- David (10/5): - The staff were kind and helpful and very knowledgeable. The room, small, lacked a place to put luggage and clothes, but as a old boutique hotel, not unexpected. We did have some trouble keeping the water in the shower area. Please know that this hotel is located in more of a residential area, so there will be noises in the morning and late evening as people pass by.

Would absolutely stay there again. Convenient both to get to and to reacb the major sights and lovely restaurants and an amazinv cocktail bar less than 5 mins away.

- amy (6/5): Americans Read - Just a few “buyers beware” tips, especially for Americans. The hotels.com site lists Air Conditioning as an amenity. That is inaccurate. They only have heat. We were advised to open the windows and close the shutters but the shutters wouldn’t close. The sounds of people talking and laughing in the street below went on until 1-2 AM. IF YOU CLOSE YOUR EYES, you will feel like your bed is in the middle of St. Mark’s Square. Also, if they tell you “breakfast will be brought to your room,” that actually means YOU must go downstairs to get it and eat it in your room. Bed not bad. Hotel safe and convenient. There is an additional hotel tax of 4 euros per person per day, payable IN CASH. Shower temp great but water pressure poor.
