Location was great for me as it was walking distance to most things I wanted to see and very close to vaporetto stop. Many restaurants close by. No extra pillow and blanket in room. No elevator and room was on third floor.

Aunque las habitaciones estan muy pegadas unas con otras y las puertas tienen unas rejillas de ventilacion los huespedes respetan mucho el silencio por lo que es un hotel muy tranquilo y acogedor.

- Alex Rakic (7/5): Great location but with some room discomfort - -Good location, close to vaporetto stations and restaurants -Staff provided clear communication on directions and access prior to arrival -Some old characteristics in the room (duct tape in bathtub, handle on bathroom window would fall off, closet doors wouldn't close properly, door lock was too close to the side of the door and hard to unlock) -Not possible to change the temperature in the room despite what one employee told us. The A/C unit would only blow hot air, we were told it was on "winter mode" despite it being 20 degrees outside every day and the room being hot. Couldn't keep the window open in the room because of the placement of the TV on the wall. -Lack of outlets near the bed

- Susanne (8/5): gutes, zentral gelegenes Hotel - Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Man ist in etwa 15 Gehminuten an allen sehenswerten Orten. Auch einige Restaurants befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung, welche empfehlenswert sind. Das Zimmer ist groß und auch das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig. Leider fehlen ein paar Ablagemöglichkeiten. (Im Zimmer mit 5 Betten hat man 2 Stühle als Sitzmöglichkeiten.) Un auch das Badezimmer lies leider ein paar Abstellmöglichkeiten vermissen (ein kleiner Hocker). Hier ist etwas Kreativität gefragt.

Staff were amazing, helping with directions and what bus to get from the airport and then which Vaporetto to get to the closest stop. Loads of communication. Hôtel au calme et un personnel super agréable. Le plus c'est que l'on peut laisser nos bagages si on arrive tôt avant de récupérer notre chambre et idem pour le départ. On a laissé nos valises toute la matinée avant de prendre l'avion. On était juste déçu de ne pas avoir la baignoire dans notre chambre mais sinon tout le reste était au top.
