From Sunday Hotel we were sent to a place called Royal Gala (one-star according to google), which was undergoing maintenance works. It did not have any reception as buckets, paint and tools were covering the whole area. There were no other guests expect for us and our friends, that made same reservation. Staff was paiting walls, doing tiles, plaster cast in other rooms, lots of dust, dirt. In our wordrobe we found workers clothes. no real toiletries.. Dirty windows.. We were even requested if during our stay, workers can come in and continue their work in the room. There was no breakfast served at the place, but in a differnt building 350m away. All opinions under this hotel in booking are Russian fakes, made without the stay. Booking shall take immediate action!!!!
