoyed and easy to get users from. Well positioned to the acropolis and Plaka easy walk. Just out of the main tourist hub, residential area with lots of great local cafes, bars and local food that was fantastic. Host was very helpful and responsive. Nil
• Lucia (4/5): Deludente. - L’arredamento nuovo. La pulizia: il letto aveva lenzuola e federe sporche che non hanno sostituito. In casa c’era uno strano odore, nell’androne d’ingresso peggio. Gli asciugamani erano vecchi e duri. L’host è stato totalmente assente (solo comunicazioni via whatsapp): alla mia richiesta di lenzuola pulite si è detto rammaricato ma non le ha sostituite, mi ha detto che comunque c’erano lenzuola pulite in casa ma non era vero. Poi non ha più risposto ai miei messaggi. Trovo questo comportamento molto grave. Inoltre il condizionatore in cucina non funzionava probabilmente a causa delle pile scariche. Anche il wifi all’inizio non funzionava. C’erano diversi contenitori di detergenti ma vuoti. Dalla strada arrivavano molti rumori dai numerosi locali sottostanti che le finestre chiuse riuscivano a tamponare solo in parte. Il letto troppo duro. Cuscini troppo morbidi. Insomma l’appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente e questo è l’unico aspetto positivo. La pulizia sommaria, la biancheria sporca e il comportamento dell’host sono intollerabili.

• Kurt (7/5): Good value for money but some elements malfunctioning. - Very clean apartment, looks new. Well equipped and excellent value. Hot water boiler is malfunctioning, leaking. The dishwasher was not installed properly. Upon trying to use it, water ran out of a nearby closet.
• Graham (8/5): Very good - Clean, modern and spacious. Very good bathrooms and a lift that worked, which was really necessary. The beds were very firm and could do with mattress toppers. Also as the apartment is above a street of restaurants it was really very noisy until very late, especially on a Saturday night, though not the fault of the apartment. There was a washing machine but nowhere to hang to dry washing and the dishwasher was not plumbed in.

Highly recommend apartment and host. The area is nice with many restaurants and bars around the corner. Walking distance to the centre, Akropolis and other places of interest.
