ERIN (10/5): The perfect hotel! - I highly recommend this hotel!! I booked for ten days to recover from my rhinoplasty surgery. It is in a brilliant location, nearby shopping malls and supermarkets, and also right beside the train station so you can easily get to other parts of Istanbul via the metro. The hotel itself was exceptional. Although it is a small building , fhe rooms are a large size and are absolutely beautifully furnished. Our bathroom even had heated floors! The bed was extremely comfortable, which was of course important to me during surgery recovery. There was a roomy fridge in the hotel also, that we could use to store our own food as I needed to eat mostly very soft and cold foods, so that was brilliant. Also the air conditioning was top class and worked so well. Overall the room was absolutely perfect. Finally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff cleaned our room to an extremely high standard every day, and the reception staff were very accommodating to my post-operation needs. I would 100% return to and recommend Siesta Hotel! n/a
Fahad (3/5): - الموقع قريب من المترو والمول لايوجد عزل لصوت ابدا الي يمشي بالسيب تسمعه والي يتكلم بالغرفه الثانيه تسمعه والطيور اصوتها تسمعها يعني انسى تنام زين انا مجملا لا انصح فيه ابدا النقطه الثانيه انا حجزت وتم ترقية الحجز عن طريق بوكنق جيتهم للفندق عطوني الحجز الي قبل الترقيه يقولون هاذا حجزك مجملا شعب اغلبه عنصري مستحيل اكرر الزياره ككل الى تركيا ياكثر الدول الي احلى منها غلطه لن تتكرر

Lev (5/5): - The hotel is small and cosy, good location - Marmaray is around the corner. The room was always clean and neat. Very helpfull and friendly cleaning staff. The staff at the reception was a bit ignorant. Some of them didn't even say hello when we arrived tp the hotel. Some of them were ok. Lets say their attitude was below average for Istanbul. Also, we booked a taxi with a child seat for 1-year old child. They sent us a luxury Mercedes for parties and drinking instead. Also, it is VERY loud at night. The guests are banging the doors, moving couches and sometimes shouting. Nobody from the reception doesn't check the disturbing noise during the night.

ABDULLAH (10/5): اقتصادي وجميل ؛ نظيف ؛ هادئ ومريح انصح به وسأكرر اقامتي في هذا الفندق - اقمت انا وزجتي في هذا الفندق طوال فترة زيارتي لاسطنبول ؛ فندق ( اقتصادي ) نظيف ومريح ؛ سرعة انهاء اجراءات الوصول والمغادرة ؛ قريب من محطة المترو قريب من نقطة انطلاق حافلات المطار ؛ يقع في منطقة بكِركوي في حيوي وقريب من الاسواق ؛ 7 دقائق من الفندق الي شاطئ بحر مرمره ؛ ؛ يوجد مطاعم ومقاهي بالقرب من الفندق ؛ يوجد عدد 2 سوبر ماركت بجانب الفندق مباشرة ؛ يوجد وحدة صحية على بعد 50 متر تقريباً من الفندق ؛ يوجد 2 مولات على بعد 500 متر او اقل ؛ فندق هادئ ومريح ؛ طاقم الاستقبال لطيف و ودود وخصوصا الاخ البير ؛التنظف بشكل يومي ؛ كل شي كان مميز خلال فترة اقامتي ؛ سأكرر اقامتي في هذا الفندق • لاشي

ALFIERO (9/5): Se dovessi tornare in questo quartiere di Istanbul sceglierei di nuovo il Siesta Otel. - Ottima posizione vicino ai punti di mio interesse e ben frequentata anche nelle ore serali. A pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria, comoda per raggiungere in breve tempo il centro città. Cordialità del personale della reception che ha cercato di accontentare ogni mia richiesta. Disponibilità del personale delle pulizie. Anche se non c'è un servizio colazione, vicinissimi alla struttura ci sono molti locali di ristorazione aperti dal mattino presto sino alla tarda sera. Comoda la stanza tripla al sesto piano con terrazzino vista città e marina. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, sarebbe apprezzabile dotare tutte le finestre di tende oscuranti (le veneziane lasciano passare i raggi del sole fastidiosi al mattino): la mia stanza al mattino era già sul presto invasa dal sole. Al pomeriggio si stava già più freschi.

Almere6336 (8/5): Nice place, but unfortunately it’s very noisy inside. - The hotel is in a prime location close to shops, restaurants, a supermarket, and public transport (Marmaray). The rooms are modern and clean. The quality of the furniture is not great, but since the hotel is new, everything was still in good condition. The rooms are cleaned daily and restocked with tea, water, and coffee. No breakfast is available. I had room 406 with the jacuzzi. The room was extremely warm and turning off the air conditioning did not really help. I opened the window and looked directly into the neighboring apartments. The walls of the room are paper-thin. You can literally hear everything happening in the hallway or in other rooms, and when a toilet is flushed or someone takes a shower, you can hear the water rushing loudly through the pipes. It cost me my night’s sleep.
Áine (8/5): Amazing staff, clean rooms & great location - Staff were extremely helpful and kind. We felt safe and at home whilst staying here. The hotel is spotlessly clean & the cleaning staff are lovely! The bed was very comfortable and we loved the location! :) Our room (204) did not have natural light at all which was especially disappointing as we were staying for 12 nights (a long time to go without natural light). The window in the room is looking out onto a wall… We organised & paid for an airport - hotel transfer which was great on the way to the hotel but when we were leaving it seemed that our ride to the airport had been forgotten about and as a result our driver was 35 minutes late. We reached our boarding gate at the final call (thankfully) but it added stress to our last day which was unfortunate :( The rooms are very warm at night and the AC is hit and miss. We had to call reception 3/4 times on different days for assistance because we were so warm.

