• Romain (9/5): De loin je le recommande vivement ! - On se sent bien cet appart. Sérieusement il y a tout. 1 semaine passée ici était extraordinaire. Je remercie le propriétaire pour cette belle prestation. Ce confort ultime. Ascenseur, belle vue, orientation, un équipement de folie. Bref une pépite !!! La note ultime n'était vraiment pas loin. Voici les points négatifs. Sachant que si c'est pas dans cette liste c'est que c'était extra. Le lave linge HS, en faite il marche mais il y a un souci avec l'évacuation. Bon un coup de serpillière et c'est réglé... Et le four à remplacer qui ne peux cuir que en position grille car le ventilo est HS. Mais à part cela il fait parti de loin de mes best a Majorque.

• John (7/5): The location is very good and the apartment is very well equipped! - The name you book under is Vista Mar. When you turn up, the apartments are not called Vista Mar. They are called Primavera. When we booked local taxis, twice they passed by even though we gave them the exact address and we had to call them back. On arrival we could not find a kettle or toaster so we boiled water in pans for 3 days. I'd messaged asking about a kettle, on the 13th but got no reply. I messaged again on the 15th and got a reply on the 16th. We were told that the kettle and toaster would be in a side cleaning cupboard which was at the very extremes of the kitchen or entrance hall, whichever you want to call it. My wife and I are over 50 and have never ever had to go searching for a toaster or kettle in any apartment. When I messaged the owner Tomeu to thank him for telling us where the kettle was he replied " well it's been in the same place for 5 years".

Also the instructions for opening the outside door are out of date - the keypad doesn't have a key symbol - fortunately the door was never locked when I was there.
• Amy (8/5): Brilliant apartment handy for the beach in Port d’Alcudia and also bus stops. Close to bike rental places which is great - Great location, spacious, nice balcony and good wi fi and TV facilities. Bathroom was well appointed. There is a lift which was convenient! The front door locking mechanism was a bit confusing but I got the hang of it quickly!

• Michael (8/5): Very good - I received all the helpful information about arrival and check-in in advance. A bottle of water and a few coffee capsules were given as a welcome gift. Everything worked perfectly! The beds were a bit too hard and slightly worn for my taste.

• Cédric (8/5): Well equipped apartment in good location - Private parking, close to the beach and a small grocery store, but not in the middle of the noisy tourist area. The apartment is very nice with a large living room with AC, comfy couch, and a big balcony. Kitchen is well equipped but we did not use it. Bathroom had a nicely illuminated mirror and offers a washing machine (did not use it). Check-in/check-out were super easy, owner kind and responsive. We enjoyed the food recommendations from David we tried (tapas at Ramon's Bar). Nothing major. The apartment was generally very clean, but there was some long hair in the shower and on the bed which was not ours. Also some flaky particles on the pillow which may have come from the ceiling fan or bed head rest. The wifi router was off, the quick fix with tape present was not working. I understand it can happen, but it would have been nice to be informed since they knew about it.
• Claudia (10/5): 10/10 would visit again - apartament is situated in very nice complex of apartaments with beautiful view, only 5 minutes from nearest beach, everything was clean, towels were provided by owner, i would recommend this place to everyone who wants to stay in alcudia nothing, everything was perfect
