Pm (8/5): I had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again when I come to Joburg. - The location is safe and convenient, situated near two malls, restaurants, and transport routes. My room had a fridge, microwave, and a kettle, and private access to the garden. CAP security patrols the area. The double room is described as having a private bathroom but that was not the case. It was a shared bathroom. I had to change my booking to deluxe so that I can have a private bathroom.

Jacob (1/5): Keep your money and peace to somwhere else. - Location Very poor managament. Extimpely rude to guests and to stuff. Manager sleeps onsite and constantly screams on eveyone and takes offense if you say something. Shady people around that you dont see in other hostels. Broken windows.

You have to ask the lady to open the gate for you each time. And she is not the most fiendly person. So its not much fun going in and out. Very grumpy and seemingly pissed - quiet rude actually. no basic courtesy or politness from her. so that was a minus. other then that it is a great place. Since she is always around it does affect the overall stay.

Kun (4/5): The place was spotless, but they dropped the ball on basic amenities - The lady cleaned the whole building very thoroughly The biggest issue is that the soundproofing in this hotel is absolutely terrible. At midnight, the rap singer next door was on a phone call that felt like it was happening right beside me. Then at 7 AM, a woman would play music on her phone while grabbing things from the storage room near my door and cleaning—every single day. I didn’t get a single decent night’s sleep in three days. When I checked out, I just wanted to leave my suitcase at the front desk for a while so I could grab breakfast, but the woman outright refused—such a small request! As a result, I had to drag my luggage through a dangerous neighborhood to the restaurant. Oh, and to top it off, the hotel’s location on the map was wrong! There was no doorbell—I had to yell to get someone's attention

Onalenna (10/5): A HEAVEN GUEST HOUSE - I loved the garden so so much. I experienced a delay with my flight and decided to book an economic and far place from the busy city. Moonlight became the right place for me. Just looking at the garden upon my arrival at the guest house, my stress and tiredness was gone.The people there were so friendly and welcoming.The place is therapeutic.
