• Melanie (9/5): Es war sehr schön. Gerne wieder. - Die Lage ist super, ganz nah am historischen Stadtzentrum von Engers. Das Personal war sehr nett, das Frühstück lecker. Es ist nur eine Kleinigkeit, aber ein zweiter Schlüssel wäre schön gewesen, da wir zu zweit waren. Gerade, wenn eine/r von zwei Bewohnern eines Zimmers Raucher*in ist. Wenn abends die Haustür von außen nur mit dem Schlüssel geöffnet werden kann, muss der/die Raucher*in diesen mitnehmen und der/die Partner*in darf solange oben im Zimmer im Dunkeln sitzen.

• Gerd (8/5): Empfehlenswertes sauberes und modernes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. - Anspruchsvoll und gelungen saniertes bekanntes historisches Gebäude. Sehr große Räumlichkeiten. Sehr großes komfortables Badezimmer. Sehr gutes frisch zubereitetes Frühstück. War alles in Ordnung.

• M. (5/5): - In der Beschreibung waren Parkplätze am Hotel angegeben, aber man konnte noch nicht einmal bis vor die Tür zum ein- oder ausladen fahren. Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz war weiter entfernt gelegen. Die Bettwäsche war viel zu dünn und die Matratze nicht gut.

• Chris W. (9/5): - Freundliches Personal, geschmackvoll eingerichtete und sehr saubere Zimmer, schallisoliert, von der Hauptverkehrstraße war nichts zu hören, extra beheiztes Badezimmer mit großer Badewanne - perfekt nach einem langen Spaziergang in der Kälte.

• Iuliana (7/5): Sauber und unkompliziert – für kurze Stopps geeignet - Schönes kleines Zimmer unterm Dach. Schlicht eingerichtet, aber sauber – perfekt für einen Zwischenstopp. Während meines Aufenthalts war es draußen sehr heiß, und unter dem Dach wurde es entsprechend stickig. Zwar stand ein Ventilator zur Verfügung, doch dieser brachte nur wenig Abkühlung und war zudem zu laut für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Für heiße Sommertage daher eher ungeeignet. Für kühlere Tage sicher eine gute Wahl – insgesamt ein unkomplizierter Aufenthalt.

• David (9/5): Good spot - We were pleased that we paid extra for the deluxe room with bath, spacious and comfortable. Great breakfast. Parking for our bicycles, I think just about everyone staying there was travelling by bicycle. Good Italian restaurant just over the road. Nothing worth mentioning.

Wir waren mit Fahrrädern unterwegs und haben das Hotel sehr gut auf der Strecke gefunden. Die Räder konnten wir im Haus sehr gut und sicher unterstellen. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden. Hallo, es gibt keine Kritik, weil alles so war das wir uns wohlfühlen konnten

• Sanaz (10/5): nice place to stay - we stayed just one night. easy communication, our room was really clean. check in /check out was no problem.( actually we wrote them that we were there by 11 o'Clock but because of traffic we arrived a little later, so we couldn't check in however we parked the car next to the Hotel and went to Koblenz with the train and afternoon at 7 or 8 pm we came back and did the check in without any problem. ). nice personal and nice atmosphere.
• Lynn (8/5): Very inviting - Very quaint. Wonderful staff person. Take the breakfast, it is reasonable price and nice selection. Clean and comfortable. There is "free parking" but just know it's somewhere on the road where you can find it, may not be right next to hotel. It's great that it is an option though.

• Jacob (2/5): Very poor - The hotel was very clean and newly renovated. The management was generally unhelpful and quite rude. We were left waiting at reception while trying to check in for c.45 minutes even though we had called to say we were there, it was implied we could not operate a key card when this stopped working at the main entrance, the reception did not agree to print out a boarding pass for our flight. It is worth noting that the hotel is located in the Engers district, which is a c.5 min train or 10 minute bus ride to the centre of Neuwied.

• Tony (6/5): concerning….. - pleasant enough chap greeted me upon arrival.Room clean , as was rest of the property. it’s on a little cobbled street with a couple of bars/ restaurants. I was on a motorbike trip, so parking is priority. this property has no parking!! when I asked about the advertised parking, I was pointed to the street !! booking.com are to be contacted about this as there is no point having a parking filter on website if it’s not adhered to…!
• Katia (10/5): Simply wonderful! - The hotel is situated close to Koblenz. There is a free public parking 200 m away from the hotel which is great if you travel by car. The hotel surprised us with a very stylish, spacious and impeccably clean room. Plenty of light coming through the big windows. The bathroom was large, everything inside looked new and shiny. I loved its character. The noise isolation must be exceptional: I did not hear neighbors at all while the hotel was full. The staff was very friendly, attentive to detail and ready to help. We could check in despite our early arrival. The breakfast was very nice, too. Freshly baked bread and croissants were delicious! Nothing, really. Our bed was a bit squeaky on one side, but it did not bother us at all.
