• Asmar (1/5): NIEMALS BUCHEN! DRECK OHNE ENDE! - Die Lage und nur die Alles steht vor Dreck. Die klospülung ging zunächst nicht, da wurde mir gezeigt dass ich ja den Eimer in der Dusche füllen könnte um zu spülen. Letztendlich wurde doch der hauptwasserhshn aufgedreht. Kühlschrank versifft, hab ich geputzt. Bad versifft, beißender Uringeruch, Tür nicht schließbar. Bad hab ich geschrubbt. Weder im Bad noch im Raum Deckenbeleuchtungen. Eine nicht angeschlossene Waschmaschine. 2 Kühlschränke, einer kaputt. Waschbecken in der Küche musste ich putzen, um brauchbar zu machen. Es gibt einen Geschirrspüler, wofür??? Hier gibt es außer 2 angeschlagenen Bechern nix! Kein Teller, kein Besteck, geschweige denn kochutensilien oder einen Wasserkocher. Kein TV ( für mich ok). Möbel kaputt, zusammengeflickt, völlig verdreckt. Laken auf Sofa und Bett und auch Decke und kissenbezüge wahrscheinlich noch nie gewechselt. Matratze dreckig, Kopfkissen grau braun, niemals gewaschen. Überall staub. Die Gardinen nicht mehr in der Schiene, dafür gibt es eine haarklammer, um irgendwie abzudunkeln. Die erste Wohnung die ich angeschaut hatte war völlig vermüllt und vor lauter Schock habe ich hier zugesagt. Am 1. Tag hatte ich angerufen und gebeten mir die die anderen Wohnungen anzuschauen, später. Später war sie telefonisch nicht mehr erreichbar. 2. Tag habe ich sie getroffen ich habe abermals um einen wasserkocher, besteck, Geschirr und vor allem um frische Bett Utensilien gebeten. Sie meinte abermals das Housekeeping zusammen mit ihrem Sohn wird alles richten. Sie bräuchte nur die Erlaubnis, dass sie rein dürften während meiner Abwesenheit. Gesagt und nix getan. Wie auch, ich weiß, dass nur der eine Schlüssel existiert, da ihr Sohn einen Schock hatte als er diesen Schlüssel für einen Moment verlegt hatte. Verlogen und dreckig. Jetzt macht sie noch ein restaurant auf, na, Bon Appetit bei solchen Zuständen. 8 Monate doppelschichten habe ich geackert, um meinen Urlaub gekämpft,.ich lebe und arbeite in Ägypten und diese Vermieterin hat es ruiniert.

• Evgeniy (2/5): Ужасно - Расположение удобное, центр, пляж рядом, Марина рядом, хорошие кафе в шагоаой доступности, большой супермаркет под боком. Шёл ремонт , было грязно и шумно. Громкая музыка по ночам, мусорки вблизи балкона, которые забирали в 3 часа ночи каждый день. Персонал безразличный, пришли делать уборку в комнате на 10-й день пребывания.. ТВ не работало, WI-Fi был мёртвый. . В душе даже не было шторки. Холодильник убитый. Была сломанная розетка, опасная для использования.

The new renovations should be wonderful when they’re finished. We could see the sea from our balcony through the building opposite which thankfully was still under construction and had gaps. Nothing to not like about the place.

• Valeria (6/5): Buena ubicación pero instalaciones muy antiguas - El hotel es antiguo con una vista parcial al mar, la ubicación es céntrica ya que puedes llegar caminando al puerto de yates y zona turística. El personal en recepción es servicial La ducha era muy antigua y en general las instalaciones deberían ser renovadas. Las toallas fueron muy ásperas y sugerimos que deben mejorar esos detalles en el servicio. La llave electrónica de la puerta de la habitación funcionaba pero estaba roto.

• jun (4/5): - 窗外视野还可以，也就这点优点了 噪音，噪音，白天还好，一到晚上游艇码头的音乐基本上到凌晨3点多，然后楼顶上开party的通宵大声音乐，以及移动座椅板凳给楼层带来的刺耳声音，对我来说入住是灾难的体验，可能不光是这个酒店吧，我感觉在那个区域应该都是这样的，通宵的噪音无法让人入睡。我来这个城市好几次了，这一次尝试在闹市区靠海边的酒店住了两晚，基本没有睡着，整夜的大声音乐和噪音。太可怕的体验了。

• Kathrin (1/5): desastrous - This hotel is one of the oldest in Hurghada and unfortunately not the fault of the staff. They try. But the management is so poor. I was long time thinking if i write a review or not, because its almost so bad, its not worth the time to write the review, cause you won't change it, but i want to help other people to know what they get before they go there. This is hotel is sooooo incredible dirty. I arrived and there were plates with food unfinished in front of my door and the food was still there the next day. No care about rats or anything coming. The floor at the hotel entrance hasnt been cleaned for ages and the shower in the room is impossible to enter. You get what you pay for ? Yes - but cheap doesnt has to be dirty. So if you have the choice- DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! I know its sad to say and i dont want to kill anybodys business, but put a little bit more effort and you will have business again.

• Albert (3/5): - The place is central.workers are kind. And the rats in a coridor was fat and well treted I needed to hold the cover of the shower. No wifi in the rooms. No trash .durty carpets. And onbthe near beach of hotel art the end of the day we can smell very well the diesels of the boats that coming back to the marina. Every thing else was good.

Also the staff were very polite, but not the most attentive The showerhead is not well made and it leaks water from other spots. And the staff ignored some of my requests (for the ac remote and chairs for the balcony)

The condition of the hotel was completely unacceptable, failing to meet even basic standards, let alone the expectations set by their promotional materials and photos on Booking.com. The room was unsanitary, poorly maintained, and dirty, while the other facilities were equally substandard. I couldn’t stay and left the hotel immediately after seeing the room. When I asked the reception about canceling the reservation, they directed me to contact Booking.com. Despite Booking.com reaching out to confirm the cancellation, the hotel never responded to either me or Booking.com. The room was completely dirty, with a filthy fridge, an unmaintained bathroom, and unclean sheets that clearly hadn’t been replaced or washed. The entire place felt neglected and unhygienic. I couldn't stay and left the hotel immediately after seeing the room. The hotel never responded to either me or Booking.com. They also ignored all my attempts to contact them via phone and email, making the situation even more frustrating and unprofessional.

The elevator wasn't working from the way down only goes up from reception the Morning staff were good but the guy in the nigth/earlier time 6 am not so good no English communication ask to see if we're possible to keep the bags down to do early check out or if was possible to keep the bags 2 h extra before the check out time and he said is not possible, if we need extra time or a place to keep the bags we need to pay and extra day for it, no billar pool or tennis board, great pool on the last floor but if wanna sit on there had to pay for the café at nigth,great pictures by photoshop no real life
