- Andersson (9/5): En god lejlighed til en fornuftig pris. Der er småting, der kan rettes, hvilken udlejer vil se på. - Stille og roligt kvarter, 300 meter fra stranden og tæt på dagligvarebutikker og apotek. Adgangskoden til lejligheden blev sendt automatisk nogle timer før ankomst som lovet, men det blev løst. Svært at finde den timerstyrede kontakt til aircondition anlægget, men det blev også løst via what's app.
- Loizos (7/5): Overall was a good stay, but it needs small improvements - I stayed at the apartment 4, it is a modern apartment with good furnitures and a solid heating water system. Air conditions are not new, but they get the work done without any noise which is a big plus. The apartment is big for one person so you don’t feel claustrophobic, location is okay, not in the centre of everything but have options. When showering, the water doesn’t drain properly, so it pools around your feet and if you shower more than 3 minutes it starts to leak from the sides, and goes all over the bathroom. It is the second time I am visiting this apartment, so knowing this issue I contacted the property in advance. Unfortunately they did not solve this. Bed is okay, could have been a bit more comfortable but it didn’t affect my sleeping a lot. They don’t have enough pans or cooking pots to be able to cook small meals

- Theodora (9/5): Very good - Fully equipped kitchen. The communication with the manager of the property was easy and immediate. The mattress wasn't very comfortable. Apart from that, everything was very good.
- Christella (7/5): What's nice is the proximity to the beach and small shops. - What helped me have a good stay was the support from the Booking concierge team; they were there for my every need and I thanks them a lot! The price doesn't match what one would expect from this type of Airbnb. To be honest, the only thing that justifies the price is the location, and if you're lucky enough to get the spacious apartment facing the sun.

Shade and a small welcome pack is a must - Modern apartment, very clean, air conditioning and mostly well equipped There was no shade/parasol provided at outdoor seating area. Cyprus, in June, this should be a necessity! I WhatsApp booking.com, not very helpful. They said they would see if caretaker could provide a parasol, nothing happened and no one got back to me. Also, apartment was expensive and I arrived on a late flight, 11pm. I feel a small welcome pack (that would cost less than 5 euros) could have been provided. Just some water, small bread and milk

- Fotini (4/5): Cheaply done apartment renovation with very uncomfortable bed and pillows - Convenient location Parking freely available on the street Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. While some effort was made to renovate the property, it was disappointing that so many cost-cutting measure were very obvious. Please invest in a comfortable bed and pillows so that your guests can at least have a good night’s sleep. Watered down soap is also another example of an obvious cost-cutting measure that really just makes the guest feel unwelcome. Generally, the apartment is not welcoming or comfortable. It feels quite clinical and is not cozy. The building that the apartment is in is not sound-proofed at all, so unfortunately, you can hear most noises from the common hallway of the building and some noises from other apartments.
- Zuzana (6/5): Convenient apartment in residential building, but needs better maintenance - Very convenient self check-in via lockbox, no need to rely on reception hours. Small apartment with a private entrance. Basic kitchen equipment available for simple cooking. Comfortable bed. Large terrace belonging to the apartment. Free street parking. About five minutes from the beach. A good base only 15 minutes from the airport. Poor sound insulation — noise from outside carries into the room even though the neighbourhood is quiet. Bathroom below average: very low water pressure in the shower, window looks unstable, and the space needs a proper deep clean. Someone’s used underwear fell out when taking an extra blanket from the wardrobe.. Ewwwww. The cleaning fee of around 35 EUR feels high considering the condition.

- Bys89 (9/5): Lovely Apartment in Larnaca - The location (although far from central) was close to where I needed to work - the area is very quiet and nice - it was a lovely walk every morning. The apartment itself was spacious with everything needed - clean, and easy to access. I really loved it and if I ever need to be in that area again, I would definitely stay in there again. The washing machine was also quite handy given that I was staying for a week. There was no broom when I needed one (which is not a major inconvenience) - and I could not figure out how to operate the air-condition in the living room - which was fine by me as I spent most of the time in the room when at home.

- webc (8/5): Good location and spacious & comfortable property. - The house was well placed to access the beach and there is a mini-market nearby and plenty of restaurants around also. Kitchen facilities is good for long stay also. The only downside for me was there was no washing power when i arrived to use the washing machine. But that wasn't a big deal.

Пляж, таверна, пиццерия, маленький магазин - достаточно близко. Тихое место, для тех кто любит спокойный отдых Не хватает некоторых мелочей, вроде полочки в ванной для шампуня и шкафа / полки, куда поставить чемоданы. Террасу хотелось бы сделать более уютной. Забором или цветами отделить от дороги. Без машины здесь будет не очень удобно отдыхать, т.к. большого супермаркета рядом нет и погулять тоже особо некуда выйти. На соседней вилле идет ремонт, который может вас разбудить в 7 утра.

- Amnon (10/5): Recommended mostly if you have a car and like to have new modern apartment. - Very modern, new, all you need provided. Lots of ample parking on the street Located at the middle of Larnaca Bay, in fine tourists area, plenty of restaurants and few beaches, not real far from the most popular Agia Napa or Larnaca itself. People above were moving furniture all the time at odd hours, probably not aware if the noise made by dragging furniture. Had to figure out why things did not work, till realized all electric power is controlled by On/Off switches. No news TV, just WiFi TV. Local shopping is expensive, while area is mostly residential and Hotels.
- Rachel (8/5): A well priced option for an overnight stay. - It was clean and had everything we needed. Well there was no sign to say it was Magenta apartments and the area was not really for us. Also they were cleaning the sewage pipes so it was a bit stinky outside.

- Keren (9/5): Superb - We stayed for one night but I wished we didn't have to leave. The place is nice and comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the bed was comfortable as well. The terrace is really nice and the neighbors where nice too It was hard to find by local taxi driver google maps helped, and its a long walk from center but the bus station is really not far. The shower was a bit week but o.k for us.

The towels smelled as though they have been there for some time. There are no shelves in the shower to place your soap. The free hand shower holder is broken. For the price paid this place was very underwhelming.

- Monika (8/5): Good location, comfortable for two. - The appartment seems newly renovated, it has working air conditioning and a small window in the shower (very helpful to avoid extra humidity after shower). It had hand soap, all necessary kitchen equipment and a large fridge. Living room is spatious enough and you get natural light from the terrace outside. It’s right next to a great local restaurant. Close to the beach. It could use a floor mat in the shower, because the floor is very cold and gets wet during shower. The appartment was quite cold, even when using air conditioning / heating.

- Andy (6/5): - The apartment is in a quiet cul de sac so on street parking wasn't a problem and very little traffic noise. The communal entrance to the block was always left open(day and night) which was a bit annoying for security reasons. Very hard bed which neither of us appreciated..
