We lost a electric toothbrush and we’re told it was thrown away, when I questioned owner mentioned he just “assumed” it was thrown away and didn’t even ask then stopped responding to my messages and calls.
As someone who also manages a property - I understand how important it is if you have left things behind to have lost property and protocols to return to rightful owner - safe to say -won’t be booking again

- Cassie (10/5): Fabulous, spacious loft in a great location! Highly recommend! - Situated in the old Kayser Lingerie Factory, this modern/industrial style loft is a great space to stay in. Very light filled and comfortable plus it has lovely views from the huge loft windows. The train station is only a few minutes walk away and a great way to travel into the city (however you can't hear the trains from the property). A short stroll away is Swan St with wonderful cafes and restaurants. There's also a supermarket close-by for buying groceries if need be. Excellent communication from the hosts during our stay and parking on site is a bonus. Highly recommend this property!
