• Andrey (4/5): - The location was excellent. While the apartment looks nice in photos, our stay was significantly impacted by a major issue: the bedroom door did not have a functioning lock (or could not be closed/locked at all). This completely compromised our privacy, which is unacceptable when traveling with family. We reached out to the management company immediately to resolve this, but our concerns were ignored throughout our stay. Even after involving Booking.com support, who acknowledged that our complaint was valid, the management made no attempt to address the issue or provide a solution. If privacy is a priority for you, I cannot recommend this place. The lack of basic security and the dismissive attitude from the management team were very disappointing.
• Stevan (10/5): Perfect for Family of 5 + members 👍👍👍 - Big flat with nice rooms. Renovated. Kitchen perfect, sunny with everything you need. Living room big, with nice balcony, big tv, big ac, everything works properly. First Bedroom with showeroom, big american closets for your stuff. Comfort bed and pillows. Ac works good. Same thing again in other bedroom and in childrens room. Nice bathroom, big shower, everything works well. Hot watter that you can adjust on powerbutton. Nice location of the flat, near to the center, many big markets around. Good conections to the publict ransportation too. A little loud neighbours from the upstairs but nothing so big to complain about.
• Dariusz (9/5): Polecam, idealne miejsce dla większych grup :) - Bardzo przestronny apartament, byliśmy w 5 osób i idealnie się sprawdził. 3 sypialnie, 2 łazienki (tylko w jednej jest toaleta). Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, mikrofalówka, toster, opiekacz, można przygotować sobie fajne śniadanie. 20 min pieszo do plaży Finikoudes. Sporo miejsc parkingowych w okolicy (darmowych). Zapach w jednej łazience bywał nieprzyjemny, myślę że to kwestia braku syfonu. Ale do przeżycia :) I z takich drobnostek to patelnia do wymiany, jest już dosyć zużyta.
• Gudgeon (10/5): - The apartment is very spacious, exactly as the photos. Took us 20 minutes to walk to the beach .sparks supermarkets 5 minutes away restaurant and coffee bar close by Fridge not working on arrival reported the next day wed took until Sunday to get someone in that new how to repair it.

• David (8/5): A lovely weekend in Cyprus - The apartment is newly renovated and spacious. Kitchen cabinets are equipped with almost everything you need for cooking. There is a mini market right outside the building It is located right on top of a garage and there is a lot of noise in the morning on weekdays. Fortunately for us, we were there for the weekend 😀 There was no toilet paper when we arrived, I contacted them on WhatsApp and they were sorry and said they would send the housekeeping staff to freshen up the apartment, but they came late the next day and I already bought what we needed.
• Mickey (7/5): great place, but some concerns. - the location is nice on a quiet street and close to the beaches and city center, the apartment looks new and clean, it has an optic fiber wifi that is reliable and fast the kitchen is equipped with an oven, electric stove, a decent size fridge, microwave, an electric kettle and a toaster. there is a washing machine and a clothes drying rack. the living room and kitchen are spacious. the sofa were big and comfortable, and there are 2 dining tables. the beds and sleeping rooms are big and comfortable and has plenty of storage. the is an elevator to the apartment. there was a horrible smell coming from the shower darins plus cockroaches came out from the sinks.. they sent a cleaning team to deal with it to no help at all unfortunately one of the cleaners messed with our food and was super suspicious while going around the apartment and looking. the costumer service team didn't understand our concerns regarding the food probably because of a language barrier. the said that they will send a plumber after we informed them of our experience with the cleaning team, but we asked them not to send him because we didn't want to leave our belongings there with another stranger.