Özgül (5/5): Mach ich nicht noch einmal ! - Das es Zentral war nicht mehr leider ! Das Hotel ist leider sehr hellhörig ! Die Bettwäsche wurde nicht gewechselt sondern das Bett wurde nur gemacht ! Was bei 6 Tagen Aufenthalt nicht mehr zu verbergen ist! Die Handtücher waren mit alten Flecken bestückt statt sie mal gegen neue auszuwechseln! Falls ihr ein Transfer bei den Bucht zum Flughafen, verlasst euch nicht auf den Weckanruf den man euch anbietet! Absolutes no Go wenn man eine halbe Stunde zu spät geweckt wird !

Esra (6/5): Personel ilgiliydi, ancak oda koşulları zayıftı. - Otelin personeli her zaman ilgili, güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Her konuda çözüm odaklı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Otelin konumu çok merkezi, ulaşım ve çevredeki olanaklar açısından büyük avantaj. Ayrıca temizlik görevlileri çok nazik ve özenli, emekleri gerçekten hissediliyor. Bu otele daha önce birçok kez geldim ve genelde memnun kalmıştım, ancak bu son konaklamam maalesef hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Odamız aşırı sıcaktı. Pencereyi açmak hiçbir işe yaramadı çünkü borularla dolu, kapalı bir alana bakıyordu ve içeri temiz hava girmiyordu. Durumu bildirdiğimizde, bunun sistemsel olduğu ve bir şey yapılamayacağı söylendi. Oda sıcaklığı yaklaşık 26–27 dereceydi. Klima da işe yaramadı, soğuk hava üflemiyordu. Banyoda ise çok rahatsız edici bir koku vardı. Bunun da tesisatla ilgili olduğu ve çözülemeyeceği söylendi. Bir temizlik yapıldı ancak koku devam etti. Duş alırken gerçekten zorlandım. Ayrıca, gelmeden önce özellikle rica ettiğim halde anne sütünün güvenli ve hijyenik şekilde saklanması konusunda da ciddi bir özensizlik yaşandı. Sütler dondurucuya adeta tıkıştırılmıştı. Geri aldığımda paketler ezilmiş ve şekli bozulmuştu. Üstelik dondurucunun sık sık dolu olduğu söylendi. Bu durum benim için çok stresliydi. Daha önceki deneyimlerim iyi olduğu için bu kadar çok sorun yaşamak üzücüydü.

Deborah (8/5): Good stay need to invest in an ice machine - Property was newly renovated, clean, comfortable and great location. I had surgery nearby, ice was required as part of my recovery but unavailable at this hotel. They did allow me to purchase my own ice and store in the hotel freezer but it didn’t last very long as they told me it had melted. I had to keep ringing reception to bring the ice which was frustrating times.

Yusuf (8/5): Alles in einem war es angenehm. - Die Lage war Super direkt am Metro Station. Alles Flussläufig. Hotel sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und nett. Besonders Alper an der Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit. Preisleistung stimmt. Ich war schon mehrmals hier im Hotel und jedesmal bin ich zufrieden. Danke nochmals an alle Mitarbeiter und einen großen Dank an die Zimmerreinigung die ihre Arbeit immer sorgfältig erledigen. Zimmer isolieren gegen lärm ist schlecht.

Ohood (4/5): سيء - الموقع فقظ حجزت ع اساس الغرفها فيها تكييف وصلت و الغرفه كانت بمكيف خربان و ضيقه طلبت منهم تغيير الغرفه و كانو ماديين قالولي كل الغرف الصغيره بدون تكييف و لازم ادفع و بيعطوني غرفه ثانيه و طلبت منهم خدمة غسيل الملابس كان السعر خيالي بالنسبه للخدمه جابولي الملابس مبلله من غير كوي ولا ترتيب ولا ريحة نظافه و مستحيل ارجع للفندق مره ثانيه

Osman (10/5): Fantastisch rustgevend - As someone who's very picky, I can say everything is perfect. Despite the price and the fact that it's a 3-star hotel, the place is spotlessly clean, and the service is superb. Unfortunately, there's no breakfast, but there are plenty of markets, patisseries, shopping malls, and everything else within walking distance. I can't stand noise, and I'm lucky it's a very quiet street without traffic sounds or people in the evenings. The jacuzzi is also super enjoyable and relaxing. The parking lot is located in a back street, and the price is a bit high, but I arranged parking for 3000 TL for 5 nights because they have an agreement with the hotel. There's nothing much to add. The quality is 100% worth the price. The staff is friendly and willing to help you no matter what your needs are. I plan to come back.
