• Alexandra (4/5): No era lo que esperaba - Buena ubicación, piscina muy limpia. Vivienda amplia Llegamos al alojamiento, y no funcionó en todo el fin de semana el WIFI, el personal encargado intento solucionarlo el cual se hizo cuando ya habíamos dejado el piso, por lo que pasamos todo el fin de semana sin poder acceder a internet ni ver ninguna película a través de las plataformas, el aire acondicionado se encendía a ratos, la limpieza podría mejorar ya que pagamos un suplemento adicional por llevar dos perritos pequeños y nos encontramos con el sillón lleno de pelos de otras mascotas y un poco roto a los lados, hay cosas que deben mejorar para que el alojamiento y el descanso sea óptimo para los visitantes , habían tumbonas, lo cual estaban rotas apañadas con cinta americana. En cuanto al patio y en interior habían cucarachas , entendemos que al estar en la costa puedan aparecer.

• Amy (10/5): Fantastic stay!! - The staff have been very good and communicated well. The oven was on a high cupboard. This made it difficult to remove hot food without the risk of burning. Would be more risky for a olderly person.

Extérieur très agréable. Piscine communautaire très grande avec bassin enfant. Transats a disposition. Des bus circulent sur l avenue et rendent les déplacements très faciles. Nombreux magasins et restaurants. Propriétaire très arrangeante et disponible. RAS

• Marina (9/5): Appartamento semplice ma confortevole, in posizione strategica, il patio esterno è piacevolissimo e i proprietari molto - La posizione, i servizi intorno (supermercati, ristoranti, autobus), il giardinetto privato, la piscina del residence, il silenzio nelle ore notturne, la disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari… Il parcheggio privato non sempre è libero, nei dintorni però si trova… Aggiungerei qualche accessorio in più in cucina.
• Juan (2/5): Una pena - La distribución hace que tengas todo lo necesario. El cuarto de baño , aunque atascado , está totalmente reformado. Me facilitaron la posibilidad de hacer el check-in más tarde de lo que permiten inicialmente, cosa que agradecí. La picina comunitaria, lejos del apartamento pero muy bonita y amplia. Principalmente hay dos cuestiones. La primera es que las tuberías están todas conectadas entre sí, de modo que al tirar de la cadena del inodoro salen agua y residuos por la bañera y los desagües del baño, lo que hace que la vivienda sea inhabitable. La segunda es la presencia continua de cucarachas en la vivienda, lo que hace su estancia muy desagradable. (podría tratarse de un problema de la comunidad y no exclusivamente del apartamento)

• Mike (2/5): Cockroaches and mould - Nothing This was supposed to be a one-night sleepover before an important business meeting, but it turned into a nightmare. I spent the entire night fighting cockroaches — they were everywhere. It was also very noisy at night, and the bathroom was full of mould. A negative experience overall.
• Dorota (10/5): Komfortowy dom - Obiekt położony w samym centrum ale nie w pierwszym rzędzie przy ulicy więc było cicho. Wygodny, komfortowy dom z ogrodem w którym są leżaki, stół, fotele, grill. W domu jest salon z aneksem kuchennym, tv, kanapą. Sypialnia z szerokim, komfortowym łóżkiem. Można skorzystać z basenu. Jest parking ale nie ma wystarczającej ilości miejsc, za to w ulicach obok są 2 dodatkowe parkingi. Tuż obok obiektu przystanek autobusowy. Sklepy i restauracje w niedużej odległości.
• SHARON (5/5): We enjoyed ourselves regardless of issues. - The location to shops, bars and restaurants was good. Communication with the host was not great, only text in Spanish. No instructions on how to find the property, no lock box code even though there was a lock box, we had to wait about for 10 minutes (after taking over an hour to find) for someone to arrive and open the property up. Even the taxi driver didn't know the location!

• MihaiOctavian (9/5): Un sejur potrivit pentru familie - Facilități bune pentru familie Camere spațioase și configurare potrivită pentru copii Piscine generoase, cu zone de relaxare și șezlonguri Loc de parcare gratuit Zonă liniștită și sigură (Costa del Silencio) Magazine, restaurante și supermarket-uri în apropiere Wi-Fi gratuit Personal prietenos și receptiv Acces relativ ușor la zone și plaje din apropiere (ex. Las Galletas) Desigur! Iată doar concluzia extrasă: În ansamblu, recomand călduros această cazare din Costa del Silencio pentru o vacanță de familie. Este un loc echilibrat — nu este un resort ultra-luxos, dar oferă exact ce are nevoie o familie: spațiu, relaxare, facilități bune, parcare și acces la piscină. Dacă vrei un sejur tihnit, într-o zonă autentică și liniștită a Tenerife, această variantă este foarte bună. Singurul aspect la care aș vedea loc de îmbunătățire ar fi curățenia în zona bucătăriei: cuptorul și cuptorul cu microunde ar putea fi întreținute puțin mai atent, pentru un plus de confort. Nu a fost ceva deranjant, dar un detaliu care ar putea ridica și mai mult nivelul experienței.

• zuriñe (10/5): Genial!! - La casa limpísima al igual que la piscina...mi perrita lo pasó genial en las zonas habilitadas para los peludos. El aire acondicionado fue un super punto porque fueron días de un calor horrible y en la casita se estaba de maravilla.

• Emmie (10/5): Really lovely place to stay! Enjoyed a quick get away from work. I would highly recommend!! - Very cute little house! Garden was lovely to relax in and it was excellent there was a BBQ to enjoy. Inside was beautifully decorated and comfortable. I loved the swimming pool!

• Costanza (6/5): Good but improvements needed - The communication was good. The bed was very comfortable. Quiet location. The door to the bathroom did not close, and this was a rather major problem for privacy. In addition, there is neither a window nor a vent in the bathroom, which is not hygienic. On two occasions we found a cockroach on the floor, as well as a very big spider in a corner. This can happen, of course, but special devices can be used against these insects, or better cleaning. There was dust and a discarded tissue under the bed.
