• Francois (8/5): Excellent rapport qualité prix et emplacement parfait au coeur de Milan - Emplacement parfait au coeur de la ville et à proximité du métro, écoute et réactivité des loueurs, propreté, silence (la nuit) et confort Problème de climatisation la première mais qui a été réglé avec efficacité dans la journée le lendemain. En parallèle de la climatisation, chauffage central encore en fonctionnement en avril et ne pouvant être arrêté. La terrasse est beaucoup moins charmante que sur les photos et mériterait d'être mieux aménagée.

Ottima assistenza Il riscaldamento e' impostato su temperatura definita e non va oltre i 20 gradi. E' servita aggiunta di stufa elettrica. Prodotti da toeletta quasi inesistenti a parte un bagnoschiuma in doccia.

• Nadia (5/5): von den Fotos geblendet / für eine Nacht okay - Gefallen hat die Lage, das kleine Kaffee gleich um die Ecke. Optimal, dass die kleine Wohnung in einem Innenhof abgeschottet vom Verkehr ist. Die Wohnung, die Bettwäsche und die Tücher waren sauber. Der Gastgeber gibt sich mühe, noch ein Wasser und ein paar Kleinigkeiten bereitzulegen. Es ist eine kleine Wohnung. Falls du kochen willst, sollte das möglich sein. Das öffnen von 3 verschiedenen Türen, bis man in der Wohnung ist. Betrunken wird man es nicht in die Wohnung schaffen ;-) Die UBahn ist spührbar, weil es vibriert. Die Klimanlage ist verschimmelt, der Tiefkühler war schon so mit Eis "überwachsen" dass er sich nicht mehr hat schliessen lassen. Es hat keine Ablagemöglichkeiten in der Dusche, so dass man das Duschmittel etc. auf den Boden stellen muss. Die Fotos sehen toll aus, aber leider ist es in Wirklichkeit nicht so toll. Die Spiegel sind zum teil kaputt, man weiss nicht, was die losen silbernen Platten auf dem Boden bezwecken. Das Luxurios im Titel ist nicht gerechtfertgit. Der Balkon: Die Möbel darauf sind in die Jahre gekommen.

• carole (8/5): - Emplacement du logement (place du duomo accessible à max 10 minutes de marche), studio bien agencé, literie confortable. Les fenêtres de la salle de bain ne sont pas étanches en cas de pluie, donc il ne faut rien laisser sur le bord du lavabo, au risque de le retrouver trempé. Pour ces raisons j'ai voulu laver les serviettes laissées près du lavabo, j'ai constaté que le lave linge ne fonctionnait pas. La clim est très bruyante, comme s'il y avait une fuite dans le split, ou un rongeur. Les photos de la terrasse sur Booking embellissent la réalité. Elle est en fait très poussiéreuse...

• Allen (7/5): A terrific stay in Milan in this excellent locale! - The location was excellent and the bed was very comfortable and the bed linen clean and fresh. We enjoyed the terrace. The bathroom needs an upgrade. The shower is very small and shabby with the mirror tiles cracking. No where to put shampoos etc in the shower except on the floor and it is difficult to bend down. The shower head fell off while showering. Very little hand soap in dispenser. The kitchen was ok but the coffee m/c tank looked grimy and we didn’t care to use it. A new sponge and a tea towel would have been appreciated. Cover on one lounge chair missing. The bottom rung on one of the coffee tables needs refixing.

• Rares (10/5): We really enjoyed the staying and comfortable apartment, clean and nice - Clean, spacious modern apartment with great terrace, large bathroom and confi bed. 2 minutes walking to the underground, 6 min walking to a 24 hour terrace where Pizza, panini, wines, cocktails and spirits are served. We really enjoyed, 100% recommended The security lock, you need to access 3 doors to enter property- also the intercom is ringing loudly on night time

• Fragkiskos (10/5): Amazing appartment- Perfect location - The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. Very beautiful and comfortable. I was in Milano for Design Week, and the location of the apartment is ideal, as it is located in the center of the « posh » area, with many of the fuori salone évents happening just around the corner. Red line metro is also around the corner , so easy transfer to Fiera Rho, As a bersonal favorite, just across the street is located the amazing Villa Necchi , and just on the ground floor of the building an amazing bakery/cafe There is no key for the apartment , nor the entrances of the building. It’s a bit stressful , as every unlocking and locking process has to be done by an app on the phone. This was stressful as if the phone had no battery, i suppose i would be able to enter to the apartment. The first night i had to rush back home with 1% . As it’s design week the phone battery was easily drained , so having to relay on it in order to enter to the apt, added more stress. Once u get a hold of it , and buy power banks (i got two) the process is quite simple. Also the company is very accessible through whatsapp, and willing to help.
• Dulitha (6/5): Pleasant - Nice place, comfortable and clean. Shocking checkin experience. We got in late at night and the location requires a digital key to get into the property. However, their digital key was offline. We were stuck outside unable to get in for over an hour. Tried to call the host with no luck and no response at all. Luckily a neighbour let us into the building, otherwise would have been stuck with no where to stay. It happened again the next day and once again the neighbour had to help, and despite calling and messaging the host, we didn’t get a response. A nice place but just be aware!

• Paula (6/5): Pleasant - The smart lock was not very useful. They send you a video with the instructions and then the code doesn’t work. When you contact the host they tell you if you are in the right location instead of trying to help you immediately

• Filip (4/5): Below expectations - OK, but not for this price - Good location there is a basic coffee machine for this price the quality is bad it's worse than in the pictures, definitely requires renovation there is cigarette smell all the time there was a noisy renovation right outside the window

• Celine (8/5): I had a good stay as a whole. - The location was very good It’s well decorated and the bed was confortable The duvet did not have sheets and had stains I could hear people showering or something else involving water late at night and that was really noisy Also as a solo traveler I personally did not like the online locking system. I was terrified to have my phone not charged or lose the wifi and be stuck outside. I would rather have had keys Also have a good knife would have been helpful as well as a mug.

I had some questions and via Whatsup app the communication with them was perfect!The appartement is perfectly located with 10min walk from Duomo and the shopping streets of Milano. You have a great bakery just beside the appartement so you can have the perfect breakfast/dinner. The terace is perfect, huge, slightly hidden from the neighbours. The check in is at 15:00(3PM) so if you come early you are gonna have to wait with your bags. The terrace was dirty and dusty. The neighbours are overwellming with midnight jumping and the noise in general. There is a guy I suppouse that teaches music class in opposite building so first afternoon we were awaiken by instruments and singing.

Was not able to sleep for two nights straight, there are some sort of mosquitoes or bugs that were biting me and my wife all night long. Woke up several times during the night due to the biting mosquitoes

• Jodi (7/5): Good - Convenient location and had the basic things we expected. The keyless password system was not working for us. We didn't understand from the registration process that after completing the form, it would send an email to us that we still had to take more steps with a link in that email. It was very unclear. It was late at night, we were tired, and then we had to mess around for about an hour with no "help desk" to figure out how to get into the apartment. A nice man named Stefano ended up helping us over What's App, but overall, that was not a great experienc.
